という問題点がある。(Prior Art) Conventionally, in order to apply segment lining to the excavated wall surface while excavating the tunnel by the shield construction method,
As shown in Fig. 14, using a rectangular segment (a), after excavating a tunnel part of a certain length, the segment (a)
Of the rear side of the long side is connected to the front side of the long side of the already assembled segment by bolts and nuts (b), and the end sides of the short sides of adjacent segments in the tunnel circumferential direction are joined and connected (c). By assembling while
A lining portion of the ring is formed, and then the spreader of the propulsion jack (d) is received by the front end surface of the ring-shaped lining portion to extend the propulsion jack (d) and excavate a tunnel portion of a certain length. After the propulsion jack (d) contracts, the next one-ring lining portion is formed in the same manner as described above. According to such a lining method, segments are connected to each other. Not only does it take a great deal of work,
Since the shield excavation construction and the segment assembly construction must be performed separately and independently, the excavation operation rate is reduced, and in particular, there is a problem that construction of a long distance tunnel requires a long period of time.

となる。By using this tortoiseshell-shaped segment (1), the segments are combined in a zigzag pattern in the circumferential direction of the tunnel, and adjacent segments in that direction are composed of two segments (1) (1) joined in the tunnel length direction. Since both side inclined end faces (5) and (6) are joined to the V-shaped end face formed by the inclined end faces in a fitted state, not only accurate joining is possible, but also the end face in the tunnel length direction. Is a state in which the projecting end surface (3) of the first half of the projecting segment (1) and the end surface of the trapezoidal space (15) into which the second half of the next segment (1) are fitted are alternately exposed. Space part of (1
Segment assembly work to fit the next segment to 5), and excavation work to excavate the shield machine by taking the reaction force of the propulsion jack of the shield excavator on all end surfaces (3) except the space (15) It is possible to perform the construction simultaneously in parallel.

Place the joint box in a buried state at several points with the face part, and connect in the tunnel length direction by fastening the joint boxes facing each other on the front and rear end face parts that are joined to each other with bolts and nuts. Since the joints in the directions are connected by connecting bolts and nuts between joint boxes arranged on both end faces of the V-shape that are joined to each other, the connecting work requires a great deal of labor and the tunnel construction efficiency is high. However, there is a problem in that the structure is complicated and expensive because it requires a plurality of joint boxes and anchor bars of the boxes.

In each segment, each of the hexagonal-shaped segments has a diagonal through-hole that penetrates in the left-right spiral direction along the tunnel and is joined to each other when the hexagonal-shaped segment is assembled. The base ends of the connecting rods are formed so as to communicate in the spiral direction, and the distal ends of the connecting rods are already inserted at the front and rear inclined end face portions where the connecting rods are inserted through these oblique through holes and the hexagonal segments are joined. It has a structure in which it is connected to a joint metal fitting attached to.

When a connecting rod of a certain length is inserted into the oblique through hole penetrating the tortoiseshell segment, the connecting rod is introduced in the spiral direction along the tunnel and the front side inclination of the tortoiseshell segment already assembled. The front end of the connecting rod is connected to the joint fitting of the connecting rod which reaches the end face and is exposed on the front inclined end face by screwing or the like.

In the above embodiment, the front and rear inclined end faces (4) in which the left and right oblique through holes (6) and (7) are opposed to each other in parallel are shown. Although it is provided so as to penetrate between (5), in this embodiment, the inclination of the left and right oblique through holes (6) and (7) with respect to the length direction of the tunnel is set to the right and left oblique through holes of the above embodiment. (6) It is looser than (7) and penetrates between the front end face (2) and the rear inclined end face (5) of the hexagonal segment (1) and between the rear end face (3) and the front inclined end face (4). The slanted through-holes (6) and (7) are provided, and the tortoiseshell segment (15) is assembled in the trapezoidal space (15).

As shown in Fig. 5, a circumferential groove (17) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rod tip.
On the other hand, the fitting (11) is provided with an insertion hole (18) at the tip of the rod, and an elastic locking piece (19) protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole (18) is provided. Circumferential groove on rod tip (17)
The connecting rod (9) does not necessarily have to be flexible and is bent in accordance with the bending degree of the hexagonal segment (1). The tip end portion can be connected to the joint metal fitting (11) by inserting into the right and left oblique through holes (6) and (7) and pushing.

The front end of the connecting rod at the front and rear inclined end surfaces where the connecting rod is inserted through these oblique through holes to join the hexagonal segments to the joint fitting attached to the base end of the connecting rod already inserted. Since it has a structure that is connected, not only the conventional inter-segment joint box and anchor bars such as the joint box are not required, and not only the structure is simplified, Not only can it be provided at a low price, but the hexagonal segments are provided with diagonal through holes penetrating in the left-right spiral direction along the tunnel inside and are sequentially connected by the connecting rods inserted into these diagonal through holes. , The connecting rods can be connected to the hexagonal segment lining on the wall surface of the tunnel in a spirally continuous manner so that the hexagonal segments can be connected to each other at the same time in the circumferential and length directions in one step. It is possible to form a connection structure that is strong against bending and axial stress acting on the tunnel cross section.

施工に対応させることができるものである。Further, since the joint work between the hexagonal segments is performed by inserting the connecting rod into the left and right oblique through holes of the hexagonal segment as described above, the hexagonal segment assembly work can be performed smoothly and efficiently and shielded. It is possible to improve the excavation operating rate by the machine and to cope with the rapid construction of long-distance tunnels.

Since there is no joint metal fitting, the shield machine can be dug smoothly without any problems.

ある。Further, since the connecting rod is set in the insertion direction and the insertion position with respect to the right and left oblique through holes provided in the hexagonal segment, and the handling is easy, it is possible to insert and screw the connecting rod. Automation can be achieved, and workability of the segment lining can be improved and stability can be secured.
