1 is a refrigerator main body, and this main body 21 is a box body 22, a door body 23,
In addition, it is composed of a refrigeration cycle 24 and the like. The box body 22 is composed of an outer box 25, an inner box 26, a heat insulating material 27 that is foamed in the field, and the like. 28 is a vacuum heat insulating material disposed in the foam heat insulating material 27 (note that this vacuum heat insulating material 28 is usually a core material coated with resin on both sides 10

Further, since the heat insulating property of the vacuum heat insulating material 28 is more than twice as good as that of the heat insulating material 27 foamed in the field, the heat insulating thickness between the outer box and the inner box can be reduced accordingly. The vacuum heat insulating material is generally used as a means for reducing the wall thickness as described above.

As a concrete means, in a refrigerator that uses in-situ foamed insulation between the outer box and the inner box and between the door outer plate and the door inner plate, place a vacuum heat insulation material in a place where it does not adhere to the foam heat insulation material. It is designed to be installed. Specifically, a vacuum heat insulating material is provided in a place where the outer box or the inner box is recessed to the side of the foam heat insulating material, and the above vacuum heat insulating material and the foam heat insulating material are separated to improve serviceability and to improve the vacuum heat insulating material. Does not obstruct the flow when filling the foam insulation. Furthermore, the same effect as described above is obtained by providing a vacuum heat insulating material in a place where the door inner plate or the door outer plate is recessed toward the heat insulating material.

It is easy to remove the plate etc. and replace the abnormal vacuum insulation with a new vacuum insulation without any abnormality. Moreover, as described above, the vacuum heat insulating material of the present invention is not arranged between the inner box and the outer box filled with the phenomenon-foaming heat insulating material or between the door outer plate and the door inner plate. By itself, it does not become a resistance at the time of forming the foam of the foamed heat insulating material. Of course, the inner box or outer box is recessed to the side of the heat insulating material, which will increase the resistance when forming the foam, but compared with the vacuum heat insulating material, the surface shape is originally smooth, so the shape when forming the foam The rate of obstacles is low.

Further, it is constituted by the foamed heat insulating material 6 and the like. 9 is a partition wall that thermally divides the refrigerating compartment 10 and the vegetable compartment 11, 12 is a vacuum heat insulating material (this vacuum heat insulating material 12 has the same structure as the vacuum heat insulating material described in the conventional example). Next, the attachment of the vacuum heat insulating material to the refrigerator body 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.

This is an example of trying to minimize. By doing so, heat can be efficiently shielded without increasing the wall thickness.

For this reason, as shown in the figure, the thickness of the heat insulating wall at this portion becomes smaller than that of other portions. Therefore, if the performance of the foamed heat insulating material 6 is satisfied, it is difficult to sufficiently block heat. In the present invention, the outer box 4 is recessed toward the heat insulating material 6 and the vacuum heat insulating material 12 is disposed therein.

The vacuum heat insulating material 12 is provided in the partition wall 9 that thermally divides the space. If a vacuum heat insulating material is provided here, it is possible to make the wall thickness thinner than that of foam heat insulating material (urethane foam, styrofoam). Since it is not in close contact with the heat insulating material 6, it can be easily attached and detached.
