Conventionally, this photosensitive material is sold in a state of being wrapped in a light-shielding wrapping paper, and when used, it is once used by refilling it with a metal magazine having a slit for drawing the photosensitive material. However, in consideration of easiness of operation at the time of use, recently, a simple magazine (so-called disposable magazine) made of cardboard, cardboard or plastic has been used. In other words, in recent years, a method has been used in which a photosensitive material is sold in a simple magazine, the user uses it without refilling it, and when the photosensitive material is used up, the simple magazine is discarded. There is. Therefore, it is desirable that the disposable magazine can be provided at a low cost, and thus it is desirable that the disposable magazine be simple and easy to construct and manufacture.

Both ends of the sheet-shaped material have a folded portion 43 at an end portion forming the upper surface portion 44 and a folded portion 45 at an end portion forming the front wall portion 46,
A slit 47 is formed between the two folded portions. A cushioning cloth or the like is generally put inside the slit for the purpose of blocking light and preventing scratches on the photosensitive material.

The method of forming 43 is to attach a linear ridge pushing line along the width direction to the corresponding portion of the upper surface portion 44, fold the end portion inside the body along the ridge pushing line, and the end portion is usually A method of adhering to the back surface side of the upper surface portion 44 via an adhesive is adopted. Therefore, the folded portion 43 is in close contact with the back surface side of the upper surface portion, there is relatively no space between the upper surface portion and the folded portion, and the overall thickness of both portions is thin. .

Among them, a particularly big problem is that during assembly of the magazine, a gap tends to appear near the center of the slit due to the rigidity of the material forming the body, and external factors (buffer, The temperature and humidity) may cause the slit to expand.

Since the light-shielding property of the magazine in such a state becomes insufficient, the photosensitive material housed inside may be exposed before being used and may become unusable. In particular, the deformation of the slit as described above becomes remarkable when a wide photosensitive material is used.

Examples of curable adhesives include thermosetting adhesives (eg, amino resins, polyester resins, polyurethane resins, etc.), thermoplastic adhesives (eg, polyvinyl acetate resins, vinyl acetate / vinyl chloride copolymers, Acrylic resin, polyamide resin, etc., hot melt adhesive (generally, multi-component adhesive containing thermoplastic adhesive as a main component;
Examples thereof include ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyethylene, atactic polypropylene (APP), ethylene / ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), polyamide, polyester, etc.). In the present invention, a hot melt adhesive is particularly preferable in terms of workability. The curable adhesive as described above is applied in an appropriate amount between the upper surface portion and the folded-back portion by using a usual application means such as a nozzle type applicator. And if necessary, appropriate treatment (heat treatment, etc.)
Is done and it becomes a cured product.

に設定する。In FIG. 3A, the pushing lines 32a to 32h are drawn on the sheet so as to form the cylindrical body portion 31 of the magazine according to the method usually used when pushing the cardboard or the like. However, as shown in the figure, the muscle pushing line for forming the forehead part of the end of the upper surface portion is that one of the muscle pushing lines (forming the lower end) 32a is the outer side at the center with respect to the virtual horizontal line 33. It is drawn so as to have a bulged arc shape, and the other muscle pushing line (forming the upper end) 32b is a straight line. The arc-shaped muscle pushing line 32a does not necessarily have to be an accurate arc shape as described above, but is formed with a constant radius of curvature for the sake of simplicity of processing (assembly) work. Although this radius of curvature varies depending on the sheet width (width of the tubular body), for example, when making a magazine with a width of 30 cm, the radius of curvature is set to about 7 to 9 m.

The shape of the muscle pushing line can be appropriately determined according to the shape of the forehead.

Can be obtained. At this time, the forehead portion is coated with the above-mentioned curable resin material in an appropriate amount in the void portion formed between the upper surface portion and the folded portion by using the above-mentioned coating means, and the folded portion is pressure-bonded. The magnitude of this force 37 varies depending on the material used (rigidity, etc.).

Further, as described above, it has an excellent advantage that the restoring force generated from the material itself and the shape of the forehead is obtained.

It is possible to impart high rigidity to the entire folded-back portion (upper side portion forming the slit) including the end portion of the upper surface portion. Therefore, the end portion of the upper surface of the magazine constructed as described above is suppressed from being deformed upward (slit expansion) near the center thereof.

Also, the above deformation is prevented. Therefore, in the magazine of the present invention, the bulging deformation of the slits, which usually occurs when the magazine is assembled, transported, and used, is less likely to occur, and as a result, the high light-shielding property of the magazine is maintained.

It is also advantageous from the viewpoint.
