の現像装置の動作は従来技術と同様であるので、その説
明は省略するが現像ロ−ラ面への薄層化に当たって現像
ブレ−ド6は以下のように作用する。シム10を設けた
ことにより、現像ブレ−ド6の曲げ開始位置はシム10
の端部10aとなる。現像ブレ−ド6と現像ロ−ラ4と
の圧接部からシム10の端部10aまでの距離をL1 と
し、撓み量δを従来技術と同じとすると、圧接部での圧
接力Pは、従来技術で述べた数式(1)を変形して、P
=(3・E・I・δ)/(L1 ・L1 ・L1 )・・・・
・(2) となる。距離L1 は従来技術で述べた距離Lより長いの
で圧接力Pは弱くなる。ねじの締め付け力の影響を考慮
して圧接部近傍での圧接力Pを求めると、図4に示すよ
うになる。図4から分かるように、圧接力Pはねじ9の
固着位置に一番近いA点とB点で少し強くなるが、略一
定となる。
