At the lower left and right sides of the car body, front and rear tire type wheels that are electrically driven by the private generator installed in the car body are used as the drive power source, and assembled on a support stand that is vertically slidable on the car body and slidable left and right. The lining plate is supported movably back and forth via rollers, and in this state, the car body is run along the side wall installed in advance in the tunnel to move to the lining section, and the supporting pedestal is raised and lowered in the lining section. And slide-adjust the assembly lining plate to the front by a pressing member that is installed at the rear end of the support frame so that it can move forward and backward, and join it to the previously installed assembly lining plate, and the left and right lower ends. At the side After installation on top, the car body is run backwards outside the tunnel and the assembled lining plate assembled in advance on the assembly cradle is supported on the support cradle of the car body, and this assembled lining plate is similarly conveyed to the lining section. It proposes an installation method for the tunnel lining plate that was installed by simply installing it.

Then, in a curve or the like, for example, when the vehicle body comes too close to the side wall and at least one retractable arm of one of the carriages contracts, a sensor unit that synchronizes with this is sensed by a sensor to move the carriage away from the side wall. If the vehicle body is too far away from the side wall and at least one of the advancing / retreating arms of one of the trucks extends, the sensing unit senses the sensor to automatically steer the vehicle toward the side wall. As a result, the transportation and installation machine always runs at a certain distance from the side wall.

特徴とするトンネル覆工板の据付け工法。1. A portal frame for a transport installation machine, wherein a plurality of arc-shaped PC lining plates are joined and integrated in the front, rear, left and right directions on an assembly stand installed outside a tunnel to assemble arch-shaped lining plates for a plurality of spans. Front and rear wheels are provided at the left and right lower ends of the vehicle body, and the assembly lining plate is movably supported by rollers on the support pedestal that is vertically movable and slidable left and right on the vehicle body. In this state, the car body is run along the side wall installed in advance in the tunnel and moved to the lining section, and the support pedestal is moved up and down and slide-adjusted in the lining section, and then the assembled lining plate is placed after the support pedestal. It is moved forward by a pressing member provided at the end so that it can move back and forth in the front-back direction,
The assembly lining plate, which is joined to the assembly lining plate installed in advance and installed on the side walls at the left and right lower ends, is then moved backwards to the outside of the mine and preassembled on the assembly gantry. A method for installing a tunnel lining plate, which is characterized in that the lining plate is supported on a support frame of a vehicle body, and the assembled lining plate is transported to and installed in a lining section as described above.
