Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 所謂ハンドルカバーは比較的硬い板様のものや軟らかい袋状のものなど、それ ぞれハンドルに付ける位置を定めてはヒモでぐるぐる巻きつけることを常として いた。本案は硬軟をとわずハンドルカバーにハンドルレバーとブレーキレバーそ れぞれを通す穴（１、２）をもうけて、それぞれ通しレバー取付部（３）で止ま ったところを留め（４）で固定するだけである。ワンタッチ止めの自転車ハンド ルカバーである。

本図は斜視図である。 １、２は穴。ハンドル、ブレーキ各レバーを通す穴。３
はぬい付け部、すなわちハンドルカバーが、ここの自転
車レバー取付部の所まできて、止まるところ。レバー取
付部分。４は留め。
