Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a flexible form not impeding the fluidity of internal packing material by fitting an expansion restraining part for partially limiting the expansion of a bag body, to the outside of the bag body formed of a flexible plane body, and pressing packing material such as concrete slurry into the bag body so that part of the bag body is pushed out over the restraining part to form protruding parts. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body formed of plain weave fabric is made a bag body 1. A cylindrical cage body formed of a net body with belt-like bodies crossed parallelly is made a restraining part and fixed to the peripheral part of the bag body 1 so as to uniform the sag of the bag body 1, thus forming a flexible form. When concrete slurry is pressed into the flexible form, sealed and hardened, the bag body l is pushed out of the joint of the restraining part 2, along with the concrete slurry to form protrusions, and these protrusions are hardened as they are to form concrete hardened material with protruding parts on the surface.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a cloth mold as one of concrete molds, which is used when a large area is covered with concrete or mortar. Forming teeth of a cloth, each end of two woven fabrics mainly made of synthetic fiber is used as a sewn bag body, and the front and back of appropriate places are connected through the inside of the bag body to control the thickness of the bag body. It is a thing. In order to provide a predetermined raised portion on the surface of the cured product, it was necessary to previously sew a mold portion corresponding to the raised portion having a required shape on the surface of the bag body to be formed. On the other hand, for the purpose of protecting the bank of rivers, a gabion is used in which iron net cages are packed with crushed stones and crushed stones. The gabion is easy to follow the contour of the installation surface and has good water permeability, but it requires a large amount of stone material of a certain size, requires skill to fill the gabion, and so on.
This is a difficult construction method due to the recent depletion of natural stone materials and the lack of manpower including skilled workers.

The structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. This form is composed of a flexible bag body (1) for enclosing a filling material, and a suppressing portion (2) for suppressing expansion due to internal filling of the bag body and expansion due to load-expansion of the bag body material. Has been done. The bag (1) is made of natural fibers such as cotton and hemp,
It is made of a flexible sheet material such as woven fabric, knitted fabric, and non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers such as naron ester and the like, a resin that is a base material, or a composite material in which these are combined. Further, the bag body (1) may have a structure in which moisture is discharged from its mesh like a porous woven fabric, or may be one that hardly permeates moisture, and can be used properly depending on the occasion of use. That is, for example, when used in an environment where a slight amount of cement surplus water is allowed to be discharged, a bag is made of a porous material such as a woven fabric, and the excess kneading water of the concrete slurry as the filling material is By actively discharging the concrete body out of the bag, the surface density of the concrete body can be increased and a hardened body having a surface dense and high strength can be obtained. On the other hand, when the bag is used in an environment such as a river or the sea where pollution to the surroundings is not desired, it is necessary that the bag is made of a sheet material having a high fiber density such as a woven fabric or a film and having a low kneading water permeability. The restraining part (2) must be a material having a smaller amount of deformation than the bag material with respect to the filling pressure in the bag (1). It is desirable to use materials such as aramid fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, polyacetal, polyethylene, polyester highly elastic fiber, which have a large difference in tensile elastic modulus from the bag material. The suppression unit (2)
As shown in FIG. 2, a method of attaching a strap-like object around the outside of the bag body (1) or a method of inserting and attaching the bag body into a preformed product as shown in FIG. is there. The restraining portion (2) has a space called a space (3) between the band-shaped bodies in the case of FIG. 2 and a space (4) between the meshes of the lattice in the case of FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, (1) is integrally fixed by the suppressing portions (2) and (6). The bag body (1) is also a slack portion (5) having an appropriate "slack" in the space of the restraining portion (2), that is, (3) or (4). When concrete or mortar slurry is press-fitted into the bag body (1) which is a mold, the bag body (1) is expanded by the internal pressure and reaches the restraining portion (2). When the press-fitting is further continued, the bag body (1) is pushed by the slurry and pushed out from the space of the restraining portion (2), that is, (3) or (4) to form the protrusion (7). The size of the tongue protrusion (7) depends on the size of the space of the suppressing portion (2), the amount of slack in the slack portion (5),
It is determined by the difference in the amount of expansion of the materials of the bag body (1) and the suppressing portion (2) with respect to the internal pressure. In addition, the pitch of the protrusions (7) is determined by the space interval of the suppressing portion (2), that is, the interval between the cord-shaped pairs or the size of the mesh of the lattice. Next, when a plurality of such molds are piled up as shown in FIG. 6 and the slurry is sequentially pressed in, a gap (8) is formed. This gap portion serves as a water passage hole, which brings water permeability to the concrete body.

When a fluid filling material such as concrete slurry is press-fitted into the flexible formwork according to the present invention, the bag is pushed out of the space of the restraining portion and protrudes as the internal pressure of the slurry rises, and when the slurry hardens, the surface of the bag is cured. An uneven protrusion is formed. This formwork is easy to fold and transport due to the flexibility of the formwork itself before internal filling, and also has good workability such as spreading and pouring at the filling work site.

Using 0 denier as warp and weft yarns, each of which has a density of 25 fibers between 2,54 centimeters, a plain weave fabric having a density of 60 centimeters, a diameter of 60 centimeters, and a length of 3 meters is used as a bag body. Vertically cover the coated strip with a width of 10 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.
A slack of the bag is uniform on the outer peripheral part of the bag body by using a cylindrical cage body having a diameter of 45 cm and a length of 2.5 meters, which are crossed in parallel at intervals of 5 cm each, as a restraining portion. It fixed so that it was set as the flexible formwork. Concrete slurry was press-fitted and contained in the mold to cure. The bag was extruded together with the concrete slurry from the meshes of the restraining parts to form protrusions, which were then cured to form a concrete hardened product having convex portions with a vertical and horizontal 5 cm pitch on the surface.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION When the lower part of the hardened concrete is uneven, if the installation surface of the hardened material is a soil layer ground with an inclination, the uneven surface bites into the soil layer and slides due to an increase in the frictional force of the boundary surface. The resistance against them increases. If the installation surface is a hard body such as rock or concrete, it creates voids on the installation surface and has functions such as drainage and exhaust. If the top of the hardened material has irregularities, the effect of controlling the flow velocity of the water passage can be expected. Furthermore, if this is installed in the sea, it will be a convenient form for the growth of algae, which has the property of adhering well to uneven surfaces.
