(57)【要約】 【目的】 軸筒外側の弾性材との接触力を軽減せしめ
て、スムーズな着脱を可能にすることにある。 【構成】 軸筒１の外側に、キャップ２とは異質の弾性
材５を有する筆記具であって、キャップ部2-1 の内周面
に筒方向に延びる複数の縦リブ４を設けるこで、キャッ
プ部2-1 の軸筒１に対する装着、そして軸筒１から抜き
外す等の抜き差し操作をスムーズに行う事ができる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ボールペン、サインペ
ン等の筆記具においてそのペン先側に冠装着するキャッ
プに係り、特に使用時における滑り止めと掴持感触の向
上を図るべく軸筒の掴持部分に、キャップや軸筒とは異
質の弾性材、所謂滑止め具を設けてなる滑止め付き筆記
具に冠装着するキャップの改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】近年、筆記具のキャップが冠装着される
ペン先側の軸筒外側（掴持部分）には使用時における滑
り止めと掴持感触の向上を図る滑止め具を装着して、使
用時に軸筒をしっかり掴んで使用し得る様に、又長時間
使用においても疲れない様にしてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし乍ら、滑止め具
は使用時の滑り止めを図る関係上、比較的に柔らかく滑
り止め効果を発揮する主にゴム等の弾性材から形成され
ているのに対し、キャップは軸筒と同様に硬質樹脂から
形成されている。又、キャップの内面形状（内径）は冠
装着される軸筒の掴持部分外側に対して大きく遊びを取
らずに、その外面形状（外径）に適合する形状にてペン
先を含むその先端掴持部分に抜き差し自在に冠装着し得
る様に形成されている。従って、キャップを冠装着する
場合や引き抜いて取り外す場合には滑止め具との接触が
大きい面接触となり、加えて滑り止めを図る弾性材との
接触力が大きくなり、その着脱をスムーズに行う事がで
きない。又、この様に接触力が大きい状態でキャップの
着脱を無理やり行う事から、滑止め具が短期間で損傷
し、その本来の滑り止め効果が低下しまうものであっ
た。
【０００４】本発明はこの様な従来事情に鑑みてなされ
たもので、弾性剤を有する軸筒外側との接触力を軽減せ
しめて、スムーズな着脱を可能にした滑止め付き筆記具
用キャップを提供することを目的とする。
【０００５】
【課題を達成するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に本発明が講じる技術的手段は、軸筒の外側に、キャッ
プとは異質の弾性材を有する筆記具であって、キャップ
部の内周面に筒方向に延びる複数の縦リブを設けた事を
要旨とする。
【０００６】
【作 用】而して、上記した本発明の技術的手段によ
れば、キャップ部の内周面に設けた縦リブ群により軸筒
に対する装着時に、軸筒外側の弾性材に対する接触状態
をその差し込み方向の線接触とすることで、接触力は大
幅に軽減される。
【０００７】
【実 施 例】本発明の実施の一例を図面に基づいて以
下説明すると、図１は筆記具がボールペンの場合を示
し、図中１は軸筒、２は同軸筒１のペン先1a側に抜き差
し自在に冠着するキャップ、３は同軸筒１内に装填する
替芯であり、キャップ２の内周面には筒方向に延びる複
数の縦リブ４が設けられていて、軸筒１のペン先1a側に
装着されている弾性材５との接触力をできる限り軽減す
る構成としてなる。
【０００８】軸筒１、キャップ２は、ブロー成形や射出
成形等により成形される一体成型品であり、軸筒１は使
用時の掴持部分となる先端筒部1-1 と、この筒部1-1 の
後端に着脱自在に螺合接続される後端筒部1-2 とで構成
され、先端筒部1-1 の外側には弾性材５を装着する凹み
６が設けられており、同凹み６に弾性材５が筒方向に移
動不能に装着される様にしてある。又、凹み６からペン
先1a側に位置する外側にはキャップ２内周面の後述する
リング状突起８との密接な係合連繋を図る同じくリング
状の突起９が形成されている。
【０００９】一方、キャップ２はペン先1aを含む先端筒
部1-1 全体を被嵌し得る長さに成形されたキャップ部2-
1 の外側にクリップ2-2 を一体に備える、そして、通常
よりも内面形状（弾性材５に接触しない程度の内径）を
一回り程度大きめに成形したキャップ部2-1 の内周面に
は開口縁近傍から筒方向、即ちキャップ２の抜き差し方
向に向けて伸びる縦リブ４が形成されており、更にその
縦リブ４群の内部端側の内周面にはリング状の突起８が
形成されている。
【００１０】縦リブ４は、キャップ２のキャップ部2-1
が軸筒１の先端筒部1-1 に対してスムーズに差し込み装
着、そして抜き外せる様にキャップ部2-1 の筒体５との
接触面積を減少せしめる役目を成すもので、キャップ部
2-1 の開口縁近傍から筒内方に向けて周方向数カ所、例
えば周方向３乃至６カ所、図示例では６カ所にキャップ
２の成形時に一体に設けるものである。又、縦リブ４群
のキャップ２キャップ部2-1 の開口縁側に存在する端部
をアーチ型に大きくカットすることで、軸筒１に対する
装着時に同端部が筒体５に引っ掛からない様にしてある
（図３参照）。更に、図２の（ロ）に図示した様に、各
縦リブ４群の頂部を周方向に結ぶ仮想内径r1を弾性材５
の外径r2よりも一回り程度大きく（r1＞r2）構成するも
良い。
【００１１】従って、本実施例のキャップ２によれば、
軸筒１に対して装着、そして軸筒１から抜き外す際には
キャップ部2-1 内周面の縦リブ４群により軟質樹脂やゴ
ム等からなる弾性材４に対する接触状態がその抜き差し
方向の線接触となることから、その接触面積を減少、即
ち接触力を大幅に軽減せしめることができ、その装着、
抜き外しをスムーズに行う事ができる。
【００１２】尚、上記した実施例においては弾性材５を
軸筒１外側のペン先1a側に装着した形態として詳述した
が、ペン先1a側のみならず弾性材５を軸筒１の外側全体
に装着してなるルーダー軸とするも良い。

【発明の効果】本発明の筆記具用キャップは叙上の如く
構成してなるから、下記の作用効果を奏する。キャップ
部の内周面に設けた縦リブ群により軸筒に対する装着、
そして抜き外す時に、同軸筒外側の弾性材との接触がそ
の抜き差し方向に向けた線接触となることから、弾性材
との接触力を大幅に軽減させる事ができる。
【００１４】従って、本発明のキャップによれば、軸筒
外側の弾性材との接触状態を、筒方向（抜き差し方向）
に延びる線接触としたことで、その接触面積が大幅に減
少され、ひいては抜き差し接触力が軽減されてスムーズ
な着脱が可能となり、取扱性が頗る良好となり、大変便
利である。
