And diodes D 1 and D 2 , capacitors C 3 to C 5 , volumes VR 1 to VR 3 and resistors R 3 to R 10, and the thermistor TH for detecting the surface temperature of the floor panel 1. Based on the output of the temperature detection element 5 consisting of
Is controlled to be turned on and off to control the energization of the heaters 2a and 2b so that the floor panel 1 reaches a predetermined temperature.
Here, the voltage obtained by rectifying and stepping down the AC power supply 4 by the rectifying step-down circuit composed of the rectifying diode D 1 and the resistor R 10 is the current detection resistor R 9 and the light emitted by the voltage across the resistor R 9. It is designed to be applied to the circuit power supply line via the operation display circuit 8 consisting of a parallel circuit with the diode LED, and is smoothed by the smoothing capacitor C 4 and the circuit power supply (DC8V)
Is obtained. Zero volt switching circuit ZS this circuit power is applied to the terminals, a comparator formed by a feedback resistor R 4 of the operational amplifier and the external is built, the AC power source when the comparator output becomes "H" It is composed of a pulse generation circuit that generates a trigger pulse synchronized with the zero-cross point of the AC power supply voltage input from the input terminal and outputs the trigger pulse from the trigger pulse output terminal. 4V) and the temperature detection signal is input to the non-inverting input terminal. Therefore, when the temperature of the floor panel 1 is lower than the predetermined temperature set in advance and the temperature detection signal becomes lower than the reference voltage, the comparator output becomes “H” and the semiconductor switch circuit is switched from the pulse generating circuit. A trigger pulse for triggering 3 in the vicinity of the zero cross point of the AC power supply is output. Reference voltage generating circuit, the transistor Q 4, the voltage-dividing resistors
The reference voltage (4V) is generated by being constituted by R 5 and R 6, and after the circuit power is supplied through the transistor Q 4 , it is divided by the resistors R 5 and R 6 . On the other hand, for the temperature detection signal, the circuit power source is a resistor R 8 , a transistor Q 4 ,
When the thermistor TH is disconnected, the thermistor TH in which a resistor R 7 for disconnection compensation that prevents the semiconductor switch circuit 3 from continuing to be turned on is connected in parallel, the diode D 2, and the temperature setting circuit 9
It can be obtained by dividing the voltage with the volumes VR 1 to VR 3 that compose the. Here, the volume VR 3 of the temperature setting circuit 9 is a main adjustment volume to which a temperature adjusting knob 9a for setting the temperature of the floor panel 1 is attached to the rotary shaft, and the volumes VR 1 and VR 2 are These are first and second sub-adjustment volumes consisting of semi-fixed volume connected in series or in parallel to the main adjustment volume VR 3 and the temperature can be adjusted by the sub-adjustment volumes VR 1 and VR 2 . The maximum and minimum temperature of the range can be set freely. In the embodiment, the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature of the adjustable range are set to 50 ° C. and 25 ° C., respectively.
Further, by adjusting the volumes VR 1 and VR 2 , the position of the temperature control knob 9a and the set temperature of the floor panel 1 can be made to correspond exactly 1: 1.

It is connected to the heat sink 11 which also serves as a mounting plate of the above, and is grounded to the earth through the aluminum heat sink 11 and the embedded box. By absorbing at 2, the circuit components are protected. In this case, by appropriately setting the gap width of the discharge gap G (for example, 0.4 ± 0.1 mm), the lightning surge absorption circuit 7 is operated against lightning surge,
In addition, it is possible to prevent the high voltage for measurement applied during the insulation test from operating, and it is not necessary to remove the non-linear resistance element Z 2 during the insulation test, which facilitates the insulation test. Further, a plurality of mountain-shaped protrusions Ga 1 , Ga 2 and Ga 3 are formed on one electrode Ga of both electrodes Ga and Gb of the discharge gap G formed by the copper foil pattern, and they are opposed by discharge. the shortest one chevron projection distance between the electrodes Ga 1, Ga 2, discharge from Ga 3 is generated, even if the discharge one chevron protrusion by Ga 1, Ga 2, Ga 3 are destroyed sequentially rest Since the discharge can be performed through the mountain-shaped protrusions Ga 1 , Ga 2 , and Ga 3 , the reliability against lightning surge is improved and the life is extended. Furthermore, the ground-side terminal of the non-linear resistance element Z 2 and the heat sink 12 are connected by caulking the brass connection pin P, one end of which is soldered to the printed circuit board 13, to the heat sink 12. Therefore, the electrical connection and the fixing of the printed circuit board 13 are performed at the same time, and the assembling can be easily performed.

The AC power supply 4 is applied to both ends of the series circuit of a and 2b and the semiconductor switch circuit 3, and the AC power supply 4 is also fed to the switch control circuit 6, and the switch control circuit 6 outputs the temperature detection element 5 based on the output. Triac Q 2 is controlled on and off. In the embodiment, the temperature of the floor panel 1 is the thermistor.
It is detected as a resistance change of the temperature detection element 5 made of TH, and the resistance of the temperature detection element 5 decreases as the temperature of the floor panel 1 increases. Therefore, when the temperature of the floor panel 1 exceeds the predetermined temperature set by the volume VR 3, the temperature detection signal that changes according to the resistance change of the temperature detection element 5 becomes higher than the reference voltage and the switch control is performed. The trigger pulse is no longer output from the zero volt switch circuit ZS of the circuit 6, the triac Q 2 of the semiconductor switch circuit 3 is turned off, and the power supply to the heaters 2a and 2b is stopped. On the other hand, when the temperature of the floor panel 1 becomes lower than the predetermined temperature, the temperature detection signal becomes lower than the reference voltage and the trigger pulse from the zero volt switch circuit ZS of the switch control circuit 6 becomes the zero cross point of the AC power supply voltage. It is output in synchronization, the triac Q 2 is turned on, and the heaters 2a and 2b are energized, and the temperature of the floor panel 1 is automatically controlled to always be the predetermined temperature set by the volume VR 3 . Has been done.

When adjusting the temperature adjustable range, first connect the first dummy resistor having a resistance value corresponding to the resistance value of the thermistor TH at the desired maximum temperature to the sensor connection terminal.
In addition to connecting to T 3 and T 4 , set the temperature control knob 9a to the maximum temperature position (set to the position where the resistance value of the volume VR 3 becomes 0), and in this state the trigger pulse is output from the zero volt switch circuit ZS. Volume VR 3
Volume consisting of semi-fixed volume connected in series to
Adjust and fix VR 1 . Next, a second dummy resistor having a resistance value corresponding to the resistance value of the thermistor TH at the desired minimum temperature is connected to the sensor connection terminals T 3 and T 4 , and
Set the temperature control knob 9a to the lowest temperature position (set to the position where the resistance value of the volume VR 3 becomes the maximum value), and in this state, parallel to the volume VR 3 so that the trigger pulse is output from the zero volt switch circuit ZS. Adjust and fix the connected volume VR 2 consisting of semi-fixed volume.
By the above adjustment, the temperature adjustable range by the temperature adjusting knob 9a can be set to a desired range according to the installation condition of the floor panel 1, and moreover, there is a manufacturing error in the components constituting the switch control circuit 6. However, the temperature control knob 9a and the set temperature can correspond exactly 1: 1.

効果がある。[Effect of the Invention] As described above, the present invention connects a series circuit of a heater for heating arranged in a floor panel and a semiconductor switch circuit using a thyristor to an AC power source to control the temperature of the floor panel. A control device for a floor heating panel, comprising a switch control circuit for controlling ON / OFF of the semiconductor switch circuit based on a detected temperature detection element output to control energization of a heater so that the floor panel reaches a predetermined temperature. A main adjusting volume to which a temperature control knob for setting the temperature of the floor panel is attached, a first sub-adjusting volume consisting of a semi-fixed volume serially connected to the main adjusting volume, and the main adjusting volume It consists of a second sub-adjustment potentiometer consisting of a semi-fixed potentiometer connected in parallel to the volume, and both sub-adjustment potentiometers control the maximum temperature in the temperature adjustable range. And the minimum temperature can be set freely, and the temperature inside the floor panel becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined dangerous temperature, as well as the bidirectional three-terminal thyristor connected in series to the series circuit of the heater and the semiconductor switch circuit via a temperature fuse. Since a heat sensitive switch which is turned off when it is turned on is provided and an overheat prevention circuit is provided by applying a trigger signal to the gate terminal of the bidirectional three-terminal thyristor through the heat sensitive switch and the gate resistance, The temperature adjustable range can be set arbitrarily according to the installation situation, and moreover, even if there are variations due to manufacturing errors in the parts that make up the switch control circuit, the temperature adjustment knob and the set temperature can be made to correspond exactly 1: 1. In addition, even if the temperature inside the floor panel rises abnormally for some reason, the heat-sensitive switch is turned off when the temperature reaches or exceeds a predetermined dangerous temperature, and the two-way three-way Turns off thyristor, a power supply to the heater is stopped to suppress an abnormal temperature rise of the floor panel can be prevented danger from overheating,
In addition, since the bidirectional three-terminal thyristor is immediately turned off and the power supply to the heater is stopped when the heat sensitive switch is turned off due to a predetermined dangerous temperature abnormality, the safety is high, and the overheat prevention circuit has a temperature fuse. It can be reused without replacement work like the case of using, and has an effect of being convenient.
