Description of the Related Art This type of unit curtain wall is manufactured as a unit in a factory including all materials such as glass, fireproof board, mounting bracket, etc. Therefore, it is brought into the site as a unit. Assembled and assembled. In this unit cart wall, the unit composed of the size from floor to floor is the standard, and the upper and lower sides and left and right sides of each unit are fitted by the continuous fitting method (interlocking method), and the dry method is used. Composed of. Therefore, there are advantages that the rate of factory production is high, the quality is high, the construction period is shortened, there is no need to build a scaffold at the time of construction, and construction can be performed even in the rain.

As illustrated, the bracket 2 is fixed to the vertical frame 8 and is fixed to the fastener-4 fixed to the slab 3 with the bolt 9 by the bolt 10. The space between the upper frame 6 and the lower frame 7 is sealed by a draining packing 11 and a packing 12 for preventing air leak inside the packing, and the vertical frame 8
Similarly, the space between them is sealed by packings 13 and 14, and atmospheric pressure is introduced into the space between the packings to form a constant pressure space.

The amount of slide is the same as the amount of displacement, and the amount of slide is considerably large in some cases. For example, if the spacing between slabs 3 is 4000 mm, then 1/100
When the interlayer displacement occurs, the displacement amount becomes 40 mm.

Abutting member 1 of vertical frames 8 joined together, characterized by including abutting members 18 fixed together.
8 are substantially in contact with each other. The term “generally contact” as used herein means a state in which they are in contact with each other or almost in contact with each other and are in close proximity to each other. The abutting member 18 can be installed at an appropriate height position of the vertical frame 8. However, since each unit 1 is suspended and fixed, the abutting member 18 is preferably installed below the vertical frame 8.

A contact member 25 is installed across the vertical frames 8 of the pair of units 1. Due to the interposition of the contact member 25, the contact member 25 slides by the gap between the contact member 25 and the internal space of the vertical frame 8 into which the contact member 25 is inserted, and further displacement is caused by the deformation of the vertical frame 8. It is absorbed and therefore the interlayer displacement is suppressed to a constant amount.

The upper part of 5, 5, that is, the upper insertion part 25b is inserted into the upper vertical frame 8 so that appropriate gaps (d) are formed on both sides. The gaps (d) on both sides are equal as shown in the figure, and this dimension (d) is the slidable amount. The thickness (m) of the base portion 25a is preferably equal to the joint size in the vertical direction, which facilitates the vertical positioning of the unit 1 and reduces the crushing amount of the annular packing 17 between the upper and lower units. Keep it constant.

Are configured to generally contact each other, so that when an interlayer displacement occurs in this unit curtain wall, the abutting members 18 adjacent to each other abut each other, and therefore the adjacent units move together, and thus each unit moves. The displacement amount of the unit becomes equal, the joint becomes uniform, and there is no variation.

Make the displacement of each unit uniform,
At the same time, since the contact member 25 absorbs the interlayer displacement by the slide in the gap (d) between the vertical frame 8 and the contact member 25 and the deformation of the vertical frame 8, the displacement amount of the unit is equivalent to the slide amount. The amount can be regulated. Therefore, the displacement amount of each unit can be made uniform and regulated to a constant amount, and the seal performance of the joint packing can be maintained very suitably.

There is no need to provide a means for preventing the hit 25, and the contact member 25 is easily installed, and the gaps on both sides of the upper part of the hit member 25 are made equal, so that the regulation of the interlayer displacement to each side is made equal.

In this case, since the displacement amount of each unit becomes equal, the joint becomes uniform, and a situation in which some units are largely displaced can be avoided. Therefore, the compressive force and the amount of displacement applied to the joint packing between the respective units become uniform, and the seal performance is preferably maintained. Moreover, the deviation is uniform, which is preferable in terms of design.

Since it can also be used as a means, it has the advantage that it can be used for drainage while preventing variations in joints.
