(57)【要約】 【課題】飲料を収納する容器としてのみならず、パーテ
ィー等におけるゲームにも使用できる瓶を提供する。 【解決手段】瓶１０はベース部１２およびベース部の底
側に突起２２を有し、突起２２がベース部１２の概して
中央に配されることによって、瓶１０が瓶の中央軸２４
の回りに突起に支えられてスピンできる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は瓶に関し、特に、消
費者へ販売されるウィスキー等のアルコール飲料を充填
するための瓶に係るが、これに限定されるものではな
い。

【従来の技術】従来、アルコール等の飲料を収納する瓶
は、単にこれら飲料を収納する容器として機能するもの
であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、このような瓶
をパーティー等におけるゲームにも使用できるように、
工夫しようとしたのが本発明である。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、以上の課題を
解決することを目的として、ベース部およびこのベース
部の底側に突起を有する瓶を提供する。この突起がこの
ベース部の概して中央に配されることによって、瓶は突
起に支えられて瓶の中央軸の回りにスピンすることがで
きる。
【０００５】上記中央軸の回りの瓶の重量の配分は、ほ
ぼ均一であるのが好ましい。
【０００６】また、上記突起は、プラスチック製インサ
ートであってもよい。
【０００７】このプラスチック製インサートは、部分的
に前記ベース部に受けいれられてもよい。
【０００８】ベース部はくぼみを有してもよく、上記突
起はこのくぼみの中に配され、ここから部分的に突出す
る。
【０００９】好適には、瓶は上方に伸長した首を有し、
この首は直径の拡がった下部に連なり、この下部は上記
ベース部と連なっている。
【００１０】ある実施例においては、上記下部の最大直
径は、上記首部の直径の約５倍である。
【００１１】瓶はさらに表示手段を含んでもよく、この
表示手段によって、使用に際して、瓶の回転位置が表示
可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明のよりよい理解のために、
以下にその実施例を、例示のみとして、添付図面に言及
して説明する。
【００１４】瓶１０は、ベース部１２および上方に伸長
した首１４を有し、この首１４は、直径の拡がった下部
１６に連なり、この下部１６はまたベース部１２と連な
っている。
【００１５】ベース部１２は、ベース部の概して中央に
配されたくぼみ、またはへこみ２０を有する。ベース部
１２の概して中央にさらに配されているものは、ベース
部の底側に設けた概して円すい形の突起２２であり、こ
の突起２２は、くぼみ２０の中に配され、図１で示すよ
うに、このベース部の底から突出する。
【００１６】この突起２２は、瓶がこの突起に支えられ
てその中央軸２４の回りにスピンすることができるよう
に配されている。瓶が中央軸２４の回りに大幅に揺れる
か、または振動することなくその中央軸の回りにスピン
されることを可能とするために、瓶１０は、瓶の中央軸
の回りの重量の配分がほぼ均一となるよう、構成されて
いる。
【００１７】良好な性質のスピンを得るために、瓶は、
瓶の重心が可能な限り突起の近くに位置するような形状
を有し、このためには、瓶は概してずんぐりしており、
直径の拡がった下部１６は、首１４よりもかなり幅広
い。実施例においては、下部の最大直径φは、首の直径
θの約５倍である。瓶は、概して西洋なしまたは鐘のよ
うな形状を有することが良く、このように形成すること
により、良好な性質のスピンを提供することが認められ
る。
【００１８】突起２２は、ガラスの瓶１０と一体に成形
された部分とすることができ、またはその代わりに、ベ
ース部１２の中に固定またはモールドされたプラスチッ
ク製インサートとしてもよい。プラスチック製インサー
トが、一体成形の突起２２の場合よりも簡単に小さい誤
差で製造可能であるため、プラスチック製インサートの
使用によってスピンの安定性の改善が達成できることが
理解される。プラスチック製インサートは、インサート
が合わせられる適切なくぼみを設けることによって、よ
り容易にベース部１２に固定され得る。
【００１９】実施例においては、突起２２は、概して円
すい形であるものとして示されている。別の形状も使用
されてよく、かつ突起は、瓶がスピンしないときに突起
のみで立つことを可能にする平坦な表面部を含むことが
できることが、認められる。
【００２０】表示手段がＶ字型の凸部３０の形で下部１
６の外面に配されている。凸部３０によって、瓶がスピ
ンした後の回転位置の変化を計ることを可能とする。瓶
はパーティ等においてゲームで使用され得ることが想定
されており、この際瓶はスピンさせられ、スピン後の凸
部３０の方向がゲームにおけるチャンスエレメントを提
供する。例えば、瓶がスピンすることは、スピン後の凸
部３０とほぼ同一の方角に位置した者が、特定の行為を
行うことを要求されるというゲームに使用され得る。
【００２１】表示手段が、一つ以上の凸部３０を含むこ
とができ、かつこれに代わって、一つまたは複数の瓶の
表面における凹所が表示手段として使用できることが理
解される。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ベース部および該ベース部の底側に突起
    を有し、該突起が該ベース部の概して中央に配されるこ
    とによって、瓶が該突起に支えられて瓶の中央軸の回り
    にスピンできる、瓶。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記中央軸の回りの瓶の重量配分がほぼ
    均一である、請求項１に記載の瓶。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記突起がプラスチック製インサートを
    備えた、請求項１または２に記載の瓶。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記プラスチック製インサートが部分的
    に前記ベース部によって受け入れられる、請求項３に記
    載の瓶。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記ベース部がくぼみを有し、前記突起
    が該くぼみの中に配され、かつベース部から部分的に突
    出する、請求項１乃至４のいずれか一つに記載の瓶。
  6. 【請求項６】 上方に伸長した首を有し、該首が直径の
    拡がった下部に連なり、該下部が前記ベース部と連な
    る、請求項１乃至５のいずれか一つに記載の瓶。
  7. 【請求項７】 前記下部の最大直径が、前記首の直径の
    約５倍である、請求項６に記載の瓶。
  8. 【請求項８】 さらに表示手段を有し、該手段によっ
    て、使用時に、瓶の回転位置を表示可能とする、請求項
    １乃至７のいずれか一つに記載の瓶。
  9. 【請求項９】 前記表示手段が、前記下部の外面に配さ
    れた凸部を備えた、請求項８に記載の瓶。
