Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 （技術分野） 本発明はシャットルレス織機用緯糸グリッパー、即ち緯
糸を織機の一端に挿入して経糸杼道（shed）を通してそ
の反対端に運搬するグリッパー対の改良に関するもので
ある。

（従来技術） 従来、前記グリッパーは金属又は合成プラスチック材料
から作られていたが、記緒材料で作った場合は重量が過
大となり、コストがかなり高くなり、第２の材料、即ち
合成プラスチック材料の場合には、剛性が小さくなる。
設計者や製造者は常にこれら両種類のグリッパーに別々
に対処して前記欠点を減らすように努めてきた。両種類
のグリッパーはグリッパー自体の外形に関して次第に改
良がなされてきたが、その改良は金属グリッパーの場合
には、重量を減らし、構造とその製造方法を簡単にしよ
うと努め、プラスチックグリッパーの場合にはその構造
を剛性にしようと努めることにあった。

しかし、これらの改良が行われたにも拘らず、金属グリ
ッパーやプラスチック材料のグリッパーは、特に近代的
な極めて高速の作業をする織機に使う場合には、まだ満
足すべきものは出来ていない。

（発明の目的） 本発明の目的は従来既知の上記２種類のグリッパーの利
点を保持しながら、上記欠点を排除する如き、本来の手
法で緯糸を杼道を通して運搬するグリッパーを提供する
ことにある。

（目的を達成する手段） 上記目的を達成するため、本発明のグリッパー対は、各
グリッパーが合成材料の中心本体と、これに堅固に結合
した２個の金属シェルから成る複合構造からなり、前記
両金属シェルはプラスチック材料の中心本体との結合を
確実ならしめるフック、突出部又は凹所などをもつこと
に特徴を有する。

（実施例の説明） 以下、本発明を図示の実施例に基づき詳述する。
第１図は運搬グリッパーＰを示すものであり、この運搬
グリッパーＰは下部金属シェル１と、合成プラスチック
材料の中心本体４と、上部金属グリッパー５からなり、
下部金属シェル１はＶ形断面をもち、その側面が接合し
て前部に単一素子２を作り、後部で２個の耳部３に分か
れており、前記上部金属シェル５は中心本体４用の経糸
ガードの形をなし、前部フック端６と、後部フォーク端
７をもつ。
グリッパーＰは下部金属シェル１と、合成プラスチック
材料の中心本体４と、上部金属グリッパー５からなり、
下部金属シェル１はＶ形断面をもち、その側面が接合し
て前部に単一素子２を作り、後部で２個の耳部３に分か
れており、前記上部金属シェル５は中心本体４用の経糸
ガードの形をなし、前部フック端６と、後部フォーク端
７をもつ。
本発明によれば、運搬グリッパーＰは３個の構成要素、
即ち前記中心本体４、下部金属シェル１及び上部金属シ
ェル５が互いに堅固に結合して作られた構造をもつ。こ
の構造は前記両金属シェル１と５間に合成プラスチック
材料を射出成形して作ることができる。金属シェル１と
５の端に適切なフックやフォークなどの形状をもたせる
ことによって、またこれら金属シェルに凹所８又は突出
部の如き他の結合素子を設けることによって、前記構成
要素間の相互結合を最も有効ならしめることができる。
金属シェル１と５は実質上中心本体４に合体され、従っ
てこれら構成要素が一旦組立てられると、グリッパー構
造は極めてコンパクトな一体ユニットとなる。
即ち前記中心本体４、下部金属シェル１及び上部金属シ
ェル５が互いに堅固に結合して作られた構造をもつ。こ
の構造は前記両金属シェル１と５間に合成プラスチック
材料を射出成形して作ることができる。金属シェル１と
５の端に適切なフックやフォークなどの形状をもたせる
ことによって、またこれら金属シェルに凹所８又は突出
部の如き他の結合素子を設けることによって、前記構成
要素間の相互結合を最も有効ならしめることができる。
金属シェル１と５は実質上中心本体４に合体され、従っ
てこれら構成要素が一旦組立てられると、グリッパー構
造は極めてコンパクトな一体ユニットとなる。
第２図は引張グリッパーＴを示すものであり、この引張
グリッパーＴも前記運搬グリッパーと同様な構成結果が
得られる。これは運搬グリッパーＰの金属シェル１と殆
ど同じ形状の下部金属シェル９、合成プラスチック材料
の中心本体10及び上部シェル11からなり、この上部シェ
ルはフレーム部分12と、耳部14で終端する延長部又はテ
イル部13からなる。
グリッパーＴも前記運搬グリッパーと同様な構成結果が
得られる。これは運搬グリッパーＰの金属シェル１と殆
ど同じ形状の下部金属シェル９、合成プラスチック材料
の中心本体10及び上部シェル11からなり、この上部シェ
ルはフレーム部分12と、耳部14で終端する延長部又はテ
イル部13からなる。
以上、本発明の実施例につき説明したが、本発明の範囲
には他の変更例も包含され得ることは勿論である。

- 【請求項１】シャットルレス織機用緯糸グリッパー対に
おいて、各グリッパーが合成材料の中心本体と、これに
堅固に結合した２個の金属シェルから成る複合構造から
なり、前記両金属シェルはプラスチック材料の中心本体
との結合を確実ならしめるフック、突出部又は凹所など
をもつことを特徴とする緯糸グリッパー対。 - 【請求項２】特許請求の範囲第１項記載の緯糸グリッパ
ー対において、グリッパーの前記複合構造は前記両金属
シェル間に合成プラスチック材料を射出成形することに
よって形成したことを特徴とする緯糸グリッパー対。
