A conventional urethane foam injection device generally mixes and discharges at least two kinds of stock solutions through a metering pump and a high / low pressure switching valve with an injection head equipped with a high pressure injection nozzle. However, it is difficult to judge whether or not the molded product actually injected is the set value.
Recently, in order to detect an abnormal injection amount, for example, JP-A-59-
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 260713 proposes a device that can automatically detect an insufficient injection amount product by detecting the return liquid from the injection head with a pressure sensor.

In the above-mentioned conventional technique, an abnormal injection amount due to defective operation of the injection head is easily detected, but no consideration is given to the improvement of the injection accuracy itself. That is, the discharge accuracy from the conventional injection head is almost determined by the discharge accuracy of the metering pump as long as there is no abnormality in the device, but actually the discharge of the metering pump is caused by fluctuations in foaming conditions such as pipe resistance, stock solution temperature and discharge pressure. Inferior to accuracy. In addition, there is a problem that if there is a leak of the raw liquid from the metering pump or the high / low pressure switching valve, the discharge accuracy will be further reduced. Often injected.

An object of the present invention is to provide a urethane foam injecting device in which the accuracy of ejection from the injection head is greatly improved regardless of the above-mentioned changes in the foaming conditions and the like.

The above-mentioned object is a urethane foam injecting device that mixes and discharges at least two kinds of stock solutions with an injection head equipped with a high-pressure injection nozzle via a metering pump and a high-low pressure switching valve, respectively. This can be achieved by providing a flow rate control unit for controlling the discharge flow rate of the metering pump by the output of the flow rate sensing unit provided between them.

The undiluted solution sent by the metering pump becomes high pressure circulation through the high / low pressure switching valve, and is discharged by the injection head while sensing the actual discharge flow rate by the upstream flow rate sensing unit. When the discharge flow rate sensed here fluctuates outside the set value, the flow rate control unit instantly automatically converts the discharge flow rate of the metering pump to keep the discharge flow rate from the injection head constant at the set value. It is a thing.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. First
The figure is a block diagram of a urethane foam injecting apparatus provided with a flow rate control unit of the present invention. In the apparatus for mixing two types of stock solutions (polyol side and isocyanate side), one stock solution side circulation path was omitted. The arrows in the figure show the flow of the stock solution and the signal.

In the figure, 1 is a stock solution tank, and the stock solution sent from the metering pump 2 becomes a high pressure circulation through a high / low pressure switching valve 5, passes through a flow rate sensor 6 (flow rate sensing unit), and then opens / closes a high pressure injection nozzle 7a. By (opening and closing is done with a hydraulic device ...
(Not shown) The two kinds of stock solutions are stirred and mixed at a high pressure of about 100 kgf / cm 2 by the injection head 7 and injected into the product 11. During circulation, it is preferable that the throttle valve 9 adjusts the pressure to approximately the same as during injection, because the injection is stable. Further, if the pressure fluctuates abnormally due to a device failure or the like, the injection device is automatically stopped by the low pressure cut 3 or the high pressure cut 4.
Further, the injection amount differs depending on the temperature of the product 11 to be molded and the temperature of the foaming jig 12 (usually preheated to 30 ° C. to 45 ° C. for injection), but in the present embodiment, the product 11 immediately before the injection is performed by the wall temperature sensor 10. And the preheating temperature of the foaming jig 12 is detected, and the proper injection amount (injection time) is set by the sequencer 13a incorporated in the control unit 13.
Is calculated and injection ON-OFF, that is, the opening / closing of the high-pressure injection nozzle 7a is automatically controlled.

On the other hand, in the present invention, the output of the flow rate sensor 6 is sent to the control unit 13 to measure the actual discharge flow rate during high-pressure circulation and injection, and the sequencer 13a performs an error calculation every 0.5 seconds to obtain an error for the flow rate setting value. The flow rate is converted every minute. The flow rate conversion is performed by controlling the number of rotations of the motor 2a that operates the metering pump 2 with the flow rate conversion device 13b (inverter) according to the signal from the sequencer 13a.

The flow sensor 6 is preferably a RHP2 type flow meter manufactured by Nitto Seiko, etc., and between the high / low pressure switching valve 5 and the injection head 7,
It is preferably arranged immediately before the injection head 7.

Further, a pressure sensor 8 is arranged in the return pipe from the injection head 7. The pressure in the return pipe during circulation is adjusted to 10 by the throttle valve 9.
The pressure is adjusted to around 0 kgf / cm 2 , but at the time of injection, the flow of the stock solution stops and the pressure becomes almost zero. Therefore, by detecting this pressure change with the pressure sensor 8, the actual opening / closing time of the high-pressure injection nozzle and the injection time and whether there is any return liquid during the injection are monitored. The signal is sent to the control unit 13 to automatically stop the injection device.

According to this embodiment, it is possible to control the optimum injection amount corresponding to the preheating temperature of the product or the foaming jig, and it is possible to always maintain the discharge flow rate at the time of injection at a set value. It is greatly improved, the injection amount is not wasted, and the quality of the molded product is improved. Further, by monitoring the injection abnormality with the pressure sensor, it is possible to detect whether or not the actually injected product is injected according to the set value, so that an injection defective product can be automatically detected.

According to the present invention, the discharge flow rate from the injection head is always set and constant regardless of the fluctuation of the foaming conditions such as the pipe resistance and the stock solution temperature and the discharge pressure, so that the discharge accuracy can be greatly improved. Further, although the conventional injection amount is about 3% more than the required amount in consideration of the variation in the discharge flow rate, it is not necessary, and the injection amount can be reduced by about 3%, and the reliability can be greatly improved. .
