Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an underwear used for covering the private part of a patient requiring the nursing and capable of being easily worn. CONSTITUTION: This underwear comprises a three-dimensional wear belt for covering the private part. The employment of an elastic cloth and Velcro tapes (R) facilitates to put on or take off the underwear. The upper part (pile cloth) of a front body and a main body cloth 1 are sewed on each other and overlocked. The all cut parts are overlocked. Elastic cords are inserted into a part 2. The magic tapes 3 are attached to both the ends of the rear body. The underwear does not obstruct treatments such as the exchange of gauze for covering the private part of a patient. The underwear facilitates also to use a sanitary napkin, etc.

この発明は人手を借りなければならない病人用下着であ
り男女兼用である。特に手術後や出産後に便利である。
従来もＴ字帯というものがあったがこのＴ字帯は細い紐
で結ぶようになっており、患者の少しの動きでもこの結
び目がきつくなり、看護婦さん達がこの結び目をほどく
のに手間がかかった。又、患者の方としてもこのＴ字帯
は非常に着くずれしやすく決して具合の良いものではな
い。この度の発明のものであればＴ字帯よりも使用目的
も多用に広まり重宝することまちがいなしと考える。身
動きのとれない患者用下着という物は今迄なかったと考
