Then, the tubular portion 7a of the eyelet 7 is inserted through the mounting hole 6 of the cardboard 1 and the hole 5 of the surface fastener element 2 in this order, and passes through the hole 5 of the surface fastener element 2 of the tubular portion 7b downward. The portion is crimped and the hook-and-loop fastener element 2 is bound to the cardboard 1. At the time of punching, the small diameter portion 48a of the receiving pin 48 retracts into the receiving portion 47 against the elastic force of the elastic means (not shown) so as not to interfere with the punching.

Then, the motor 34 rotates and the cam 36 causes the tilting plate 2 to move.
6 is rotated upwards until it is in a substantially horizontal posture, and the motor 20 is rotated to reciprocate the projecting plate 22, and a new surface fastener element 2 from the stock portion 19 to the feeding portion 31.
The hook-and-loop fastener element 2 which has been positioned second from the most distal end is pushed onto the insertion hole 29. By repeating such an operation, the surface fastener elements 2 are sequentially bound to the cardboard 1.

A stock part where a large number of parts are placed in a stack, a feeding part having a guide groove approximately equal to the outer diameter of the above part, and a stock part located on the opposite side of the stock part with the stock part in between. And a protruding portion having a protruding plate that protrudes the component located at the lower end into the guide groove of the feeding portion, and the feeding portion is rotatably connected to the base portion near the stock portion and the base portion. A movable part, and a mechanism for moving the movable part up and down is provided in the guide groove of the distal end of the movable part, at least one of which has a through hole having a width smaller than the outer diameter of the component, and a mechanism for moving the movable part up and down. The upper end of the receiving part is movable when it is rotated Parts located at the distal end of the insertion hole is inserted from the lower movable part of the tip portion is characterized in that so as to be received in the receiving portion.
