For example, iodine-based disinfectant, so-called iodine, has been used for a long time because of its broad antibacterial spectrum, antiviral effect, and low cost. Recently, iodine-based disinfectants are frequently used in hospitals because they are effective against multidrug-resistant bacteria (MRSA) caused by overuse of antibiotics. However, when an iodine-based disinfectant is applied to the wound, it is very irritating and very painful. However, when it is applied to the face, etc., it is very noticeable because the applied part becomes bright red. In addition, it is impossible to apply to women because the color at the time of application cannot be taken for several days. For that reason, transparent and non-irritating disinfectants such as maquilon are commercially available, but these disinfectants do not have a feeling of use, and an extra disinfectant drips and falls off. There are also problems with the antibacterial spectrum.

Recently, the small-sized first-aid Bansou plaster type is often used. This has a feeling of use, and can be applied only to the affected area, and since the color is inconspicuous, it can be used by women. However, there is a weak point that the bansou plaster type gets wet once it enters the bath or pool, and if the affected area gets stuffy and it is left as it is, it will worsen. In general, there are many cases where the cuts worsen if left untouched when the humidity is high in the summer. Also, it cannot be used for general disinfection of toes and fingers in hospitals. As one of the objects of the above solution, the present inventors have tried to improve the iodine-based disinfectant, and by utilizing the iodine-based disinfectant contained in the polyvinyl alcohol solvent used for ophthalmology for general household use. It was found that an iodine-based disinfectant that is not irritating can be provided. However, it did not succeed in eliminating the color of iodine.

外用消毒薬の提供を課題とするAs described above, as a disinfectant, it has a broad antibacterial spectrum equivalent to that of iodine-based disinfectants, has a broad antiviral action, and has a low irritation and does not stick to the skin. The challenge is to provide an external disinfectant that does not have a bad smell

する。Means for Solving the Problems As a result of earnest research efforts in view of the above situation, the present inventors have made the iodine-based disinfectant mousse (foaming) to change the color of the liquid medicine to white,
In particular, by moussing an iodine-based disinfectant that uses a polyvinyl alcohol-based solvent, it does not change the bactericidal and antiviral properties and does not cause irritation, but it also has a feeling of use, and since the disinfectant does not adhere to it, the skin is colored. We have completed this study by discovering that it is a disinfectant that can be used by people of all ages, including women with little or no odor and stickiness, and has no problems at all. Furthermore, the disinfectant of the present invention can be used not only for general household use but also for general disinfection of skin and soft skin mucous membranes in hospitals and the like. The present invention is an iodine solution 1 to 5 dissolved in a polyvinyl alcohol solvent.
0%, preferably 5 to 30% diluted with purified water or distilled water to 0.1 to 5%, preferably 0.5 to 2% of 1 to several kinds of nonionic surfactants. In Although,
In some cases, for the purpose of shortening the defoaming time, a suitable amount of ethanol, preferably 5 to 40% of ethanol is added to make 100% in total, is filled in a pressure resistant container, and an appropriate amount of LP is added.
It is characterized in that it is filled with a gas body such as gas or propane gas and sprayed in a mousse form together with the gas from a nozzle for use.
