Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 現在多種多様の健康機具商品が販売されてい
るが、心・身・息にわたって配慮されたものはない。本
発明は身体に刺戟を与えるだけでなく、身体と精神と呼
吸を総合的に調整して生体の活生化を図るものである。
生体の活生化を得るには心の安定が重要であるが、心の
安定を得るには息を調えなければならず、息を調えるに
は身体の正しい姿勢が基本である。本発明は坐禅の正し
い姿勢を身につけることによって生体の活生化を作り出
すことを目的とする。 【構成】 本発明は小規模生産に適し、必ずしも多額の
投資を必要としない。老齢人口の増加とともに本発明に
対する需要は漸増する可能性がある。また販路は国内に
限らず、欧・米・東アジア地域に及ぶ可能性もある。本
発明の構造は単純明解であり、操作が容易であり、販売
後のクレームは少ないものと思われる。材質は木材・金
属・新素材等のいずれも使用可能であり、商品としての
バラエティを創出でき、又折たたんで空間容積を縮小す
ることができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】 本発明は台座と背当板を組合せた椅子状
または坐椅子状構造に身体を坐禅の姿勢に保持安定する
ための複数対の帯具および若干個のクッションを装着し
た坐禅機台である。
【０００２】 これを図面について説明する。台座１
と、背当板２はほぼ直角に構成し、身体を坐禅の姿勢に
保つためのクッション３、クッション４、クッション５
を台座１および背当板２に装着する。クッション３にし
りを、クッション４に腰を、クッション５に後頭部を当
てて背当板に寄ってすわると、正しい坐禅の姿勢がえら
れる構造である。正しい姿勢がえられたのち、帯具６と
帯具７を前方にまわして腰部を締めて身体を背当板に固
定する。同じようにして帯具８と帯具９で胸部を締め、
帯具１０と帯具１１で頭部を締めて身体を坐禅機台に固
定する。身体を坐禅機台に固定するのは、坐禅の正しい
姿勢を一定時間保持するためであるが、坐禅機台の１〜
１１の各装置を利用することにより、利用者は身体的・
心理的負担を軽減することができる。帯具６・８・１０
の先端部に着装する６ａ・８ａ・１０ａは留具、帯具７
・９・１１に装着する７ｂ・９ｂ・１１ｂはスライド式
留具である。利用者の身体的条件に応じて伸縮可能にす
るためである。
