Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 蓋を容器本体から取外すことなく飲料用容器
内の飲料水を飲むことができる。 【構成】 容器本体２の上部開口を覆う蓋板部９に周壁
１０を立設するとともに、蓋板部９の一側の周壁１０寄
りに液通孔１２を形成し、液通孔１２を塞ぐ開閉キャッ
プ１３を蓋板部９の上面に回動可能に設け、周壁１０の
液通孔対向側に、開閉キャップ１３を開いたときに退避
させる切り欠き部１６を形成し、切り欠き部１６に開閉
キャップ１３を開いた状態に保持する係止突起１７を設
けた。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、飲料用容器の蓋に関
し、詳しくは蓋をしたまま容器内の飲料水を飲むことの
できる飲料用容器の蓋に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、飲料用容器の蓋は、飲料用容器の
上部開口を覆って密閉するものであった。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】このため、容器内の飲
料水を飲む場合には、その都度蓋を取外していた。
【０００４】そこで本発明は、蓋を取外すことなく容器
内の飲料水を飲むことのできる飲料用容器の蓋を提供す
ることを目的としている。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】上記した目的を達成する
ため、本発明は、容器本体の上部開口を覆う蓋板部を有
する飲料用容器の蓋において、第１の手段では、前記蓋
板部に周壁を立設するとともに、蓋板部の一側の周壁寄
りに液通孔を形成し、該液通孔を塞ぐ開閉キャップを蓋
板部の上面に回動可能に設け、前記周壁の液通孔対向側
に、前記開閉キャップを開いたときに退避させる切り欠
き部を形成し、該切り欠き部に前記開閉キャップを係脱
可能としたことを特徴とし、第２の手段では、前記蓋板
部を傾斜して設け、該蓋板部の低い側に液通孔を、高い
側に空気孔をそれぞれ形成するとともに、該蓋板部に周
壁を立設したことを特徴としている。

【作 用】上記構成によれば、第１の手段では、開閉キ
ャップを開いて切り欠き部に退避させて係合し、液通孔
側の周壁に口をつけて容器を傾ければ、液通孔から容器
内の飲料水を飲むことができる。また、液通孔にストロ
ーを差込んで飲むこともできる。そして、開閉キャップ
を閉じれば容器内を閉塞できる。
【０００７】第２の手段では、液通孔側の周壁に口をつ
けて容器を傾ければ、液通孔から容器内の飲料水を飲む
ことができ、また、飲み終わって容器を直立させれば、
蓋板部上の飲料水は、蓋板部が傾斜しており、かつ、蓋
板部の低い側に液通孔が形成されているので、液通孔か
ら容器内に落下し、蓋板部上面に飲料水が残ることがな
い。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説
明する。
【０００９】図１乃至図３は本発明の第１実施例を示す
もので、飲料用容器１は、コップ状の容器本体２と、該
容器本体２の上部開口を覆う蓋３とで構成され、容器本
体２は、外容器４と内容器５間を真空断熱構造としたも
ので、底部に底部材６を、胴部外周に滑り止め部７を、
上部開口外周に肩部材８をそれぞれ設け、該肩部材８に
前記蓋３が着脱可能に螺着されている。
【００１０】蓋３は、容器本体２の上部開口を覆う蓋板
部９の外周に周壁１０を立設し、該周壁１０の中間部外
側に前記肩部材８への螺着部１１を形成しており、蓋板
部９を容器本体２の上部開口から少し底部側へ挿入した
状態で容器本体２に螺着される。
【００１１】蓋板部９には、周壁１０寄りの一側に液通
孔１２が形成されるとともに、該液通孔１２を塞ぐ断面
略Ｌ字形の開閉キャップ１３が蓋板部９の上面に回動可
能に設けられている。
【００１２】開閉キャップ１３には、液通孔１２に挿入
される閉塞部１４が突設され、液通孔１２には、閉塞部
１４に係合するための係止突起１５が設けられている。
尚、係止突起１５は閉塞部１４に設けても、液通孔１２
と閉塞部１４の双方に設けてもよい。
【００１３】周壁１０には、液通孔１２の対向側に、開
閉キャップ１３を開いたときに退避させる切り欠き部１
６が形成され、該切り欠き部１６に前記開閉キャップ１
３を開いた状態に保持する係止突起１７が設けられてい
る。尚、係止突起１７は、開閉キャップ１３または開閉
キャップ１３と切り欠き部１６の両方に設けてもよい。
【００１４】このように構成することにより、開閉キャ
ップ１３を閉じた状態では、閉塞部１４が液通孔１２の
係止突起１５に係合して液通孔１２が閉塞されている。
そして、開閉キャップ１３を開いて切り欠き部１６に退
避させて、開閉キャップ１３を係止突起１７により係止
して切り欠き部１６に係合し、液通孔１２側の周壁１０
に口をつけて飲料用容器１を傾ければ、液通孔１２から
飲料用容器１内の飲料水を飲むことができる。また、液
通孔１２にストローを差込んで飲むこともできる。
【００１５】したがって、蓋３を容器本体２から取外す
ことなく飲料用容器１内の飲料水を飲むことができる。
【００１６】図４及び図５は、開閉キャップ２０の両側
に係止突起２１，２１を設け、開閉キャップ２０を閉じ
た際には係止突起２１，２１を蓋板部９に係合し、開閉
キャップ２０を開いた際には係止突起２１，２１を切り
欠き部１６両側の周壁１０側面に係合する本発明の第２
実施例を示すものである。
【００１７】図６及び図７は本発明の第３実施例を示す
もので、飲料用容器３０の真空断熱構造の容器本体３１
に被着される蓋３２は、傾斜して設けられる蓋板部３３
の外周に周壁３４を立設し、該周壁３４の中間部外側に
容器本体３１の肩部材３５への螺着部３６を形成してお
り、蓋板部３３の低い側に液通孔３７を、高い側に空気
孔３８をそれぞれ形成している。
【００１８】このように構成することにより、液通孔３
７側の周壁３４に口をつけて飲料用容器３０を傾けれ
ば、液通孔３７から飲料用容器３０内の飲料水を飲むこ
とができ、また、飲み終わって飲料用容器３０を直立さ
せれば、蓋板部３３上の飲料水は、蓋板部３３が傾斜し
ており、かつ、蓋板部３３の低い側に液通孔３７が形成
されているので、液通孔３７から飲料用容器３０内に落
下する。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明の飲料用容
器の蓋は、第１の手段では、容器本体の上部開口を覆う
蓋板部に周壁を立設するとともに、蓋板部の一側の周壁
寄りに液通孔を形成し、該液通孔を塞ぐ開閉キャップを
蓋板部の上面に回動可能に設け、前記周壁の液通孔対向
側に、前記開閉キャップを開いたときに退避させる切り
欠き部を形成し、該切り欠き部に前記開閉キャップをを
係脱可能としたので、開閉キャップを開いて切り欠き部
に退避させて係止すれば、開閉キャップが邪魔にならず
に液通孔側の周壁に口をつけて容器を傾けて液通孔から
容器内の飲料水を飲むことができる。また、液通孔にス
トローを差込んで飲むこともできる。そして、開閉キャ
ップを閉じれば容器内を閉塞できる。
【００２０】また、第２の手段では、蓋板部を傾斜して
設け、該蓋板部の低い側に液通孔を、高い側に空気孔を
それぞれ形成するとともに、該蓋板部に周壁を立設した
ので、液通孔側の周壁に口をつけて容器を傾ければ、液
通孔から容器内の飲料水を飲むことができ、また、飲み
終わって容器を直立させれば、蓋板部上の飲料水は、蓋
板部が傾斜しており、かつ、蓋板部の低い側に液通孔が
形成されているので、液通孔から容器内に落下し、蓋板
部上面に飲料水が残ることがない。
【００２１】したがって、蓋を容器本体から取外すこと
なく飲料用容器内の飲料水を飲むことができる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 容器本体の上部開口を覆う蓋板部を有す
    る飲料用容器の蓋において、前記蓋板部に周壁を立設す
    るとともに、蓋板部の一側の周壁寄りに液通孔を形成
    し、該液通孔を塞ぐ開閉キャップを蓋板部の上面に回動
    可能に設け、前記周壁の液通孔対向側に、前記開閉キャ
    ップを開いたときに退避させる切り欠き部を形成し、該
    切り欠き部に前記開閉キャップを係脱可能としたことを
    特徴とする飲料用容器の蓋。
  2. 【請求項２】 容器本体の上部開口を覆う蓋板部を有す
    る飲料用容器の蓋において、前記蓋板部を傾斜して設
    け、該蓋板部の低い側に液通孔を、高い側に空気孔をそ
    れぞれ形成するとともに、該蓋板部に周壁を立設したこ
    とを特徴とする飲料用容器の蓋。
