Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】パッキングする対象物による相互感染を防止で
きるパッキング装置。 【課題を解決する手段】フアンネル部１２は、リム１５
の方向に外方に広がっており、このリムを越えて引かれ
た可撓性チューブ５がフアンネル部の広がった内面の収
束した領域を通過する。フアンネル部は、パッケージ９
を閉じるときにチューブ５を捻るように、前記リムに手
動により回転されるように設けられ、さらに、フアンネ
ル部のリムの所での径は、フアンネル部の面に広がるチ
ューブの部分の汚れていない層が存在するのに充分な大
きさである。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、パッキングに際して可
撓性チューブのパックを使用し、特に、可撓性チューブ
の長さ方向に沿って個々のパッケージ内に一連の対象物
をパッキングするための装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】本発明は使用済みの物を破棄するのに特
に適しており、本発明の主目的は、おむつ、タンポンも
しくは他の衛生タオルのような個々の使用済みのものの
迅速な処分のめ装置を提供することである。
【０００３】ＧＢ特許Ｎｏ．２２０６０９４には、パッ
ケージの壁を形成する可撓性でほぼ非弾性の破れなく長
いチューブに沿って並んだ個々のパッケージ内に一連の
対象物を夫々パッキングするための装置が開示されてい
る。この装置は筒状のガイド手段を有する。このガイド
手段は、集束チューブ内に形成されたときに可撓性チュ
ーブのパックを受け、集束パツド内のチューブの一端が
集束パッドから引き出されることを可能にするように配
設されている。このパックは、筒状のガイド手段が集束
パッドに囲まれているときに、ガイド手段内を通過して
下方に同軸的に移動する。この結果、パック内の可撓性
材の外面は、筒状のガイド手段を通る可撓性材の筒状の
内面となる。可撓性チューブの一端は、可撓性チューブ
を有する最初のパッケージのい基部を側壁として形成す
るようにシールされるまで、最初から開口されている。
この装置は、可撓性チューブが筒状のガイド手段の端部
を介してパックから筒状のガイド手段内に連続的に引き
出され、少なくとも一部が筒状のガイド手段内に位置し
ているときに対象物がパッキングされながら、パックさ
れた対象物により筒状のガイド手段に沿って基部が押さ
れるように、配設されている。対象物を越えた可撓性チ
ューブの部分の近くで、筒状のガイド手段内に入れられ
る次の対象物のためのパッケージ用の基部を形成するよ
うに配設され、前記チューブの部分を手動的に捻るため
の手段が筒状のガイド手段の後方に設けられている。か
くして、対象物は、切断されていないチューブの長手方
向に沿って連続的にパッキングされ得る。前記チューブ
を捻る間に軸回転に対して包むチューブを保持するよう
にパッキングされる各対象物と共同するような部材が少
なくとも配設されている。
【０００４】上述した対象物は、乾燥しているか、湿っ
ているか、濡れている物の単一もしくは集めたものであ
る。
【０００５】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来の装置は、通
常の家庭で使用する場合には非常に満足できるものであ
るが、病院のように、種々の人々により使用される場合
には、相互感染が生じるいかなる恐れも最大限に減じる
必要がある。従って、本発明の主目的は、これを達成す
ることである。
【０００６】本発明の他の目的は、単一の長い可撓性チ
ューブにパッキングされる対象物のサイズの範囲を広く
できるように、調節しないで連続的に装置により達成で
きるようにすることである。
【０００７】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明に係われば、パッ
ケージの壁を形成する可撓性で、比較的の弾性でないチ
ューブの長手方向に沿って配列した個々のパッケージに
一連の対象物をパッキングするための装置であり、入口
端にリムを備えた入口フアンネル部を有する筒状のカイ
ド手段を具備し、このガイド手段の周囲に位置されたひ
だ付きのチューブの集められたパックを受けるように配
設されて、集められたパックのチューブの一端を前記リ
ムを越えて集められたパックのチューブの一端がフアン
ネル部の内面並びに筒状ガイト手段の長て方向に沿って
引かれることを可能にし、この結果、パック内で可撓性
チューブ材の外面が筒状のガイド手段を通過するときに
可撓性チューブ材の円筒内面となり、また、前記可撓性
チューブの前記一端は、側壁としての可撓性チューブを
有する第１のパッケージの基部を形成するようにシール
され、前記装置は、さらに可撓性チューブがパックから
リムを越えて筒状のガイド手段中に引かれてパックされ
る対象物のための開口を基部が筒状のガイド手段の中も
しくは過ぎたときに形成しながら、筒状のガイド手段に
沿って、パックされる対象物により前記基部が引かれる
ように配設されており、対象物の後ろのチューブ部分が
パッケージを閉じるように手動で捻られている間、チュ
ープの軸を中心とする回転に対して、パッキングされた
対象物を支持するための手段が設けられている装置にお
いて、前記フアンネル部は、リムの方向に外方に広がっ
ており、前記リムを越えて引かれた前記可撓性チューブ
がフアンネル部の広がった内面の収束した領域を通過
し、また、前記フアンネル部は、パッケージを閉じると
きにチューブを捻るように、前記リムに手動により回転
されるように設けられ、さらに、フアンネル部のリムの
所での径は、フアンネル部の面に広がるチューブの部分
の汚れていない層が存在するのに充分な大きさであるこ
とを特徴とする。
【０００８】
【実施の形態】図１に示すように、円筒状のコンテナー
１には、内フランジ２が設けられており、このフランジ
からは短いシリンダー３が上方に突設されている。筒状
のコア４がフランジ２により支持され、かつ回転可能な
ようにして、可撓性チューブ５を中に有する筒状のコア
４を備えたパックがコンテナー１内に配置されている。
このチューブ５は、長手方向に沿って多数の折り目が外
周に付けられて折り畳まれている。またコア４はスリー
ブ７により囲まれた、折り畳まれたチューブを支持する
フランジ６を有する。傾斜したリング部分８がチューブ
の上方に配置されており、これは、パックからチューブ
を上方から引き出すことができるようにな充分な間隔を
有してコア４から離間されている。
【０００９】対象物の一連のパッケージ９を形成するよ
うにパックを使用し始めるために、可撓性チューブの上
部が、パックから離れるように上方に引き出され、そし
て、結び目１０（図１）を形成するように縛られる。こ
のようにして閉じた端部は、チューブの一部の長さ方向
に沿って形成されるパッケージの底を形成している。こ
れは、上方に広がったフアンネル部１２の狭くなってい
る端部１１を介してパッキングされる対象物により、閉
じた端部を下方に押すことにより達成される。このとき
には、対象物は、ばね付勢された２つのあご部１４の夫
々の収束面１３の間を通り、これら収束面を互いに離れ
る方向に押す。これはまだ閉じられていないパッケージ
が、あご部１４により把持される位置Ａ（図１）に達す
るまで続く。この動作が行われるのに従って、可撓性チ
ューブ５はフアンネル部１２の内端１５を通ってパック
から引き出され、フアンネル部の広がった部分内でチュ
ーブの新たな衛生的な層をつくる。
【００１０】前記フアンネル部１２はコア４の頂部にテ
ーパジョイント１６により着脱可能に装着されている。
対象物が位置Ａに達すると、パッケージは、可撓性チュ
ーブ５を符号１７の所でフアンネル部の軸を中心として
捻ることにより閉じられる。これは、フアンネル部１２
を、コア４並びにパックの他の部分と共に軸を中心とし
て回転させることにより達成できる。この回転は、フア
ンネル部１２の内端１５に作用させた親指と他の指とに
より容易に行わせることができる。この動作の間、位置
Ａにあるパッケージは、あご部１４により軸回転が阻止
される。次の対象物がパッキングされると、位置Ａにあ
るパッケージの閉じた端部を押して、このパッケージを
下方に一緒に移動させる。このような動作は、破損され
ていないチューブ５の長さ方向に沿って一連のパッケー
ジを形成するまで、続けられる。これらパッケージは、
図１に示すように種々のサイズとすることができる。
【００１１】あご機構を図２ないし図４を参照して以下
に説明する。
【００１２】これらあご部１４は、図２に示すように、
夫々収束面１３と、この面に続いた垂直面１８とを有す
る２つの板で構成されている。各垂直面１８には２列の
歯部１９が形成されている。あご部が互いに閉じると、
一方の板に形成された各列の歯部は他方の板に形成され
た対応する列の歯部と相互に噛み合う。これら板はシリ
ンダー２１にピボット２０により枢支されている。ま
た、このシリンダー２１は、フランジ２の下で係合する
補足部材２２により、パックのコア４の内側に着脱可能
に装着されている。話される前に、前記板は、予め付勢
されたフラットばね２３により、夫々互いに接触するよ
うに維持されている。各ばね２３は、一端がシリンダー
２１に固定され、他端が２つの板の一方と関連した突起
２４を支持している。パッケージがあご部間に支持され
ると、各フラットばねは、ばね圧が実質的に一定に維持
されるような有用な機械的効果でさらに付勢される。
【００１３】前記手段により、一連の接続され、閉じた
パッケージが形成でき、またこれは畳まれたチューブ５
がなくなるまで続けられ得る。しかし、形成されたパッ
ケージ、即ち、対象物が充填された一連のパッケージを
除去する場合には、一連のパッケージのうち最上のもの
が残りのチューブから切断される。これは、フアンネル
部をもとの位置にし、前記ＧＢ特許Ｎｏ．２２０６０９
４にて開示されているのと類似したブレード構造体２６
を有する工具２５（図５）を使用することにより行われ
得る。環状溝２７がフアンネル部１２の内端１５の下に
形成されている。工具は、フアンネル部１２が工具に対
して回転されたときにチューブが全周に渡って切断され
るように、溝２７内でチューブを切断するように使用さ
れる。フアンネル部１２が最初から装置に設けられてい
ない場合には、ＧＢ特許Ｎｏ．２２０６０９４にて開示
されているようなロータリカッター装置が使用され得
る。あご部１４の歯部１９は、フアンネル部から離れる
方向への通常の移動を妨げないで、パッケージの逆方向
の移動を阻止するような形状を有する。
【００１４】外方に広がったフアンネル部は、装置が、
例えば、病院、保育所、育児所で複合目的で使用される
場合には、相互感染の可能性を実質的に減じる。フアン
ネル部は、湿って汚れたおしめもしくは他の湿った廃棄
品用の広い入口を形成しており、きれいな未使用のチュ
ーブはこのフアンネル部内に引かれて、対象物がフアン
ネル部内に投下されるようにフアンネル部の面を覆う。
チューブを捻るときのフアンネル部の並びにパックの回
転は、短い手の女性でも容易に行える。フアンネル部の
リムは、円形である必要がなく、例えば、楕円形でも良
い。
【００１５】装置全体は、ブレード構造体２６を除いて
合成樹脂により形成され得る。充分な弾性力を有する合
成樹脂がフラットばね２３として使用され得る。チュー
ブ５が高密度ポリエチレンで形成されている場合には、
捻られた箇所１７は比較的しっかりとする。

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 パッケージ（９）の壁を形成する可撓性
    で、比較的の弾性でないチューブの長手方向に沿って配
    列した個々のパッケージに一連の対象物をパッキングす
    るための装置であり、入口端にリム（１５）を備えた入
    口フアンネル部（１２）を有する筒状のカイド手段を具
    備し、このガイド手段の周囲に位置されたひだ付きのチ
    ューブの集められたパックを受けるように配設されて、
    集められたパックのチューブの一端を前記リムを越えて
    集められたパックのチューブの一端がフアンネル部の内
    面並びに筒状ガイト手段の長さ方向に沿って引かれるこ
    とを可能にし、この結果、パック内で可撓性チューブ材
    の外面が筒状のガイド手段を通過するときに可撓性チュ
    ーブ材の円筒内面となり、また、前記可撓性チューブの
    前記一端は、側壁としての可撓性チューブを有する第１
    のパッケージの基部を形成するようにシールされ、 前記装置は、さらに可撓性チューブがパックからリムを
    越えて筒状のガイド手段中に引かれてパックされる対象
    物のための開口を基部が筒状のガイド手段の中もしくは
    過ぎたときに形成しながら、筒状のガイド手段に沿っ
    て、パックされる対象物により前記基部が引かれるよう
    に配設されており、 対象物の後ろのチューブ部分がパッケージを閉じるよう
    に手動で捻られている間、チュープの軸を中心とする回
    転に対して、パッキングされた対象物を支持するための
    手段が設けられている装置において、前記フアンネル部
    （１２）は、リム（１５）の方向に外方に広がってお
    り、前記リムを越えて引かれた前記可撓性チューブがフ
    アンネル部の広がった内面の収束した領域を通過し、ま
    た、前記フアンネル部は、パッケージを閉じるときにチ
    ューブを捻るように、前記リムに手動により回転される
    ように設けられ、さらに、フアンネル部のリムの所での
    径は、フアンネル部の面に広がるチューブの部分の汚れ
    ていない層が存在するのに充分な大きさであることを特
    徴とするパッキング装置。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記広がったフアンネル部は、前記筒状
    のガイド手段から長さ方向に突出して着脱可能にガイド
    手段に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項１のパッ
    キング装置。
  3. 【請求項３】 チューブを工具（２５）により切断可能
    なように、前記フアンネル部のリムにはアンダーカット
    溝（２７）が形成されており、すでにパッケージが形成
    されて装置から除去するときに、工具（２５）に対して
    フアンネル部が回転されてチューブ材を全周に渡って切
    断することを特徴とする請求項１もしくは２のパッキン
    グ装置。
  4. 【請求項４】 さらに、弾性クランプ手段（１４）を具
    備し、これは通常は閉じられているが、対象物がクラン
    プ手段内に押し込まれた後には前記対象物を支持する手
    段を構成し、押し込まれが解除されたときには対象物を
    保持し、さらにこのクランプ手段は、これにより保持さ
    れる次の対象物を介して付与された力により押されたと
    きに保持を解消する請求項１ないし３のいずれか１のパ
    ッキング装置。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記クランプ手段は、閉じられたとき
    に、間に挿入された対象物の軸方向の押す力により離れ
    るように付勢される収束面を規定する２つのあご部（１
    ３）と、押す力が解除されたときに対象物を保持するよ
    うな形状の別の面と、あご部に連続して閉じる方向の力
    を付与するばね手段（２３）とを有することを特徴とす
    る請求項４のパッキング装置。
  6. 【請求項６】 前記別の面には、反対方向よりも、前記
    収束面から離れる方向への対象物の移動を容易にするよ
    うな形状の歯部（１９）を有することを特徴とする請求
    項５のパッキング装置。
  7. 【請求項７】 前記歯部は、あご部が相互に接近された
    ときに、一方のあご部の歯部と相互に噛み合うように、
    列状に配置されている請求項６のパッキング装置。
  8. 【請求項８】 前記あご部は、収束面の離れた端部相互
    を近接可能なように枢支軸（２０）により夫々枢支さ
    れ、また、夫々フラットばねにより付勢され、そしてこ
    れらばねは、枢支軸近くの対応するあご部の部分に作用
    し、対応する前記別の面の離れた端部の近くに固定され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項５ないし７のいずれか１
    のパッキング装置。
