着者の腹部に向かって方形に開放する開放部75を設け、
この方形開放部(75)に方形レリーズ部材(16)をはめ
込み塞いだバックルであって、上記方形レリーズ部材
(16)は、雌部材口部(60)寄りの三辺付近が方形開放
部(75)の周縁にかぶさる平らな部材表面(80)で、残
る一辺を含む中央部は指先が沈む深さの半円形指掛け凹
部(28)になっており、その指掛け凹部(28)の周壁の
雌部材口部(60)へ向う位置の中央から、直線状中央凸
部(84)が縦方向に伸び出て雌部材(14)内の案内用ス
ロット(72)に通っており、上記中央凸部(84)の左右
には同じ周壁から平行に伸び出たラッチ外しアーム(8
