Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a creep preventing device for a rolling bearing, which prevents creep between the outer ring of the rolling bearing and a housing by fitting an elastic member made of synthetic resin between them.
【0002】[0002]
(実開昭56−14220号公 報参照) It is known that an eccentric groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of an outer ring of a rolling bearing, and a metallic elastic ring having a special shape is inserted into the eccentric groove. (Refer to the official report No. Sho 56-14220)
【0003】[0003]
However, since the metallic elastic ring uses a special steel material, a soft metal such as aluminum housing may cause abnormal wear on the inner peripheral surface of the aluminum housing due to external factors such as vibration.
Further, when the temperature rises, there is a problem that the gap between the two is increased due to the difference in linear expansion coefficient between the two, and the fixing force is reduced. In order to solve these problems, the material of the elastic ring that is interposed between the housing and the rolling bearing should not damage the mating member, and at the same time ensure that its shape is not destroyed by temperature, pressure, etc. That is the technical problem of the present invention.
【0005】[0005]
The structural requirements for solving the technical problem of the present invention are as follows. That is, an eccentric groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling bearing, and the eccentric groove has a serrated surface having at least one bulge portion radially protruding from the maximum depth portion of the peripheral groove. A synthetic resin elastic ring or a metallic elastic ring covered with a synthetic resin is inserted, and the maximum depth of the circumferential groove is formed shallower than the cross section of the elastic ring. An object of the present invention is to provide a creep preventing device for a rolling bearing, which is wedge-shaped and fixed in a minimum space of a space formed between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the housing.
【0006】[0006]
Since the elastic ring interposed between the rolling bearing and the housing has a special shape and is made of synthetic resin, it does not damage or wear the inner wall of the housing. Even if the temperature rises, the coefficient of linear expansion is large, so that the elastic ring is expected to expand in approximately the same degree in proportion to the expansion of the housing, and the surface of the elastic ring is provided with serrations. A fixed function, ie creep between the rolling bearing and the housing, is prevented.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which an elastic ring is assembled between a circumferential groove of a rolling bearing and a housing. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the relationship between the elastic ring assembled in FIG. 1 and the circumferential groove.
Reference numeral 10 represents the entire rolling bearing. A rolling element 103 is arranged between the inner and outer rings 102, 101, and the rolling elements 103 are arranged at predetermined intervals by a retainer 104.
Reference numeral 105 denotes a housing made of a light alloy such as aluminum. The outer peripheral surface 1011 of the outer ring 101 fitted and held in the housing 105 via an elastic ring 106 is eccentric to the outer peripheral surface 1011. A peripheral groove 1012 is formed, and the minimum depth of the peripheral groove 1012 is smaller than the thickness of the elastic ring 106.
The elastic ring 106 has a thickness greater than the minimum depth of the circumferential groove 1012, and its planar shape is, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, arc portions 1061 and 1062 having a radius r1 centered on a point P1. Further, a bulge portion 1063 is formed between the circular arc portions 1061 and 1062 with a smaller diameter than the radius r1 of the circular arc portions 1061 and 1062, and with a half radius r2 centered on the point P2. .
In the elastic ring 106 formed as described above, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the bulging portion 1063 of the elastic ring 106 is positioned at the largest position of the circumferential groove 10 12, and the circumferential groove of the outer ring 101 is positioned. When the elastic ring 106 is attached elastically in contact with the inner peripheral surface 1051 of the housing 105, the bulging portion 1063 of the elastic ring 106 is elastically compressed and deformed, and the central portion of the bulging portion 1063 is elastically compressed. Presses against the inner peripheral surface 1051 of the housing 105.
In the embodiment described above, even when creep occurs in the outer ring 101 of the rolling bearing, the end edge 1064 on one side of the wide elastic ring 106 is eaten in a wedge shape having a small groove depth of the peripheral groove 1012. It is possible to prevent the included creep.
Reference numeral 107 in the drawings denotes a seal plate, and 108 denotes a shaft. FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the relationship between the elastic ring assembled in FIG. 3 and the circumferential groove.
The difference from the above embodiment is the material and shape of the elastic ring. That is, the elastic ring 109 made of metal such as a wire is covered with the synthetic resin 1091.
Therefore, the peripheral groove 1012 of the outer ring 101 may correspond to the width of the elastic ring 109, and the depth of the peripheral groove 1012, the bulging portion 1093, the edge 1094, etc. are substantially the same as those in the above-described embodiment. Therefore, the same reference numerals are given to the same parts, and the description of their operation will be omitted.
【0016】[0016]
[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, the elastic ring is integrally molded with a synthetic resin material or the circumference of the wire is covered with a synthetic resin material so that the surface is serrated, so that the vibration ring is not affected by external influences such as vibration and temperature. Abnormal wear does not occur on the inner peripheral surface of the housing that is in contact with the housing and is made of a light alloy such as aluminum.
Further, even when the temperature rises, the expansion coefficient of the vibrating ring is larger than that of the light alloy, so that the fixing function of the elastic ring is not deteriorated and no creep occurs between them.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flitting corrosion on the raceway surface of the rolling bearing, and to obtain the operational effects peculiar to the present invention.

In particular the outer circumference of the bulging portion 1063 of the elastic ring 106 can increase the creep effect by cross section as shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7 to form a jagged 10631 or uneven 10632.
