You cannot get enough strength. For this reason, it has been conventionally practiced to heat the cement secondary product after molding to cure it.

The heat supplied by the steam causes the air in the curing chamber to convection in the curing chamber while being warmed, but after the temperature in the curing chamber reaches a certain temperature, the high temperature steam is intermittently supplied to keep the temperature constant. To maintain. During these temperature rising period and maximum temperature maintaining period, the secondary cement product undergoes a hydration reaction to set and harden.

Due to this air convection, the water contained in the cement secondary product, which is the organism to be infused, is leached onto the surface of the cement secondary product without being used for the hydration reaction, and becomes a water drop to form a water drop in the cement secondary product. Adheres to the surface and creates condensation on the surface of this secondary product. Also, the steam that is ejected stays in the curing chamber, but at the end of the curing work, when the temperature inside the curing chamber is lowered to cool the cement secondary product, the steam content that exceeds the saturation amount is Water drops adhere to the surface of the cement secondary product.

Efuro thus generated not only deteriorates the appearance of the cement secondary product and reduces the durability of the product, but it also adversely affects the peeling and discoloration of the surface coating in the slurry-coated cement secondary product. Therefore, it was difficult to put the slurry coating into practical use in a small factory.

Since the cement secondary product is sealed inside the curing shelf and does not come into direct contact with convection air, the moisture required for the hydration reaction is carried away by this convection air, and the moisture present inside the cement secondary product is removed. Leaches onto the surface of this secondary product,
There is no shortage of water inside the secondary product. Therefore, the secondary cement product is hardened by performing a hydration reaction only with the moisture contained in itself without supplying moisture from the outside.
