Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 温度計本体にアダプタを取付けて、通常の熱
電対により、測温しうるようにする。 【構成】 温度補正機能を有する温度計本体１１に、先
端にみの虫形クリップ１７を設けた２本の温度補償用導
線１６よりなるアダプタ１８の基端を着脱自在に接続
し、両クリップ１７を、被測温品１２の要所に埋設した
熱電対１５の両端部に着脱自在に係着する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、温度計本体に、形状や
大きさの異なる熱電対を簡単に接続して、温度を測定し
うるようにした熱電対式温度測定装置に関する。

【従来の技術】図２は、従来の熱電対式温度測定装置に
よる温度測定時を示し、(１)は温度計本体、(２)は被測
温品で、被測温品(２)の温度測定個所には、温度計本体
(１)に付属する専用の測温部(３)の筒状ケース(４)の先
端(図２の右端)が埋設されている。
【０００３】ケース(４)内には、温度計本体(１)に基端
を着脱自在に接続した熱電対(５)の先端同士を接続した
感温部(図示省略)と、温度補正部(図示省略)とが封入さ
れ、被測温品(２)の要所の温度が温度計本体(１)に表示
される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上述の温度計において
は、温度測定に際して、温度計本体(１)に付属する専用
の測温部(３)を使用する必要があるため、常に、被測温
品(２)の形状や測定条件に合った専用の測温部(３)を複
数用意しておかなければならず、不便であるとともに高
価となる。
【０００５】本発明は、上記問題に鑑みてなされたもの
で、温度計本体に付属する測温部以外のものを使用しう
るようにした熱電対式温度測定装置を提供することを目
的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によると、上記課
題は、温度補正機能を有する温度計本体に、先端に導電
性のクリップを設けた２本の温度補償用導線よりなるア
ダプタの基端を、着脱自在に接続し、前記両クリップ
を、被測温品の要所に埋設した熱電対の端子部に着脱自
在に係着することにより、解決される。

【作用】温度計本体と熱電対とを、温度補償用導線より
なるアダプタにより接続したことにより、温度補正部を
内蔵した専用の測温部を使用する必要はなくなり、通常
の熱電対を使用して測温することができる。

【実施例】図１は、本発明の一実施例を示すもので、(1
1)は温度計本体、(12)は被測温品で、その温度測定個所
には、測温部(13)の筒状ケース(14)の先端(図１の右端)
が、従来と同様に埋設されている。
【０００９】ケース(14)内には、熱電対(15)の先端同士
を互いに接続した感温部(図示省略)が封入され、その端
末部は、ケース(14)の外端より突出させてある。なお、
温度補正部(図示省略)は、温度計本体(11)に内蔵されて
いる。
【００１０】温度計本体(11)には、例えば銅線よりなる
２本の温度補償用導線(16)の先端に、みの虫形クリップ
(17)を設けたアダプタ(18)の基端が、着脱自在に接続さ
れ、両クリップ(17)は、熱電対(15)の端末部に着脱自在
に係着されている。
【００１１】この実施例の装置においても、従来と同様
に、被測温品(12)の要部の温度が温度計本体(11)に表示
される。

【発明の効果】温度補正機能を有する温度計本体と熱電
対とを、温度補償用導線よりなるアダプタをもって接続
したため、温度計本体に付属する専用の測温部(熱電対)
を使用する必要はない。従って、被測温品の形状や温度
条件に合った種々のサイズの通常の熱電対を用いて温度
を測定することができ、便利であるとともに経済的であ
る。
【００１３】またアダプタを、他の温度計、例えばペン
レコーダに接続して測定することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 温度補正機能を有する温度計本体に、先
    端に導電性のクリップを設けた２本の温度補償用導線よ
    りなるアダプタの基端を、着脱自在に接続し、前記両ク
    リップを、被測温品の要所に埋設した熱電対の端子部に
    着脱自在に係着したことを特徴とする熱電対式温度測定
    装置。
