着脱が安易となる。前身頃上部（パイル地）と本体布を
縫い合わせ，オーバロックする。カッティング部全体に
オーバロックする。２の部分にゴムを入れる。後方部身
頃の両端にマジックテープを付ける。
【効果】 患者の局所を包むため，ガーゼ交換等の処置
の邪魔にならない。また，生理用品も使い易い。

り男女兼用である。特に手術後や出産後に便利である。
従来もＴ字帯というものがあったがこのＴ字帯は細い紐
で結ぶようになっており、患者の少しの動きでもこの結
び目がきつくなり、看護婦さん達がこの結び目をほどく
のに手間がかかった。又、患者の方としてもこのＴ字帯
は非常に着くずれしやすく決して具合の良いものではな
い。この度の発明のものであればＴ字帯よりも使用目的
も多用に広まり重宝することまちがいなしと考える。身
動きのとれない患者用下着という物は今迄なかったと考
