By supporting the pipe from below, the pipe can be moved in the axial direction, and the bulging of both ends of the drum-shaped roller restricts the movement of the pipe in the lateral direction to stabilize the pipe support. Has been done.

Moreover, since the roller is extremely expensive, there is a drawback that the cost of the piping equipment increases when the piping support band supported by such a roller is used for the piping equipment.

Since it is arranged so as to be substantially tangential to the pipe, the pipe can be supported so as to be movable in the axial direction without using a high-cost roller, and the pipe can be supported from both diagonally lower sides. Since the weight of the pipe acts in a direction perpendicular to both sides of the V-shaped pipe support portion, the pipe can be stably supported so as to be movable in the axial direction without being displaced laterally.

Although known as No. 60-10979, No. 60-91871, No. 60-138084, etc., since these techniques support the pipe from directly below, the mobility of the pipe was not sufficient.
Therefore, it is necessary to use an expensive member as the low friction coefficient member. The present invention can solve this problem.

It is arranged so that. As the low friction coefficient member 3.3,
Any material such as PVC, cross-linked polyolefin, olefin resin, PET, silicone resin, fluororesin may be used, preferably tetrafluoroethylene resin, which may be produced by any of tube method and sheet method, Moreover, the structure may be either a single layer or a multilayer. The low friction coefficient members 3.3 are
A cylindrical tube having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the pipe support portion 2 is inserted into the pipe support portion 2 and then heat-shrinked to fix the pipe support portion 2. As a method of fixing, in addition to fixing by heat contraction, an adhesive may be used, a groove may be formed in the portion of the pipe supporting portion 2 and fitted into the groove, or locked by another member. Good. The low friction coefficient member 3 is not limited to the illustrated cylindrical tube as long as it is arranged in the pipe support part 2 and can support the pipe P so as to be movable in the axial direction. It may be fixed to the surface of the second pipe P that contacts the pipe P, or at least the portion of the pipe support portion 2 in contact with the pipe P (or the entire pipe support portion 2) may be coated with a resin having a low friction coefficient. It is possible to form the band body 1 itself including the pipe support portion 2 with a member having a low friction coefficient, but at present, in terms of cost, it does not reach the above-mentioned other configurations.

Since the pipe P can be supported so as to be movable in the axial direction without using a certain roller, and the pipe P is supported from diagonally below, the weight of the pipe P is relative to both sides of the V-shaped pipe support portion 2. Since the pipes P work in the right-angled direction, the pipe P can be stably supported so as not to be displaced in the lateral direction and movable in the axial direction.

Since it is arranged so as to be substantially tangential to the pipe, the pipe can be supported so as to be movable in the axial direction without using a high-cost roller, and as a low friction coefficient member, for example, heat shrinkage is possible. By adopting a flexible cylindrical tube, it is easy to manufacture and it is possible to achieve cost reduction.

In addition to the conventional support from directly underneath, it is possible to obtain sufficient pipe mobility by means of an inexpensive low-friction-coefficient member and to further reduce the cost.
