粉砕して粉砕状とする。そしてポリプロピレン(PP)
或はポリエチレン(PE)接着剤などの熱可塑性合成樹
脂と混合し撹拌する。混合割合は紙パック粉末:熱可塑
性合成樹脂を標準として7:3(用途によっては任意)
の比率とする。混合撹拌した混合材料をプラスチック成
形機に取付けた棒・管・形材・シート等任意形状の押出
成形型に流し込み押出成形型で任意形状に押出して成形
するようにしたものである。又シートの場合真圧空プレ
ス成形ができる。このように紙パックを粉末状として熱
可塑性合成樹脂に混入することによって、混入しない時
の合成樹脂と同様又は用途によってはそれ以上の機能を
有する成形物が得られると共に、押出成形も量産成形法
の一つであるため大量の紙パックを使用することが出来
