(57) [Summary] [Composition] In a cushioning component 1 interposed between two relatively movable members to perform a cushioning action, this cushioning component 1
Includes a resin clip member 10 which is pointed and has an inverted hook portion 13 and which is detachably attached to the hole 4 of the attachment portion 3, and a rubber cushion member 20 which is fitted to the base portion 11 of the resin clip member 10. A shock-absorbing component characterized by being a combination product. [Effect] It is easy to attach the cushioning component to the mounted portion. Since the clip member is made of a resin that is less susceptible to secular change compared to rubber, by mounting the clip member in the hole of the attached portion, the cushioning component is securely held in the attached portion for a long period of time, and there is no fear of falling off.

The cushioning component 100 is composed of a cushion made of a single rubber, and includes a cushion base portion 101, a constricted portion 102 integrally formed at one end of the cushion base portion 101, and a reverse hook portion integrally formed at a tip of the constricted portion 102. And 103. In the cushioning component 100, the reverse hook 103 is attached to the attached portion 1
The constricted portion 102 is fitted by pressing into the hole 106 of 05. The cushioning component 100 is, for example, as shown in FIG.
As shown in (b), it is attached to a stopper portion that serves as a stopper when the trunk lid of the automobile is opened, and has a cushioning effect.

Since 0 is made of a single rubber (integrally molded product), the fitting with the hole 106 becomes loose due to aging, and there is a concern that it may fall off. It may be possible to use a tight fitting (tightening margin) in consideration of secular change in order to prevent the falling off, but an excessive pressing force is required for mounting and the work is not easy. Also, if the fitting is too tight, it becomes difficult to attach the holes 106. An object of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing component that can be easily attached to an attached portion and does not fall off the attached portion due to aging.

The resin clip member is integrated with the rubber cushion member by holding the base portion in the holding groove portion. Since the second hole portion has a smaller diameter than the first hole portion, the base portion held in the holding groove portion does not come out from under the through hole. Therefore, the rubber cushion member does not fall off from the resin clip member attached to the attached portion.

It has a substantially cylindrical shape. The through hole 21 has a round hole shape, and has a taper portion 22 at the upper edge, a first hole portion 23 that is continuous with the taper portion 22 and allows the resin clip member 10 to pass therethrough, and a first hole portion 23 that is continuous with the first hole portion 23. A holding groove portion 24 that is expanded radially outward from the hole portion 23 to hold the base portion 11 of the resin clip member 10, a second hole portion 25 that is continuous with the holding groove portion 24 and has a smaller diameter than the first hole portion 23, and a pair. The first hole portion 23 has a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the base portion 11 of the resin clip member 10. Therefore, when the base 11 is pressed from above, the first hole 23
Is inserted while pushing open. The holding groove portion 24 is the base portion 11.
It has a circular hole shape with the same cross-sectional shape as the above, and has a taper on the lower edge. Therefore, the holding groove portion 24 can securely hold the base portion 11 by the elastic force of the rubber. Further, the holding groove portion 24 holds the base portion 11 more surely by the elastic force of rubber,
It is preferable that the holding base 11 has the same size or a slightly smaller size. The second hole portion 25 has a smaller diameter than the first hole portion 23, and prevents the base portion 11 held by the holding groove portion 24 from coming out downward.

When the edge portion 27 is pressed and elastically deformed, the rubber cushion member 20 can be brought into close contact with the surface of the mounted portion 3 (however, in this figure, the edge portion 27 is not elastically deformed). Therefore, the rubber cushion member 20 can be held on the surface of the attached portion 3 in a stable attached state. When the reverse hook 13 is inserted into the hole 4 of the attached portion 3, the attached portion 3 is attached to the upper slopes of the locking projections 15 and 15 by the elastic force of the elastic arms 14 and 14 in the expanding direction. It is sandwiched between the edge portion 27 of the cushion member 20. Therefore, the cushioning component 1 is firmly attached to the attached portion 3.
Further, the plate thickness of the mounted portion 3 can be changed by an amount corresponding to the height of the upper slope of the locking projections 15, 15.

First, as shown in (a), the lower end of the reverse hook 13 of the resin clip member 10 is inserted above the through hole 21 of the rubber cushion member 20. And
By pressing the resin clip member 10 from above, the reverse hook portion 13 passes while penetrating the through hole 21, and then the base portion 11 passes while penetrating the first hole portion 23 to fit into the holding groove portion 24. To meet. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
Is held by the holding groove 24, the resin clip member 10 and the rubber cushion member 20 are assembled to form the cushioning component 1. That is, the resin clip member 10 is assembled to the rubber cushion member 20 by one-touch work.

The lower end of the reverse hook portion 13 of the resin clip member 10 is inserted into the hole 4 of the mounted portion 3 and the entire cushioning component 1 is pressed. Then, the elastic arms 14 and 14 pass through the hole 4 while contracting, and when the locking projections 15 and 15 pass, the elastic arms 14 and 14 return to the expanded state by the elastic force. At this point, the attached portion 3 is attached to the upper slopes of the locking projections 15 and 15 and the rubber cushion member 2.
It is sandwiched between the edge portion 27 of 0. Therefore, the cushioning component 1 is firmly attached to the attached portion 3 by one-touch work. On the other hand, by pressing the lower end of the reverse hook 13 while shrinking the elastic arms 14 and 14, the cushioning component 1 can be removed from the hole 4 of the mounted portion 3.

The shock-absorbing component according to claim 1 is a combination of a resin clip member that is pointed and has an inverted hook portion that is detachably attached to a hole of an attached portion, and a rubber cushion member that is fitted to the base portion of the resin clip member. Since it is made of a product, it is easy to attach the shock-absorbing component to the attached part, and
Since the clip member is made of resin whose secular change is smaller than that of rubber, by mounting the clip member in the hole of the attached portion, the cushioning component is securely held in the attached portion for a long period of time, and there is no fear of falling off. Furthermore, since the cushioning component is configured such that the rubber cushion member is fitted to the base of the resin clip member, the molding is simpler and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the resin clip member and the rubber cushion member are integrally molded.

れがない。According to another aspect of the cushioning component of the present invention, the rubber cushion member is provided with a through hole for inserting the resin clip member from above in combination, and the through hole is provided with a taper portion at the upper edge and the taper portion. A first hole portion for passing the resin clip member through, and a holding groove portion for continuing the first hole portion and radially outwardly expanding from the first hole portion for holding the base portion of the resin clip member; With the second hole having a smaller diameter than the first hole connected to the holding groove, the resin clip member can be easily attached to the rubber cushion member only by inserting the resin clip member into the through hole while pressing it from above. ,
Since the second hole portion has a smaller diameter than the first hole portion, the base portion of the resin clip member held in the holding groove portion does not come out from under the through hole. Therefore, the resin clip member attached to the attached portion There is no risk of the rubber cushion member falling off.
