"Problems to be solved by the invention" However, in the above-mentioned conventional coating procedure, it is sufficient to simply form a coating film on the wall surface, and the usual surface cleaning is all that is required. Didn't tell you in detail.

However, for ships, it is hardly used because it is inferior in the effect of mooring, and if wax coating is applied to the concrete wall of the waterway, it is demonstrated that the biofouling is extremely low for the first year or so. However, in the second year, the activity (smoothness) of the surface gradually decreases due to the adhesion of biological residues, scales, etc., and the effect of preventing biological adhesion also decreases.

However, the wax used is a mixture of paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax, which is used as a food additive, packaging, etc., is completely harmless, has no effect on fish and shellfish, and is suitable as a material for use. A technique for sustaining the biofouling prevention effect of is desired.

"Means for Solving Problems" and "Operation" The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its gist is to provide a method for cleaning kerosene after cleaning the wall surface prior to wax application. The surface of the wall whose surface has been cleaned by a flame is burned to burn off biological residues and improve the adhesion of wax to the wall, and the wax surface is heated and melted after applying the wax, and the mist of the surface wax is melted and integrated. In addition to measuring the temperature, a process to heat the wax surface again with a flame such as kerosene in order to allow the wax to melt and infiltrate into the fine pores on the wall surface, and to use a water jet or an underwater disk sander for half a year to one year after the start of use Prevention of biofouling by wax by setting a surface cleaning process to remove wax larvae on the wax surface and measure activation of the wax surface. The effect is maintained and the cost for preventing biofouling is reduced.

In a waterway with a constant flow velocity, by coating the concrete wall surface with a wax, the surface is made smooth and the flow velocity on the wall surface is increased to prevent the attachment of biological larvae. Fall,
The total amount of shellfish (mainly mussel) can be reduced by stopping the growth, but this is because the wax surface has extremely low surface tension, so that larvae attach and secrete proteins and stick to them. The effect depends on the physical properties of the surface.

Therefore, the present inventors have found that the extension of the service life of wax is
Paying attention to the fact that the adhesion is maintained and the effect is maintained on the surface activation, after the normal surface cleaning is completed as a base treatment, the burner burns to burn off the biological residues and the wall surface. Was preheated to prevent the sprayed molten wax from becoming mist and to improve the adhesive force of the wax.

Further, the reheating, which is usually performed for the purpose of polishing the wax after the application of the wax, has a heat-sealing function and penetrates into the fine voids on the wall surface, and the adhesive force is further improved.

Furthermore, during the latter half year to one year after the start of use, before the light weight larva attached to the wax surface destroys the wax coating film, the surface is cleaned with a water jet or an underwater disc sander. By removing the wax, it is possible to prevent the wax surface from being ruined, and in particular, to prevent the growth of barnacles where mussels tend to form a community. It was discovered that the antifouling effect of wax can be sustained for a certain period by performing this treatment regularly.

By this treatment, the wax fine particles adhering to the surface are dissolved and the wax adhering to the wall surface is re-dissolved, so that the wax permeates into the minute voids of the concrete (heat sealing action) and a strong adhesive force is obtained. Also, the surface becomes extremely smooth.

At this point, the amount of organisms attached is small and the adherence is weak, so that the substances attached to the surface can be easily removed, and the wax surface is reactivated and the antifouling effect is increased.

In particular, if this treatment is carried out before the barnacles adhere and break through the wax coating and grow, it is possible to prevent the wax coating from being damaged and to prevent the adhesion of crows and the like that tend to form a community on the barnacles.

Before and after the wax coating is applied, the surface of the concrete is colored with a burner to make it suitable for application, the wax surface is made smooth, and after the wax is applied, a fixed period of time is followed by a combination of removing deposits in water. The activity of the wax surface was maintained and the antifouling effect could be sustained.

"Effect of the invention" By adopting this method, the antifouling effect of wax coating can be recovered at low cost. By repeating this construction method, the recoating period of 5 years or more can be achieved compared with the conventional recoating period of 2 years. It can be extended. Therefore, the annual shellfish removal cost can be greatly reduced.
