For example, an electrical noise may cause the tablets to be accidentally ejected by mistake, or the tablets may be removed from a predetermined position to be replenished and then returned to their original positions so that the tablet ejection mechanism is inadvertently moved to eject the tablets. The tablet may be erroneously discharged, and the tablet discharging mechanism may not stop immediately after the specified number of tablets have been discharged, and an extra tablet may be discharged.

Therefore, for example, a tablet discharged from a tablet feeder containing tablets to be packaged may be mixed with a tablet that was accidentally discharged from another tablet feeder, or a tablet feeder containing the tablets to be packaged may specify a specified tablet. If more than the number of tablets is over-discharged, the sensor cannot detect it, and therefore it is not possible to prevent accidental packing of abnormal tablets such as mixture or over-discharging. There were problems such as.

Are tablet feeders disposed at appropriate installation positions, and each tablet feeder 1 discharges the tablets contained therein. There is provided a motor (not shown) that operates during the operation, and a sensor 2 that detects tablets that are sequentially ejected one by one by the operation of the motor. Are monitoring devices for feeder control that are provided for each block by dividing all tablet feeders 1, 1, ... into a plurality of blocks, and all monitoring devices 3, 3 ,. It is connected to a control device 4 that controls the packaging operation of the entire tablet packaging machine. As shown in FIG. 2, each monitoring device 3 scans the sensors 2, 2, ... Of all the tablet feeders 1, 1 ,. on the other hand,
Based on the tablet discharge command transmitted from the control device 4, a tablet discharge signal is sent to a predetermined tablet feeder 1, and when the tablet detection signal is received from the sensor 2 of the tablet feeder 1, the next tablet discharge signal is sent, and this operation is predetermined. After repeating the number of locks, the controller 4 is informed that the discharging operation of the predetermined number of locks is completed. Further, when each monitoring device 3 receives the tablet detection signal from the sensor 2 of the tablet feeder 1 which has not sent the tablet ejection signal, it detects that there is a mixture due to erroneous ejection of tablets, and immediately notifies the control device 4 thereof. Sensor 2 of tablet feeder 1 that was transmitting and sending a tablet ejection signal
When a tablet detection signal exceeding the designated number of tablets is received from the device, it is detected that the tablet has been excessively discharged, and it is immediately notified to the control device 4. 5 is each tablet feeder 1
A packaging device for packaging the tablets discharged from the device, 6 is an input device for receiving the packaging data, and 7 is a storage procedure for the packaging operation performed by the control device 4 based on the packaging data received by the input device 6. The operation memory 7 which is the operation memory to be stored.
According to the operation procedure stored in the controller 4,
When at least one monitoring device 3 reports that a tablet has been mixed or over-drained, appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the mixed or over-drained package from being administered to a patient. Has become.

When a tablet discharge signal is sent to the tablet feeder 1 and a tablet detection signal is received from the sensor 2 of the tablet feeder 1, the next tablet discharge signal is sent, and when the discharging operation for a predetermined number of tablets is completed, the controller 4 is notified of that fact. In response to this, the control device 4 operates the packaging device 5 to package the discharged tablets of the predetermined number. If the monitoring device 3 receives the tablet detection signal from the sensor 2 of the tablet feeder 1 which has not sent the tablet ejection signal during the packaging operation of the tablet packaging machine, there is mixing due to erroneous ejection of tablets. When the tablet detecting signal is detected, the signal is immediately transmitted to the control device 4, and the tablet detection signal exceeding the designated number of tablets is received from the sensor 2 of the tablet feeder 1 which has transmitted the tablet discharging signal. To immediately notify the control device 4 of the detected information, and the control device 4 receives it and takes appropriate measures so that the contaminated or over-drained package is not administered to the patient. However, for example, the insufficient discharge in which the specified number of tablets is not discharged from the tablet feeder containing the tablets to be packaged is also detected. In the above embodiment, all the tablet feeders 1, 1, ... Are divided into a plurality of blocks and the monitoring devices 3, 3 ,.
.., the number of tablet feeders 1, 1, ... Handled by the entire tablet packaging machine is not restricted, and the number of tablet feeders 1, 1, ... Therefore, the scanning cycle can be set to be short and the mixture of tablets and excessive discharge can be instantly detected. However, the invention is not limited to this, and the invention is not limited to the above embodiment. It goes without saying that various changes and modifications are possible.

Erroneous ejection of tablets from the tablet feeder can be detected, and also excessive ejection of tablets from the tablet feeder to which the tablet ejection signal is sent (to be activated) can be detected, and therefore, due to the error of ejection. This has an excellent effect such that an abnormality of the tablet feeder that causes mixing or excessive discharge can be immediately detected and appropriate measures can be taken against accidents such as mixing or excessive discharge.
