Description
【０００１】［産業上の利用分野］本発明は、医療分野
の主として、整形外科領域で再建靭帯の固定用に用いる
スクリューに関するものである。特に、膝靭帯再建を、
骨片付き膝蓋腱を用いて行なうときに使用する。

【０００４】［課題を解決するための手段］スクリュー

の固定後、スクリューの尖端部１が溶けることで、靭帯
が切れにくくする。

【０００５】［作用］このスクリューを用いることによ
り、移植された靭帯が動いても、スクリュー尖先端１の
部分が溶けるので靭帯が切れる可能性が減る。

【０００６】［実施例］尖端部１は体部２への挿入部５
を有しており差し込むことで一体となるスクリューであ
るが、挿入部５が、６角柱のとき、体部２の挿入される
部分６も断面が６角というように、体部２を回したと
き、尖端部１も同時に回る構造になっている。尖端部１
は、必ずしも、テーパー部分だけでなく、ねじ山の平行
部分を含んでいても良い。尖端部１は、ポリジオキサミ
ン、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコアシッド等、生体に害がなく
吸収性の材料で出来ているため、固定後吸収されれば、
ねじ山で靭帯３は傷付けられない。体部２は、非吸収性
のため固定力を有する。 体部２の先端４は、鈍な構造
になっているため、靭帯３は尖端部１が残っているよう
な構造に比べ切れない。尖端部１と体部２にはガイドワ
イヤ８が通る共通の穴９があってもよい。体部２の後端
１０は、鈍な構造になっていても良い。このとき、この
部が、骨孔７より外に出ても、神経を刺激しにくく、痛
みを出しにくい。尖端部１及び、体部２おのおの複数に
分解できる構造でもよい。このとき、後端１０が吸収性
の材質でもよい。尖端部１及び、体部２は、挿入時、一
体となって回るようかみ合う部分を持っているが、その
形状は問わないし、ねじ込み式でもよい。先端４の構造
は、球状で無く他の構造でもよいし、平面でもよい。共
通の穴９は無くても良い。後端１０の構造は、球状でな
くても良い。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項１】尖端部１と体部２からなるスクリューで、
挿入後、移植された靭帯３を傷付けないように、尖端部
１の少なくともねじ山部分が、溶ける材料で出来ていお
り、体部２の靭帯３の骨片を固定するねじ山部分が、非
吸収性の材料でできているもので、尖端部１と体部２は
一体でも分離できても良いが、分離できる場合は体部２
の先端４が、移植された靭帯３を傷付けないような構造
になっているもの。
