(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a fireproof multilayer pipe for drainage / ventilation, which has a significant noise reduction effect and does not require additional work during construction, and does not increase the shaft space. [Structure] The outer peripheral surface of a vinyl chloride pipe 2 is covered with a tube 3 made of a viscoelastic body, and a fiber mortar pipe 4 is fitted on the outer periphery of this tube, so that energy of pipe wall vibration can be transferred from the viscoelastic body. The fireproof multi-layer tube itself has a function of absorbing vibration energy.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a drainage / ventilation refractory multilayer pipe of this type, as shown in FIG. 2, a fireproof double-layer pipe having a two-layer structure in which a fiber mortar pipe 32 is fitted around a vinyl chloride pipe 31. 33 are known. When this fire-resistant double-layer pipe 33 is used for drainage and ventilation of a building, it suppresses the transmitted sound radiated from the surface of the pipe, the transmitted sound that penetrates the pipe wall, and the solid sound that is generated when the running water strikes the pipe wall. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer peripheral surface of the fiber mortar pipe 32 is coated with glass wool (for example, 24k-25t) 34, and the outer periphery of the glass wool 34 is further covered with a high-density rubber sheet 35 to form a drain pipe 36. After that, as shown in FIG. 4, the pipe 37 is inserted into the through hole 40 of the floor 39 in the pipe shaft 38, the drain pipe 36 is supported by a plurality of support fittings 41, and the through hole 40 around the drain pipe 36 is provided. By filling mortar 42 into the fireproof double-layer pipe for drainage and ventilation. The drain pipe 36 has a quantitative soundproofing effect of 10.2 dB-A as compared with the case where only the fire-resistant double-layer pipe 33 is used.

目的とする。However, in the conventional fire-resistant double-layer pipe, since the transmitted sound and solid sound which are noises are suppressed by sound absorption and sound insulation, the outer periphery must be covered with glass wool and a high-density rubber sheet. However, the additional work is troublesome, the shaft space for the drainage vertical pipe is large, and the cost is high. on the other hand,
According to a recent study (see “Sound Insulation Performance Test Report of Fireproof Double-layer Pipes for Drainage / Ventilation” published by H5.8 Fireproof Double-layer Pipe Association)
The sound pressure level at the time of drainage is the octave band center frequency 3
In the vicinity of kHz, the solid sound on the pipe wall exceeds the transmitted sound by about 20 dB-A, and there is almost no difference in the sound pressure level between the solid sound and (solid sound + transmitted sound) at the same frequency. It has been found that the sound emitted from the pipe is dominated by the solid sound due to the vibration of the pipe wall rather than the transmitted sound. Therefore, according to the present invention, a significant noise reduction effect can be obtained by damping only the pipe wall vibration, and additional work at the time of construction is not required, so that the shaft space is not increased and the cost is superior. The purpose is to provide a fireproof multi-layer pipe for drainage and ventilation.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an embodiment of the fireproof multilayer pipe for drainage and ventilation of the present invention. This drainage / ventilation refractory multilayer tube 1 has a three-layer structure in which the entire outer peripheral surface of a vinyl chloride tube 2 is covered with a tube 3 made of a viscoelastic body, and a fiber mortar tube 4 is fitted on the outer periphery of the tube 3. ing. As the viscoelastic body, a vibration proof rubber having a loss coefficient of 1 to 10 × 10 -1 is used.

る。As described above, according to the drainage / ventilation refractory multilayer pipe of the present invention, the vibration energy of the pipe wall is absorbed by the tube made of the viscoelastic body, so that the radiation sound from the drainage pipe is controlled. It is possible to reduce the solid noise that is generated, and it is possible to obtain a remarkable noise reduction effect. In addition, since the fire-resistant multilayer pipe itself has a vibration energy absorbing function, it is possible to eliminate the need for additional work at the time of pipe construction, and not to increase the shaft space as in the past, and to reduce the cost. It can be made excellent.
