[実施例] 上下に駆動されるプレス盤1の下面には台板2を装着し

2は錆びないようにメッキ加工等を施してある。台板2
の下面には切断刃3と中型4を装着してある。切断刃3
には周縁を切断する周縁切断刃3aやS字状の中央切断刃
3bがあり、周縁切断刃3aと中央切断刃3bとの間に中型4
を装着してある。中型4及び台板2には微細孔よりなる
脱水孔5を多数穿孔してある。しかしてグリーンシート
上でプレス盤1を下降させると、切断刃3にてグリーン
シートが切断されると共にグリーンシートが中型4で押
さえられ、所定形状の瓦が形成される。このときグリー
ンシートから出る水は脱水孔5から通水路8を通り、通
水路8の水が排水路6に集められ、排水管から排水され

平行に穿設することにより通水路を形成し、台板の両側
の上面に通水路の溝と直交するように溝を穿設すること
によりプレス盤と台板との間の両側に上記通水路に連通
して通水路の水を集める排水路を設けたので、脱水孔か
ら脱水された水を全面に亙るように設けられた通水路に
て均一に集めると共に通水路を介して排水路から排水で
きるのは勿論、台板の上面に溝を穿設するだけで、台板
の強度を低下させたり台板の厚さを厚くしたりすること
