Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of, and reduce the size and manufacturing cost of, a housing apparatus for linear materials that houses linear materials cut to specified lengths and sorted according to their length and so on. CONSTITUTION:A housing tray 2 for linear materials is partitioned using a plurality of partitioning plates 2d to form a plurality of housing grooves S1 thereon. A placing member 3 is provided in each of the housing grooves S1; one end of the placing member 3 is axially supported, and the other end is capable of swinging upward. Swinging a placing member 3 upward facilitates taking out a linear material. This makes it possible to narrow and deepen the housing grooves S1 in the housing tray 2, which enables the reduction of the width of the linear material housing apparatus 1 and the size of the entire apparatus.

Since the mounting member is provided in the accommodating groove of the linear material accommodating tray in which the accommodating groove having a plurality of opening openings formed by the plurality of partition plates is formed, a specific length on the mounting member is set. With the same type of linear material cut into two pieces, the placing member is moved up by one hand C and the other hand D is used to move the side plate and the partition plate or the notch of the partition plate and the partition plate as shown in FIG. When the linear material is gripped at a position and the bundle of linear materials is moved to the outside of the storage tray one after another, or when a linear material having a particularly short length is moved as shown in FIG. After removing the short linear material by placing the linear material on the mounting portion in the pair of upright portions of the mounting member and moving it up, and moving the linear material of the same type together with the mounting member to the outside of the storage tray. , The mounting member is returned to the original position via the positioning portion.

According to the linear material storage device of the present invention, one end portion of the linear material storage tray is axially supported in the storage groove of the linear material storage tray in which a plurality of storage grooves having upper openings are formed by a plurality of partition plates. Since the other end has a linear member mounting member that swings upward,
The depth of the plurality of storage grooves can be increased and the width can be reduced, and the storage device for the linear material can be moved in the horizontal direction that intersects the transport direction of the linear material. Therefore, this structure can be simplified and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, when the mounting member is swung upward together with the same type of linear material, the linear material is guided inside the partition plate and the partition plate and does not spill into the adjacent groove. . Further, since the partition plate of the storage tray is provided with the notch upward in the swing range of the first mounting member, it is not necessary to move the mounting portion of the mounting member to the upper end of the partition plate, and the notch is provided. The linear member can be easily gripped by the hand in the section. Further, in the accommodating groove of the linear material accommodating tray in which a plurality of accommodating grooves having an upper opening are formed by a plurality of partition plates, an upright portion protruding upward at both edges and an accommodating tray on the bottom surface are formed. Since a positioning member for positioning in the accommodation groove of is formed and a linear member placing member that is detachably attached to the accommodation tray is provided, when removing a short linear member, the line member must be manually moved. There is no need to grip the linear material,
The placement member can be moved together with the linear member accommodating device, and can be returned to the normal position via the positioning portion when returning.
