This is a dyeing technology that is completed for the first time by organically combining a series of processes such as design pattern planning, engraving or plate making, printing paste preparation, and fabric preparation. Such a dyeing technique requires preparation for four steps, which requires a great deal of work and is extremely burdensome in terms of cost and time. Therefore, it can be said that it is difficult to adapt to the demand for high-mix low-volume production in today's era of diversification and high fashion, and it is becoming difficult to adapt to it.

However, fortunately, inkjet printing is a printing technique for a paper whose surface roughness is relatively inconspicuous, and there is no technical problem as far as the paper is targeted.

Unlike paper, cloth has a wide variety of materials and the texture of the texture of the knitted fabric is extremely varied, so that a surprising problem has arisen. That is, a technical defect that cannot be assumed with paper, for example, a large blurring appears and a dyeing blur occurs. For this reason, as a countermeasure, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-5
Pretreated on the fabric as seen in 5277 publication,
A method for preventing bleeding by forming an ink holding layer made of a substance selected from water-soluble polymers, water-soluble salts and water-insoluble inorganic substances has been proposed.

However, since the ink holding agent is applied at the stage of the cloth, when the materials and forms of the threads forming the cloth are different, for example, when the warp is made of polyester fiber and the weft is made of cotton, and the warp is a filament. When the unprocessed yarn is a weft yarn and the like, a strong bleeding phenomenon occurs in the warp or weft direction, and a clear image cannot be obtained.

なっている。As described above, in the woven fabric, since the warp and the weft are set depending on the purpose of use, the use of the warp and the weft as described above causes uneven dyeability in the warp direction and the weft direction. There is a blemishes of nature. Therefore, conventionally, as long as the fabric is made of warp and weft, it is inevitable that directional blurring is unavoidable, and as a result, a clear dyed image cannot be expressed. In recent years, more emphasis has been placed on fashionability than ever before, and the materials and weaves of fabrics have become diversified, and it is an urgent need to solve these problems of bleeding.

It was found that there is a difference between the warp direction and the weft direction in the bleeding prevention effect, resulting in directional bleeding, and the present invention was completed based on this finding. It is a thing.

Layers can be applied. In this way, the simultaneous gluing process can be performed as it is in the gluing process that is usually performed, and so-called slasher method, partial warp gluing method, warping sizer method, etc. are adopted. To be done.
However, it is necessary to select the most suitable method from the viewpoints of compatibility between the ink holding agent forming the ink holding layer and the sizing agent and the influence on the weaving property, as to which method is to be adopted.

It should be done. That is, in most cases of the present invention, since the sizing agent itself has a function as an ink holding agent even if the ink holding layer is not made compatible with each other in the gluing step, it can be used also as an ink holding layer. Is. Therefore, in many cases, the warp thread can be sufficiently processed by passing through the conventional sizing process without providing the process of attaching the ink holding agent.

An ink holding layer can be formed. If necessary, the squeezing roller may be of a two-stage type so that the ink holding agent can be soaked into the inner layer portion of the weft yarn as much as possible.

Therefore, it is possible to avoid the blurring phenomenon which has the direction of the warp and the latitude.

Inkjet dyeing is generally a method in which ink is ejected from a nozzle to fly vertically to a cloth that has become a piece of cloth to dye a pattern or the like on the surface of the cloth. Move vertically from bottom to top or top to bottom. When ink is ejected from the nozzle now, the cloth surface is always vertical, so the ink ejected onto the cloth surface tries to travel down the cloth surface due to its own weight, causing a so-called sag phenomenon. In this case, the sagging phenomenon naturally does not occur in the weft direction, which is the left-right direction of the piece of cloth. Therefore, it was found that the weft yarn can sufficiently deal with the application of the ink holding layer as compared with the warp yarn. Here again, it is possible to understand the merits in the case where the holding layer is applied at the stage of yarn units.

As a method for ink-jet dyeing a cloth in the present invention, a method currently used, for example, a pressure vibration type is used. Any of the inkjet dyeing methods such as the electrostatic acceleration type and the pressure pulse type may be adopted. As the method for heat-fixing the ink-jet dyed fabric in the present invention, the wet heat treatment by steam, which is the same method as the conventional method, is adopted. As a method of refining the heat-fixed cloth at the same time as soaping in the present invention,
This can be done by adding a surfactant, which is a refining agent, simultaneously with the soaping treatment. The sizing agent, the oil agent and the like applied during the weaving preparation step are also removed in this step.

A fabric is woven by a loom using the warp yarn and the weft yarn already wound on the weft tube. In preparation for the next inkjet printing, the woven fabric is smelted in order to remove impurities etc. from the entire fabric, which is often treated with the warp of the fabric. An ink holding agent is applied to the desizing-refined cloth. The ink-retaining agent applied to the cloth in the state of the cloth has a pattern, a pattern or the like expressed by inkjet printing. The ink-jet printed cloth is treated with heated steam. At this time, the dye ink ejected on the cloth surface enters the fiber through the ink holding agent to develop a color, and the pattern or the like is heat-fixed. The fabric that is heat-fixed and has a stable pattern and pattern is soaped (washed). (Dyeing method of the present invention)

In this case, as described above, the sizing agent can often be used also as the ink holding agent. On the other hand, an ink holding agent is applied to the weft yarn by a squeeze roller method or the like before the weft winding process. A woven fabric is woven by a loom using the sizing warp yarn and the weft yarn to which an ink holding agent is applied. Next, the woven fabric is directly subjected to ink jet printing to express patterns, patterns, etc. without undergoing desizing or refining as in the conventional case. The ink-jet dyed cloth is treated with heated steam, and the dye ink ejected on the cloth surface at this time enters the fiber through the ink holding agent to develop color, and the pattern or the like is heat-fixed. Heat-fixed pattern,
A fabric with a stable handle is refined at the same time as soaping (washing). The above is a comparison between the conventional method and the present invention.

Alternatively, it means a holding layer in which the dye ink is temporarily absorbed in the ink holding layer and the dye ink can be transferred to the fiber portion only when heat fixing after inkjet printing. By the way, when the holding layer is not provided, the dye ink diffuses into the fiber region before the heat setting, which causes a blurring phenomenon. Therefore, when an appropriate ink holding layer is applied, it is possible to prevent bleeding on the cloth.

The function as the ink holding layer can be provided only by sizing the warp. 3. It is not necessary to independently perform the refining process, and the treatment can be performed at the same time as soaping. 4. Since the ink holding layer is applied at the yarn stage, even if the fabric is woven into a fabric, it is in a state in which it reaches the yarn gap sufficiently and fine dyeing stains can be prevented. 5. It is possible to reduce the ink holding layer of the weft, which is relatively unlikely to cause the bleeding phenomenon, and as a result, it is possible to save the amount of the ink holding agent used. 6. Since the optimum ink holding agent can be separately applied to each of the warp and the weft, so-called directional blurring in the warp and weft directions does not appear at all, and a clear image can be obtained.

These are dyeing technologies that are organically combined and completed for the first time through a series of processes such as design pattern planning, engraving or plate making, printing paste preparation, and fabric preparation.

Fortunately, ink jet printing is fortunately a printing technique for a paper whose surface roughness is relatively inconspicuous, and there is no technical problem as far as the paper is targeted.

Unlike paper, cloth has a wide variety of materials, and the surface roughness of the texture of the knitted fabric is extremely varied, which has caused a surprising problem. That is, a technical defect that cannot be assumed with paper, for example, a large blurring appears and a dyeing blur occurs. From this, as a countermeasure, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-5
Pretreated on the fabric as seen in 5277 publication,
A method for preventing bleeding by forming an ink holding layer made of a substance selected from water-soluble polymers, water-soluble salts and water-insoluble inorganic substances has been proposed.

For example, the warp yarn is made of polyester fiber and the weft yarn is made of cotton. And if

You can make a directional blur. Therefore, conventionally, as long as the fabric is made of warp and weft, it is inevitable that the bleeding has directionality, and as a result, it is difficult to express a clear dyed image. In recent years, more emphasis has been placed on fashionability than ever before, and the materials and weaves of fabrics have become diversified, and it is an urgent need to solve these problems of bleeding.

Layers can be applied. In this way, the simultaneous gluing process can be performed as it is in the gluing process that is usually performed, and so-called slasher method, partial warp gluing method, warping sizer method, etc. are adopted. It
However, it is necessary to select the most suitable method from the viewpoints of the compatibility between the ink holding agent forming the ink holding layer and the sizing agent and the influence on the weaving property, which method is to be adopted.

That is, in most cases of the present invention, since the sizing agent itself has a function as an ink holding layer even if the ink holding layer is not made compatible with each other in the gluing step, it can be used also as an ink holding layer. Because there is. Therefore, the warp threads are often sufficiently passed by the conventional sizing process without the need to provide the process of attaching the ink holding agent.

Layers can be formed. If necessary, the squeezing roller may be of a two-stage type so that the ink holding agent can be soaked into the inner layer portion of the weft yarn as much as possible.

る。The inventors of the present invention who actually carry out the ink jet dyeing at the site have obtained an interesting finding, so that it will be described intentionally. Inkjet dyeing is generally a method of ejecting ink from a nozzle to fly vertically to a cloth that has become a piece of cloth to dye the pattern on the surface of the cloth, but during inkjet dyeing, the piece of cloth that is a piece of cloth is the longitudinal direction. That is, it moves vertically from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom in the warp direction. When ink is ejected from the nozzle now, the cloth surface is always vertical, so the ink ejected onto the cloth surface tries to travel down the cloth surface due to its own weight, causing a so-called sag phenomenon. In this case, the sagging phenomenon is naturally unlikely to occur in the weft direction, which is the left-right direction of the piece of cloth. Therefore, it has been found that the weft yarn can sufficiently deal with the application of the ink holding layer as compared with the warp yarn. Here again, another advantage can be understood when the holding layer is added at the yarn unit stage.

Any method of ink jet dyeing method such as vibration type, electrostatic acceleration type, pressure pulse type and the like may be adopted. As the method for heat-fixing the ink-jet dyed fabric in the present invention, the wet heat treatment by steam, which is the same method as the conventional method, is adopted. As a method for scouring the heat-fixed cloth at the same time as soaping in the present invention, it is possible to add a surfactant as a scouring agent at the same time during the soaping treatment. The sizing agent, the oil agent and the like applied during the weaving preparation step are also removed in this step.

A fabric is woven by a loom using the warp yarn and the weft yarn already wound on the weft tube. In preparation for the next inkjet printing, the woven fabric is scoured in order to remove impurities and the like, which are often treated on the warp of the fabric, and to remove impurities and the like from the entire fabric. An ink holding agent is applied to the desizing-refined cloth. The ink-retaining agent applied to the cloth in the state of the cloth has a pattern, a pattern or the like expressed by inkjet printing. The ink-jet printed cloth is treated with heated steam. At this time, the dye ink ejected on the cloth surface intervenes the ink holding agent to enter the fiber and develop color, and the pattern and the like are heat-fixed.

The ink-jet dyed fabric is treated with heating steam, and the dye ink discharged on the fabric surface at this time enters the fabric through the ink holding agent to develop color, and the pattern or the like is heat-fixed. Alternatively, it refers to a holding layer that allows the dye ink to be temporarily absorbed in the ink holding layer and transfer the dye ink to the fiber portion only when heat fixing after inkjet printing. By the way, when the holding layer is not provided, the dye ink diffuses into the fiber region before the heat setting, which causes a blurring phenomenon. Therefore, when an appropriate ink holding layer is applied, it is possible to prevent bleeding on the cloth.

A holding layer can be applied together in the step of sizing the warp that is usually performed, and it is not necessary to provide a step for applying the ink holding layer. 2. By simply sizing the warp, it can also serve as an ink holding agent. 3. It is not necessary to perform the scouring process independently, and the treatment can be performed at the same time as soaping. 4. Since the ink holding layer is applied at the yarn stage, even if the fabric is woven into a cloth, the state that the yarn interval is sufficiently reached and fine dyeing stains can be prevented. 5. It is possible to reduce the ink holding layer of the weft yarn, which is relatively free from bleeding, and as a result, the amount of ink holding agent used can be saved. 6. Since the optimum ink holding agent can be separately applied to each of the warp and the weft, so-called directional blurring in the warp and weft directions does not appear at all, and a clear image can be obtained.
