(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] By using an iron equipped with the function of spraying a wrinkle-proofing agent, the agent that directly reacts with the fibers is sprinkled on the cotton garment, and by further heating and pressing with this iron, Wrinkles can be prevented without ironing each time it is washed. [Structure] 5% to 20% of a glyoxal resin is used as an aqueous solution of a wrinkle-preventing agent and sprayed onto clothes, and a crosslinking reaction between cellulose of the resin is performed at a curing temperature of 160 ° C to 190 ° C. [Effect] It is not necessary to iron each time after washing, and wrinkles do not occur even after washing about 20 times, and simple anti-wrinkle processing can be performed.

Description of the Related Art The usage rate of cotton in cotton products or cotton blended products is as high as 40% or more of the total fibers, and it tends to increase more and more in the future. Under these circumstances, there is a problem that cotton products such as shirts are easily wrinkled, and many clothing manufacturers are trying to prevent wrinkles. Recently, anti-wrinkles such as VP processing, SSP processing and DA processing have been tried. Due to the development of processing technology, cotton products, which are characterized by being worn without iron after washing, are on the market.

A glyoxal-based resin aqueous solution is formed into a mist by a steam generator provided in an iron, sprayed onto clothes, and heat and pressure are applied while being dried with an iron, thereby applying glyoxal-based fibers between cellulose fibers. Since a cross-linking reaction with the resin occurs and the space between the cellulose is reinforced, the generation of wrinkles is suppressed, and the anti-wrinkle effect can be generated.

By this, a decompressed state is created, and the processing aqueous solution is sucked up into fine water droplets, which are sprayed onto the clothes. The nozzle 5 has a structure in which the angle can be changed,
It is devised so that the sprayed state is properly irradiated to the clothes.

FIG. 4 shows the results obtained by changing the concentration of the glyoxal-based resin in the range of 3 to 20%. When the concentration of the glyoxal-based resin is 3%, the wrinkle-preventing effect is not so great, but the effect is sufficient in the range of 5% to 20%. It is within the usable range. On the other hand, if it exceeds 20%, although the anti-wrinkle effect is obtained, the clothes themselves become hard and uncomfortable to wear and cannot be used.
