(Prior Art) As this type of stirring head, as shown in FIG. 5, a rotor c having blades d is rotated in a cylindrical fixed stator having a slit-shaped through hole b formed in a peripheral wall thereof, as shown in FIG. There are things that make you.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional one, since there is only one kind of through hole provided in the stator, the shear particle size is limited, and those having a diameter smaller than the through hole simply pass through the through hole. However, the shearing process is not performed by itself, so that there is an inconvenience that the stirring head needs to be replaced depending on the processed particle size.

When processing small diameters, through holes larger than this will pass through unnecessarily, and even if large diameters are processed continuously, those that have been sheared into small particles by continuous processing will have large diameters. No shearing is performed simply by passing through the through holes of the above, and it consumes the power to release the small-diameter through-holes, which require processing, to the outside through the large-through holes, and thus the required processing portion. There was a lot of waste of power consumption because it obstructed the flow circulated in and reduced work efficiency.

Further, as the number of through holes increases, the number of crushing points increases, and the instantaneous load applied to the rotor increases. To prevent this, a small number of stators with large through holes were used at the initial stage of operation, and as the crushing progressed, a stator with large numbers of small through holes was used to reduce horsepower.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional inconveniences, can be used by varying the diameter of the shearing process, and makes the use of a power source economical and facilitates its handling. For the purpose of providing a shearing head, fixing a cylindrical stator having a through hole in the peripheral wall,
In a rotor in which a rotor having blades is rotated to perform shear agitation, a through hole group is arranged in a plurality of stages in the height direction on the peripheral wall of a cylindrical stator, and the through hole group of each stage is arranged. A rotor rotating in the stator has a blade extending over a length of one section in which the through hole group of the stator is arranged, and the rotor is divided in the stator. It is characterized in that it is provided so as to move up and down so as to face any one of the through hole groups of the through hole group which is divided into any one of the through hole groups.

(Operation) The shear head according to the present invention is used by positioning it in a material such as a rubber chip in an organic solvent housed in a processing tank, and the stator is fixed to a fixed shaft rod by binding. The rotor is attached to the rotating shaft to rotate in the stator, and the rotating shaft is moved up and down by an appropriate mechanism so that the position of the rotor can be selectively adjusted in the stator. Is circulated so as to enter from the lower opening of the stator by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rotor and diffuse through the through holes in the peripheral wall to the outside, while stirring by the rotation of the rotor blades and the inner edge of the blades and through holes. Shearing action is performed by the sliding of the rotors. The size of the through holes divided into the stator is selected, and the desired size is obtained by moving the rotor up and down to correspond to the through hole group. To perform a shearing action on
As shown in the embodiment, when the arrangement of the through holes is divided into three stages and the sizes of the through holes from the lower one are set to large, medium and small, the rotor is set to the middle position as shown in FIG. When set and operating, medium shear particles can be obtained, and as shown by the phantom line in the figure, when the position corresponds to the through hole group in the lower stage, large particles are obtained by coarse shearing action, and in the upper stage. When the rotor is positioned, the fine particles are sheared, and if necessary, the rotor is projected from the inside of the stator to the lower surface as shown in the figure to stir the material. It can be used for various purposes by selecting and setting, and the shear stirring operation may be performed by rotating the rotor while continuously repeating vertical movement at an appropriate cycle. Since the rotor is relatively small in each of the above operating states, the power load required for its rotation is light and the use of a power source is economical.

(Advantages of the Invention) According to the present invention, the peripheral wall of the cylindrical stator is divided into a plurality of stages in the height direction, and the through-hole groups having different opening degrees are arranged for each division, and the stator Since the rotor having the blades of one section height divided into the plurality of stages is provided so as to be vertically movable and is rotated, the vertical movement thereof selects each of the through-hole groups. Since it is possible to perform the shearing treatment of the treated object at the opening degree of the selected through hole group, it is widely used by setting the position of the rotor according to the required size of the shearing particles, and the shearing is performed in the conventional manner. It is not necessary to replace the stator according to the size of the particles, and the rotor may have a size corresponding to one section of the through hole group provided in the stator in multiple stages. To reduce the consumption of It has the effect of being economical.
