There was a problem in that granular objects to be stored overlapped with each other in front of the take-out port, and it was not possible to take out the grains one by one. This is because it does not have any mechanism for arranging the items to be stored in the outlet, so when the container is tilted toward the outlet, the items are pushed toward the outlet all at once and are held together. It is because I cannot fall. Such a blocking phenomenon is particularly likely to occur when the material to be stored is a flat granular material such as a tablet. Further, since the granular material storage container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-13493 has a complicated structure, there is a problem that the manufacturing becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost becomes high. Therefore, even if the object to be stored is a flat tablet or other granular material, the blocking phenomenon does not occur, it is possible to reliably take out the particles one by one, and the structure is simple and easy to manufacture, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. A device for a granular material storage container has been desired.

The items to be stored may be smoothly arranged in a line in the take-out port, but the items to be stored are sandwiched in front of the take-out port, causing a so-called blocking phenomenon, and the items are not likely to be put in the take-out port. Absent. Even in such a case, when the sliding member slides toward the opening of the case member, the granular material storage container of the present invention can be taken out when the long guide of the case member enters the housing part of the sliding member. Since the blocking state of the object to be stored is broken before the mouth, the user enters the outlet along the guide. Therefore, since the contained objects are always aligned and accommodated one by one in the take-out port of the contained objects pushed out from the case member, the contained objects can be reliably taken out. When the hand is released from the sliding member, the sliding member self-returns to the inside of the case member due to the force of returning to the original shape of the elastic member. At this time, since the sealing portion of the outlet contacts the opening of the case member, the opening is closed.

The granular material storage container according to the present invention comprises a case member 1, a sliding member 2 and a lid body 3, and the sliding member 2 having a storage portion A has side walls 11 and 12 of the case member 1 and sliding members. Two
It is slidable by the side walls 21 and 22 of the. The case member 1 has an opening 13 for taking out the particulate matter on the upper side of one end in the sliding direction, and two guides 14 and 15 having different lengths extending inward from the opening 13 are slidable. Side wall
It is provided parallel to 11 and 12. The long guide 14 is linearly provided from the opening portion 13, and the short guide 15 is provided so as to be slightly wide apart via an inclined shoulder portion 13a provided on the way. Reference numeral 16 is a guide surface curvedly connected to the slidable side wall 11 from the lower portion of the opening 13, and in this case, the other end is also connected to the side wall 12. Reference numeral 17 is a fitting groove provided on the upper edge portion of the outer surface in order to cover the lid member 3 from above and fit it after the sliding member 2 is slidably accommodated. The sliding member 2 is formed by the side walls 21 and 22 into the case member 1
Is slidably inserted into the inside of the
A space A for accommodating the granular object 4 is provided between the space 22 and the container 22. A take-out port 23 that communicates with the storage unit A, rises obliquely from the bottom of the storage unit A, and can be retracted into the opening 13 of the case member 1 is provided so as to project at one end in the sliding direction. The wall surfaces 23a and 23b of the take-out port 23 are provided so as to be slidably contactable with the guides 14 or 15 of the case member 1, respectively, and the tip end side is notched so that the object 4 can be taken out easily. The side closer to the wall surface 23a than the wall surface 23b is provided to the tip. A circular arc-shaped sealing portion 23c is provided upright at the tip of the take-out port 23 to prevent the article 4 from falling and the take-out port 23 is provided at the opening of the case member 1.
When stored in 13, the opening 13 is sealed. Further, the sealing portion 23c can contact the wall surface of the lid body 3. It works to prevent the sliding member 2 from entering the inside of the case member 1 more than necessary. A slit 23a 'into which the guide 14 of the case member 1 can be loosely fitted is provided between the wall surface 23 of the outlet 23 and the wall surface 21a extending from the side wall 21 so that the guide 14 can be retracted into and retracted from the storage portion A. . An elastic member 21b extends from the end of the side wall 21 facing the inclined guide surface 16 so as to be slidably contactable with the guide surface 16. The opposite side of the take-out port 23 is sealed by an operation section 24 that can be inserted between the side walls 11 and 12 of the case member 1 after the desired amount of the article 4 is stored in the storage section A. A brief description will be given to the handling of the granular-material storage container having the above-described configuration when a large number of granular objects 4 having a diameter slightly smaller than the inner width of the outlet 23 are stored.
When the container is tilted to the side, the objects 4 to be stored are pushed toward the outlet 23 all at once. The objects 4 may be smoothly arranged in a line in the take-out port 23, but they may be sandwiched in front of the take-out port 23, so-called blocking phenomenon may occur, and the items may not fit in the take-out port 23 in a line. Not a few. However, in the granular material storage container of the present invention, even when the storage object 4 is in the blocking state as shown in FIG.
The long guide 14 of the case member 1 which can be retracted and retracted in the storage portion A when pushed in to the side of 13 has an object to be stored in front of the outlet 23.
Since the blocking state is destroyed by pushing up 43, the objects to be stored 41 and 42 are arranged in this order and enter the take-out port 23. The storage object 4 that has entered the take-out port 23 in a row is the bottom storage object when the sliding member 2 is slid toward the opening 13 side.
41 can be taken out because it comes out of the opening 13 while being supported by the sealing portion 23c, but the second stored object
The wall surface 23a of the outlet 23 enters the opening 13 and narrows the opening 13, so that the shoulder 42 cannot be caught by the shoulder 13a of the opening 13 and fall. First stored item
When the operator removes the hand from the operation section 24 after taking out 41, the sliding member is bent by the force of the elastic member 21b which was bent and slid into contact with the slanted guide surface 16 of the case member 1 to return to its original shape. 2 is self-returning to the inside of the case member 1, so that the opening
13 is closed by the sealing portion 23c of the outlet 23. When the sliding member 2 self-returns inside the case member 1, the wall surface 23a of the outlet 23 that narrows the opening 13 also has the opening 1.
Since it is pulled upward from 3, the stored object 42 caught on the shoulder 13a of the opening 13 falls to the position of the sealing portion 23c, and is quickly taken out when the next sliding operation is performed. Is ready. As described above, the granular material storage container of the present invention is provided with the storage object 42 per operation of the sliding member 2.
You can definitely take out one. The granular material storage container shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 is an example of a container in which the blocking state is more difficult to occur even if the storage object 4 is a flat granular material. The granular material storage container in this case is also composed of the case member 1, the sliding member 2 and the lid 3 as in the first embodiment, and the case member 1 further includes slidable side walls 11 and 12. Five parallel ribs 18 are provided on the bottom at equal intervals. These ribs 18 are long in the center and short on the side close to the side walls 11 or 12, and each has a shape in which the outlet 23 side is high and the opposite side is low. In this case, the guide provided inside the opening 13 is short on the side of reference numeral 14 and long on the side of reference numeral 15. Five slits 25, which allow the ribs 18 of the case member 1 to be loosely fitted, are provided at equal intervals centering on the rising inclined surface of the sliding member 2 on the take-out port 23 side. The slit
25 also has a long central part, and short parts are provided on both ends. An arcuate rib 26 is erected parallel to the slit 25 at the position of the inclined surface between the slits 25, and a ridge 27 is obliquely provided at the position of the bottom. The sliding member 2 is further provided with a through hole 28 having a side 28a inclined with respect to the side wall 21 or 22 at the bottom portion, and a ridge 29 is vertically provided on the inner surface of the side wall 21 or 22 on the take-out port 23 side. It is provided. In the case of this container, the wall surface 23a of the outlet 23 and the wall surface 21a are connected to each other, and the long guide 15 of the case member 1 is slidably brought into contact with the inside of the wall surface 23b so that it can be retracted into the storage portion A.
In addition, the sealing portion 23c at the tip of the take-out port 23 has a surface in contact with the article 4 to be tilted in one direction, and when the take-out port 23 is pushed out of the opening 13, the article 4 is taken in one direction. It is designed to roll over. In the granular material storage container having the above-described configuration, even if the flat object 4 is initially standing on the side surface, when the sliding member 2 is slid toward the opening 13 side, the through hole 28 is inclined. Around
Since it falls due to the step of 28a, is caught by the ridges 27 or 29, or is lifted up by the ribs 26 and is thus fallen, both of them fall down by the time they come to the front of the take-out opening 23. Become. Therefore,
Since the objects 4 to be stored are in contact with each other at their circumferential portions before the take-out port 23, they can easily enter the take-out port 23. Even if the stored object 4 in such a state is in the blocking state, the blocking state can be easily pushed by the long guide 15 by sliding the sliding member 2 as shown in the first embodiment. Since the articles 4 are collapsed, the articles 4 are aligned and enter the take-out port 23. Therefore,
In the granular material container according to the present invention, even if the object 4 to be accommodated is a flat granular material, the sliding member 2 is attached to the opening 13 of the case member 1.
Just by sliding it to the side of, it is possible to reliably take out the grains one by one from the take-out port 23. If the opening 13 and the inner guide 14 or 15 are provided in a straight line, and the wall surfaces 23a and 23b of the outlet 23 are also provided in a wide straight line, the objects that have entered the outlet 23 in a line are entered. It goes without saying that the stored items 4 can be continuously taken out one by one. The guide surface 16 of the case member 1 can be linearly inclined from the side of the opening 13 to the side wall 11 instead of being curved as shown in the embodiment. It is also possible to provide them separately. The elastic member 21b may be provided with a wide width or may be provided on both sides of the side walls 11 and 12.

Since the guide easily breaks the blocking state, it is possible to align and enter the contained objects one by one into the take-out port, and thus it is possible to reliably take out one by one. Moreover, since the structure is simple, all the constituent members can be formed by injection molding or the like using plastic, so that it is possible to assemble and assemble,
There is an advantage that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
