ことである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object thereof is to provide a cold insulating sheet having a large strength such as a seal and excellent in design. The gist of the invention is a cold insulation sheet arranged in a case or the like for transporting meat or the like, and the cold insulation sheet includes a back sheet material on the back side composed of a nonwoven fabric having air permeability and water permeability, and the like. A front sheet material made of breathable nylon or the like, and a front sheet material attached to the back side of the front sheet material, fluidized by applying heat and soaked into the back sheet material, and the front sheet material and the back sheet. An adhesive film capable of sealing a sheet material is provided, and heat-sealed at predetermined intervals to form a plurality of bag spaces between the front sheet material and the back sheet material, and at least in each bag space. Encapsulating water-repellent polymer That is what is being done.

It fluidizes and soaks into the back sheet material, and the back sheet material and the front sheet material are strongly integrated, and the sealing property becomes extremely strong. Further, since the water-supplying polymer is enclosed in the bag space, water is preliminarily impregnated into the bag space from the back sheet material so that the water-absorbing polymer contains water,
By keeping it cool in a freezer, etc., the water contained in the water-absorbent polymer will be stored cold, and in this state it will be taken out and placed in a case etc., and by placing food etc. on it The water-absorbent polymer emits cold air during transportation, and the transportation can be performed in a good cold state.

Further, the adhesive film 7 can be made of an ionomer resin. When the adhesive film 7 is made of an ionomer resin, when the ionomer resin is heated, ionic cross-linking between long chain molecules is weakened and the heat flowability is exhibited. When the back sheet material 5 side made of a non-woven fabric is impregnated with a metal powder such as aluminum, the ionomer resin flowing down due to heat permeates into the back sheet material 5 to replace the metal ions inside and is cooled. After that, the network structure of the molecule is fixed by ionic bond, and the extremely strong seal portion C can be obtained. Also, since the ionomer resin can be sealed at a low temperature, the heat sealing can be completed at a low temperature.

It is printed using a method such as dry laminating or extrusion laminating, and a metallic oil-based ink can be used as the temperature-indicating paint 8. Since it is hermetically sealed, outflow to the outside is completely prevented. It is in the state of being The temperature-indicating paints 8, 8 and 8 cause a color change due to the temperature change in the bag space K, and the freezing temperature and the melting temperature of the water-absorbent polymer 9 in the bag space K can be easily visually observed from the outside. It is a thing. In addition, this temperature indicating paint 8,8,
8 can be used to draw advertising characters or figures on the front sheet material 6, and the figures and the like change color due to changes in temperature, so that the advertising effect of the cold insulating sheet 4 can be further improved.
