The outer wall of this type of concrete building is cracked in 5 to 10 years, and in order to stop the progress and renew the appearance, for example, JP-A-58-164857 and SAI 59
No. -117752 is known. That is, in the former, an asbestos seat plate is interposed between the existing outer wall and the L-shaped new exterior material mounting bracket in the curtain oar so that the unevenness of the existing outer wall does not adversely affect the mounting of the mounting bracket. The latter is a method of remodeling an outer wall of a building in which a cutout recess is provided in an existing outer wall, and a steel liner is interposed in this recess to fix a new outer wall material mounting member.

However, the former new exterior material mounting brackets are not stable because they are arranged at regular intervals only from one side of the C-shaped steel, and the joint metal fittings are fixed to the C-shaped steel to mount the new outer wall material, and the heat insulation and the like are not required. There was a drawback that the outer wall was not added at all. In addition, the former asbestos seat plate is disadvantageous in that it lacks vibration damping. In the latter case, it is very difficult to form a cutout recess in the existing wall, which is unrealistic.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention increases the strength by making the furring strip into a square pipe cross section, and easily and stably mounts it on an existing wall, and additionally adds a vibration-proof function to secure it in a few places The mounting legs are arranged in a staggered manner so that they can be fixed to the existing outer wall, and this is fixed to the existing outer wall via a fixture, and a metal siding material is mounted on this furring strip to create a beautiful outer wall without cracks. The proposed structure is a renovated structure of the existing concrete outer wall that has been formed.

An embodiment of the existing concrete outer wall repair structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. First
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a case where the existing concrete outer wall renovation structure according to the present invention is applied to a building, where 1 is an existing building, 2 is an existing parapet, 3 is an existing outer wall, 4 is a headstock fixture, and 5 is a headstock. , 6 is a furring strip, 7 is a mounting leg, 8 is a mounting hole, 9 is a vibration isolator, 10 is an anchor bolt, 11 is a nut, 12
Reference numeral 16 is an accessory, 17 is a metal siding material, and 18 is a fixture such as a nail. To explain further, the existing building 1 is composed of concrete, ALC, blocks, tiles, walls made of ceramic siding, and squares, gables, flat roofs, and the like. The existing parapet 2 is provided as needed, and although it is almost present in buildings, it is often not formed in general houses. In addition, the existing outer wall 3 is mainly a concrete-based outer wall such as a concrete skeleton coated with cement mortar, a concrete-leaving outer wall, or an ALC plate-clad outer wall. It is intended for outer walls that are contaminated by partial destruction, moss, mold, etc. As shown in FIG. 2, the head frame attachment 4 is attached by a spring back and a screw, and varies depending on the shape of the head tree 5 and the cross section of the top of the existing parapet 2, but for example, as shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. It is formed and fixed to the furring strip 6 by adhesion with an adhesive or welding. As shown in FIG. 4, the furring strip 6 is formed in a square pipe-shaped cross section, and the mounting legs 7 are formed in a zigzag pattern on the opposite side faces so that stability can be easily obtained with the minimum number, and the back face 6a of the furring strip 6 is already present. As shown in FIG. 5, a gap of ΔG is formed between the outer walls 3 so that the furring strip 6 can be easily constructed, and vibration damping and stability with the existing outer wall 3 as a base can be obtained. The vibration from the existing outer wall 3 is almost absorbed by the vibration isolator 9 and is not transmitted to the metal siding material 17. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, the furring strip 6 is horizontally and vertically arranged in a rod shape, and the necessary portions are bonded and welded to be integrated with each other.
Thus, the vibration damping material 9 is interposed and fixed integrally on the existing outer wall 3. The vibration-proof material 9 may have an area larger or smaller than the rear surface 7a of the mounting leg 7, and the material may be rubber, synthetic resin,
One kind of synthetic rubber, hot melt rubber, elastic hot melt adhesive, etc., having a thickness of about 1 to 5 mm. Of course, the furring strips 6 need to be arranged laterally when the metal siding material 17 is vertically stretched. The attachment hole 8 is for attaching the attachment leg 7 to the anchor bolt 10, and is formed in an oval shape, an elliptical shape, or the like so as to be able to cope with the displacement of the attachment position. The accessory 12 is a toe cover and an accessory 13 as shown in FIG.
Is a mat plate fitting for the retaining edge cover 12, and the accessories 14, 14a are the eighth
As shown in the figure, the window frame cover, the accessory 15 is a projected corner cover as shown in FIG. 9, and the accessory 16 is a projected corner cover attachment. Further, the metal siding material 17 is a member having a shape as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) to 10 (g), and is mounted as shown in FIGS. 1 and 11. In particular, metal siding material 17
Metal sheet molding 17a that is easy to install and has excellent heat insulation
A synthetic resin foam 17c is integrally interposed between the back surface material 17b and the back surface material 17b.

First, a scaffold is assembled along the existing outer wall 3 of the existing building 1 as shown in FIG. Next, the furring strip 6 as shown in FIG.
Is formed to a predetermined length, and an anchor bolt 10 is driven at a position corresponding to the mounting hole 8 of the mounting leg 7. The furring strip 6 is fixed to the anchor bolt 10 as shown in FIG. In addition,
At this time, the vibration isolator 9 is fixed between the rear surface 7a of the mounting leg 7 and the existing outer wall 3 so as to be fixed. As shown in FIG. 2, a head board fitting 4 is welded to a horizontal head edge 6'of the furring strip 6 on which the existing parapet 2 has been installed, and then a head board 5 is attached. In addition, the eighth around the window
Attach the accessory parts 14 and 14a shown in the figure, and then insert the metal siding material 17 shown in FIG. 10 (c) through a starter (not shown).
Is installed on the furring strip 6 from the base toward the existing parapet 2 via the fixture 18. It should be noted that, as shown in FIG.
Is to be installed. Next, metal siding material 17
After the construction, the joints, etc. are covered with the accessories 12, 15, 16 and a joiner (not shown) and the like, and then a caulking material is filled in necessary places (not shown) to complete the construction.

As described above, according to the repair structure for the existing concrete outer wall of the present invention, the outer wall can be repaired in a short period of time without stopping living of the existing building. By adding heat insulation and dehumidification by ventilation to the outer wall, it is possible to improve habitability and extend the life of the building. The new outer wall is easy to construct, and it is possible to form a beautiful and durable outer wall at low cost. Metal siding material does not require maintenance after construction, and maintenance costs are low. Since the mounting legs are arranged in a zigzag pattern on the furring strip, the number of fixings to the existing outer wall is minimal and stable, and the new outer wall is not destroyed or separated even by external force (earthquake, etc.).
Since the structure is such that the vibration isolator is interposed between the existing outer wall and the mounting leg, the new outer wall will not be deformed or separated even if an earthquake or displacement of the existing outer wall occurs. There are features such as.
