Description of the Related Art Heretofore, as a wrapping film used for packaging foods, a film containing polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride as a main raw material has been known. Since these wrap films are often used for heating foods etc. in a microwave oven, it is of course that the adhesiveness is good, but shrinkage, melting, discoloration, etc. do not occur at high temperatures, that is, heat resistance. Is required to be excellent.

In the case of the above, there is a drawback that the film is melted, and the polyvinyl chloride film has a problem that a whitening phenomenon occurs when it comes into contact with boiling hot water.

That is, the wrapping film is usually stored in a case such as a paper tube, and it is cut into an appropriate length by applying it to a cutting blade called a "saw blade" attached to the case. is there. As the "saw blade" used to cut the film, generally, a simple blade made by punching a 0.2 mm thick iron plate into a saw shape is used, and also supports this "saw blade". As for the case,
A paper box made of coated cardboard with a weight of about 350 to 700 g / m 2 is used, and its rigidity is extremely low.

In addition to deformation, the film may be deformed or cutting may occur at a position outside the “saw blade”. More specifically, the conventional polyvinylidene chloride film has a tear in a part of the film at the time of cutting, and the tear spreads and is not cut along the "saw blade". It tends to be cut off. In addition, the conventional polyethylene-based film requires a considerable tensile force at the time of cutting, so that not only the case may be bent but the film may be deformed.
It is also desired from the environmental point of view that the generation of toxic gas is small during incineration after use and disposal.

By co-extruding a laminate of a polypropylene resin composition having a specific composition, the above-mentioned problems are solved, and the original properties (heat resistance and mechanical strength) of 4-methyl-pentene resin are not impaired. The present invention has been accomplished by finding that a packaging film excellent in cuttability, transparency, heat resistance, adhesiveness, water vapor barrier property, non-heat shrinkage and food safety can be obtained.

The polypropylene resin as a component is blended in a larger amount than the components (B), (C) and (D), and is used as a base material of the composition. The polypropylene resin that can be used here may be a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene and a small amount of another copolymerization component (for example, ethylene, butene, etc.). Examples of the propylene homopolymer include isotactic polypropylene, syndiotactic polypropylene, and atactic polypropylene. Among them, isotactic polypropylene is preferable. Further, the copolymer of propylene and another copolymerization component such as ethylene may be either a random copolymer or a block copolymer. The physical properties of the polypropylene resin, which is the component (A), may be appropriately selected according to various applications and conditions, but usually the melt flow rate (MFR) is 0.5 to 2

The component polybutene or polyisobutylene acts as a thickening agent, imparts excellent tackiness to the film, and is suitable when used as a packaging film. The compounding amount of this polybutene or polyisobutylene is 3 to 30 parts by weight, preferably 5 to 20 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the polypropylene resin as the component (A). If the blending amount is less than 3 parts by weight, sufficient tackiness is not exhibited, and conversely, if it exceeds 30 parts by weight, a large amount of bleeding causes stickiness and heat resistance is lowered, which is not preferable. In addition,
The physical properties of the polybutene or polyisobutylene used here can be appropriately determined depending on the blending amount, the types of other components, the intended use of the composition, etc., and therefore, there is no particular limitation, but usually a number average molecular weight of 400 to The range of 3000 is preferable.

The polyglycerin fatty acid ester, which is a component, increases the tackiness of the film when used in combination with the component (B), polybutene or polyisobutylene. Further, antifogging property is also developed. The polyglycerin fatty acid ester is a compound in which at least one of the hydroxyl groups of the glycerol condensation polymer is esterified with a higher fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms. Here, the glycerin condensation polymer is a condensation polymer having a degree of polymerization of usually 2 to 10, preferably 2 to 6. Among the hydroxyl groups of the glycerin condensation polymer, the number of esterified hydroxyl groups is 1 or more, preferably 1 or more and 70% or less of the number of hydroxyl groups, more preferably 1 or more and 60% of the number of hydroxyl groups. It is the following. Higher fatty acids have 8 to 8 carbon atoms
The fatty acid of 22 may be saturated or unsaturated, and is usually a fatty acid having 10 to 18 carbon atoms. As the polyglycerin fatty acid ester, for example, diglycerin monolaurate, diglycerin monopalmitate,
Examples thereof include diglycerin monooleate, diglycerin monostearate, diglycerin dioleate, triglycerin monooleate and the like.

The amount of the polyglycerin fatty acid ester blended is 0.2 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polypropylene resin as the component (A). If the blending amount is less than 0.2 parts by weight, the synergistic effect with the polybutene or polyisobutylene as the component (B) does not occur. Conversely, if it exceeds 5 parts by weight, a large amount of bleeding causes stickiness and odor, and However, gel is often generated, which is not preferable.

By extruding the melt-extruded resin by the above-mentioned molding method and then rapidly cooling, a film having more excellent transparency can be obtained. The unstretched laminated film obtained by the above coextrusion molding is then uniaxially or biaxially stretched at a stretching ratio of 2 to 8 times, preferably 3 to 5 times. If the stretching ratio is less than 2 times, the cuttability of the film is insufficient, and if it is more than 8 times, the stretching property is deteriorated and breakage or uneven stretching of the film may occur, which is not desirable. In the stretching treatment, the unstretched film is heated as it is or slit into a predetermined width and heated. For example, in the case of a uniaxial film, the peripheral speed of a stretching roll is changed to stretch the film in the take-up direction, that is, the longitudinal direction. In the case of the axis, the stretching is performed in the transverse direction by a tenter stretching method. The preheating temperature in the stretching treatment is usually not higher than the melting point of the polypropylene resin, preferably 70 to 160 ° C.

Becomes difficult to stretch,
This is not desirable because it causes film breakage. The thickness of the laminated film of the present invention is 40 μm or less, preferably 2 to 3 when used as a packaging film having tackiness.
0 μm, more preferably 5 to 20 μm,
Further, the thickness of the intermediate layer is 10 to the thickness of the entire film.
It is in the range of 90%, preferably 15 to 50%. When the thickness of the laminated film is larger than 40 μm, the tear strength at the time of cutting the film becomes too large, which is not suitable for use as a wrap film (adhesive packaging film).

い。If the thickness of the intermediate layer is less than 10% of the total thickness, the original heat resistance, mechanical strength, etc. of the 4-methyl-pentene resin cannot be maintained. On the other hand, if it is more than 90%, the thickness of the polypropylene resin layer becomes too thin, and it becomes difficult to uniformly cover the intermediate layer by coextrusion molding.
The thickness of the intermediate layer is preferably 80% or less of the total thickness.

A resin layer may be added to form a structure of four or more layers. Examples of such a structure having four or more layers include a structure having an adhesive layer or the like between the outer layer and the intermediate layer, or the inner layer and the intermediate layer. As the adhesive layer, a modified polyolefin obtained by grafting an unsaturated carboxylic acid on a polyolefin is used. Further, by adding an appropriate adhesive component to each layer, it is possible to prevent peeling between the layers with the three-layer structure without providing the adhesive layer.
