また本発明の建築板の製造法は、合成樹脂板の内部にア
ルミニウムフィルム8がインサートされて形成されると
共に裏面に発泡ウレタン樹脂からなる断熱層12が設けら
れた建築用基板1の表面に柄模様2が付けられた印刷フ
ィルム4を貼着し、次いでこの印刷フィルム4の表面に
柄模様2に対応して透明なクリヤーインキ5を塗装する
ことを特徴とするもので、上記凹凸部3と柄模様2とが
対応した建築板を連続して製造できるようにし、上記目

部18が設けられ、他方端部には雌実部19が設けられてい

フィルム4が貼着された基板1を乾燥機16に通して乾燥
した後、建築用基板1の表面にスクリーン印刷などでク
リヤーインキ5を塗装する。このクリヤーインキ5は透
明な合成樹脂で形成されたもので、上記柄模様2に対応
して付けるものである。すなわち、第4図に示すように
柄模様2が竹細工調の柄模様となっている場合には、四
角形状の各模様部9毎にクリヤーインキ5を塗装して各
模様部9に透明な樹脂の突部10を塗着させるものであ
る。すると、クリヤーインキ5が塗装された部分が突部
10となり、クリヤーインキ5が塗装されていない部分が
凹部11をなって、柄模様2に対応して凹凸部3が形成さ
れることになる。図中12は建築用基板1の裏面に形成さ
れた硬質発泡ウレタン樹脂などより成る断熱層、17はス

細工調の柄模様2とし、凹凸部3の突部10をこの竹細工
調に対応して突出させることにより、いわゆるラタン調
(アジロ調)の柄を表現することができるものであり、
またほぼ建築用基板1の全面に亘ってクリヤーインキ5
で突部10を設けているために、汚れが建築用基板1表面
に付着し難いという利点もある。このようにして作製し
た建築板は壁材、天井材などの内装材をはじめ種々の分
野に使用される。なお、上記実施例では建築用基板の表
面にクリヤーインキを塗装することによって透明樹脂の
凹凸部13を形成するようにしたが、基板1を柄模様に対
応してプレスすることによって凹凸部3を形成すること
もできる。しかし、この場合にはプレス後の歪みが大き
過ぎるため、ウレタン樹脂などを基板1の裏面に注入し
た後もこの歪が戻らないという欠点があり、良好な外観

触りも柄模様に応じてざらざらしているので実物感があ
り、建築板の商品価値を高めることができるものであ
る。また、印刷フィルムが貼着され乾燥される際や発泡
ウレタン樹脂が充填される際に、建築用基板の表裏にお
いて熱が加わってもアルミニウムフィルムによって均一
化されるために建築用基板に歪みが発生するのが防止さ
れるものであり、この点においても商品価値を高めるこ
とができるものである。また、合成樹脂板の内部にアル
ミニウムフィルムがインサートされて形成されると共に
裏面に発泡ウレタン樹脂からなる断熱層が設けられた建
築用基板の表面に柄模様が付けられた印刷フィルムを貼
着し、次いでこの印刷フィルムの表面に柄模様に対応し
て透明なクリヤーインキを塗装して建築板を製造するの
