Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a buckle for a belt, by which the disadvantages that the constitution is complicated, and that connection to a belt is difficult can be overcome by providing a buckle main body with a locking pin by integral molding or insert molding. CONSTITUTION: A buckle main body 7 is so constructed that one end face 1 is provided with a hole 4 for inserting a belt terminal part 3, which passes through the other end face 2, and one end face 1 is provided with a hole 6 for inserting the belt base end part 5 to such a depth as to reach a place close to the other end face 2 in such a manner that the holes are arranged on the upper and lower sides, with the hole 4 on the upper side. In the buckle main body, an outer wall 8 of the insert hole 4 is provided with a window hole 9 for putting a part of the belt terminal part 3 in the showing state, and a locking pin 12 for a locking hole 11 provided in a belt 10 is disposed in a part of the wall surface of the insert hole 4 that is opposite to the substantially central part of the window hole 9.
