4であり、しっかりと固定されていない為途中で切れた
り、また、何回も屈曲されると折れてしまったり、組立
までの間に傷がつくという問題点があった。

めと巻き終わりの巻線コイル端14を固定するための線端
固定用柱部16も前記絶縁用端板11と一体に設けられてい
る。前記柱部15には柱部上部にU字溝17が形成され、前
記線端固定用柱部16には柱部上部に凹溝18とU字溝17と
を巻線コイル12の切断のための平面部20が形成されてい
る。これらの形成を第5図,第6図,第7図に示す。

発明の効果 以上のように本発明によれば、コア端面に施した巻線コ
イルとコア間の絶縁用端板と一体に形成した巻枠部によ
り、巻線されたコイルは内側に倒れることがなく、また
ばらけることもないため、絶縁距離が確保されないとい
った問題もない。また巻枠部は柱状としているため、巻
線コイルの内側もコイルが露出し、コイルの発熱を冷却
する為の冷却風があたり巻枠部が放熱効果を妨げること
もない。そして巻線コイルの巻き初め、巻き終わりの巻
線コイル端を線端固定用柱部に接着剤あるいは、熱融着
により確実に固定し、巻線コイル端の余り部分を切断処
理できるため、従来のように巻線コイルを固定するため
に、糸しばり等の作業を必要とせず、巻線コイル端が確
実に固定され、余分な巻線コイルや、口出線がないた
め、組立時における傷や、汚れ折れ曲がりなどなく、簡
単な構成で、界磁コイル結線作業の自動化およびモータ
組立の容易化が図れ、多大な実用的効果を奏する。
