2. Description of the Related Art A conventional washing method is to introduce hot water such as tap water, well water, and stored water into a washing machine by a pressure pump,
It is common practice to carry out a dehydration process after pre-washing the item to be washed, washing it with detergent and rinsing it. As described above, when washing an object to be washed, washing water prepared by dissolving a detergent or an auxiliary agent in warm water has been conventionally used.

According to the above-mentioned conventional washing method, the washing water soaks into the article to be washed and the detergent removes the dirt and the like for washing. However, in the process of this prior art, a large amount of detergent, heat and auxiliary agents (sodium hypochlorite,
Since bleaching agents such as hydrogen peroxide and overcarbon soda are used, it damages the objects to be washed and increases the pollution of the wastewater, and a large amount of rinse water is required to wash them off. (Usually 40m / kg of the item to be washed)
It uses 3 to 60 m 3 . ). In addition, the use of hot water to dissolve the detergent causes extra energy loss. In view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present invention uses ozone water as washing water to simultaneously remove dirt and bleach / sterilize / deodorize, thereby shortening the washing process and water / detergent / auxiliaries. It was developed for the purpose of significantly reducing the amount of heat used and also providing a cleaning method that helps save energy and prevent pollution.

The means for achieving the object of the present invention will be described below. That is, the present invention prewashes the object to be washed loaded with the washing machine with ozone water, further performs a main wash by adding a detergent, and then wastewater, and again after rinsing with the ozone water to wastewater,
It is a cleaning method using ozone water characterized by dehydration, drying and adjustment.

[Action] The bleaching, sterilizing and deodorizing properties of ozone are
Since this is a feature that can fulfill the basics of cleaning in cleaning, when pre-washing the object to be washed with high-concentration ozone water, about 60% of the dirt causes a loosening phenomenon after 2 to 3 minutes, and the dirt is exposed. It promotes the phenomenon of free decomposition from washings. Therefore, when the detergent is put in the ozone water and the main washing is performed after the pretreatment as described above, the dirt is decomposed and decomposed as described above. It is easy to remove stains from washings, and a small amount of detergent may be added. Similarly, rinsing with ozone water is also extremely simplified.

[Example] An ozonizer (an ozone water production device manufactured by Mitsui & Co., Ltd.) was used to electrolyze water to generate high-concentration ozone, and then the high-concentration ozone was dissolved in water in a mixing pump. The ozone water thus obtained was stored in a storage tank. The ozone water was adjusted to a predetermined concentration, and this was used as washing water to pre-wash the article to be washed as described above, followed by main washing and rinsing. As a result, since no chemicals were used for bleaching, there was no damage to the fabric and the color and pattern were clean and washed. Regarding sterilization, in the case of the conventional washing method, the number of coliforms was 33,000 / ml,
According to this Example, the number of general bacteria was reduced to 48 / ml, and the number of general bacteria group was reduced to 13400 / ml to 2400 / ml, respectively, and it was proved that the washing was extremely hygienic. Furthermore, regarding deodorization, ozone water acted on odorous organic substances, and the effect of eliminating the odor was obtained. Since bleaching, sterilization, and sanitary treatment can be performed without using chlorine-based or oxygen-based chemicals, the amount of pre-treatment and post-treatment rinse water used can be reduced.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the excellent oxidizing power of high-concentration ozone water makes it possible to bleach, sterilize, and deodorize the object to be washed extremely efficiently. Since it is extremely small, it also helps prevent pollution. In addition, since ozone water is used without being heated, it can contribute to energy saving.
