字状とは、基板カバーの底壁の周端縁から断面で上方へ
向かう立片と、この立片の途中又は前記周端縁から、前
記立片の外側へ折曲して上方へ向かう外折曲片からなる
か、前記立片とこの立片の途中から前記立片の内側へ折
曲して上方へ向かう内折曲片とからなる断面形状を意味
する。ここで前記内折曲片を有する場合の立片と前記外
折曲片のうち上方へ向かう部分は、外側へ傾斜しないよ
うにすべきである。これは、外側へ傾斜すると、後述す
る上面板の下向きリブが外周面に沿って形成されるの
で、上面板の下方に基板カバーを取り付けることができ
なくなるためである。なお、上方へ向かう、つまり上面
板の表面に接近する立片と外折曲片との間隔は、特に限
定されないが、好ましくは5〜15mm、より好ましくは
8〜12mmである。各片(自由端)と上面板との接近距
離は1mm以下が好ましい。結局基板カバーの周壁につい
ての断面略U字状には、正確なU字状だけではなく、略
