(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To reliably stack and stack single-piece sheets conveyed at a predetermined stacking pitch by a predetermined number. [Structure] A first transport delivery 2 that transports a single-piece sheet 5 at a predetermined overlapping pitch, and a second transport delivery 3 that follows it.
And the second transport delivery 3 is controlled by the control unit 8 so that the second transport delivery 3 is in a stopped state when the single-piece sheets 5 of the sorting unit are received from the first transport delivery 2 and stacked, while the transport of the first transport delivery 2 is performed. Provided along the path are a counter 6 for counting the number of single-piece sheets 5 and stoppers 7a, 7b which are relatively movable in the mutual contact / separation direction so as to sandwich the conveyed single-piece sheets 5 in the vertical direction. When the count value of the counter 6 reaches the number of sorting sheets input in advance, the control unit 8 drives and controls the stoppers 7a and 7b to temporarily sandwich the single-sided sheet 5 and form a sorting boundary at this sandwiching portion. To do.

The sorting device described in Japanese Patent No. 45419 is known. This sorting device descends on the upstream pressing material that can be lowered onto the support roll of the upstream conveyor, and on the downstream conveyor downstream from this upstream pressing material by a distance corresponding to approximately one unit length of a single-piece sheet. When a predetermined number of single-sided sheets counted by a counter have passed through the supporting roll, the two pressing members are simultaneously lowered to divide the row of single-sided sheets. It is configured to do.

た搬送用紙区分け装置を提供することを目的とする。However, in this conventional example, the distance between the upstream side pressing member and the downstream side pressing member is adjusted so as to correspond to one unit length of the single-piece sheet to be targeted. Since it is necessary, the structure becomes complicated and the adjustment work is complicated, and it is not easy to control so that the pressing members are simultaneously lowered on different conveyors. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a conveying paper sorting device that eliminates such inconvenience.

When the count value reaches the number of sorting sheets entered in advance, the sorting means sandwiches the single-sided paper from above and below,
The sorting sheets are fed to the second conveying means, while the succeeding one-piece sheets are stopped by the first conveying means and are separated from the sorting sheets by the separating sheet. When the second conveying means is in a stopped state or is conveyed at a speed lower than that of the first conveying means, It is stacked in a divided state on the second transport means.

In order to receive and stack the sheets, an abutting guide 11 that regulates the leading end of the single-piece paper 5 at the time of stacking is provided. The abutting guide 11 is normally in a state of advancing into the conveying path to regulate the front end of the single-sided sheet 5 (state of FIG. 1),
After stacking the single-piece sheets 5 of the sorting unit in a predetermined state, when the sheets 5 are transferred to the third conveying delivery 4, they are configured to withdraw from the conveying path, and the advancing / retreating operation thereof is controlled by the control unit 8.

The second transportation delivery 3 is normally stopped and the stacking of the single-piece sheets 5 in the sorting unit is completed. Then, driving is performed for a predetermined time to control the stacked single-piece sheets 5 to be transported toward the third transport delivery 4. Further, the control unit 8 also controls the transportation of the third transportation delivery 4, and the third transportation is performed so that the sorted and stacked single-piece sheets 5 transferred from the second transportation delivery 3 are sequentially stocked. The delivery 4 is driven intermittently.

First, the vertical length (depth) of the single piece paper 5 and the number of divided units are input to the control unit 8. In the present embodiment, the vertical length is Dcm, and the number of divided units is N. It will be described as being set to. In the initial state, the transport deliveries 2, 3 and 4 are in a stopped state, the stoppers 7a and 7b are in a non-operating separated position, and the abutting guide 11 is in an advanced state (see FIG. 1).

演算が始まる。First, the single-piece sheet 5 is supplied from a sheet supply unit (not shown), and the first transport delivery 2 is driven. Here, since the conveyance speed of the single-piece paper 5 of the first conveyance delivery 2 is slower than the supply speed of the single-piece paper 5 by the paper supply unit, the single-piece paper 5 overlaps at a predetermined pitch according to the speed difference. In this state, it is transferred by the first transfer delivery 2. Then, when the first single piece sheet 5a is detected by the counter 6, a leading signal is generated in the controller 8 and the conveyance is continued. N sheets of single-sided paper 5 have passed through the counter 6 and N
When the counter 6 detects the + 1st single piece sheet 5b, the head signal is again generated in the control section 8 and the control section 8 starts calculating the transfer distance of the single piece sheet 5 based on the encoder signal.

When the transfer distance T becomes A + D-3 / 48 × D (A is the distance from the center of the counter 6 to the center of the stopper 7b, see FIG. 2, but FIGS. 2 to 4 show the positional relationship and length of these. (Not shown accurately), in other words, the stopper 7b is driven for a predetermined time when the position of 45/48 × D from the tip of the N + 1th single piece sheet 5b reaches the center of the stopper 7b. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 3, the rear end side of the position of 45/48 × D from the front end of the single piece paper 5b is clamped by the stoppers 7a and 7b for a predetermined time, and N +.
The transfer of the first and subsequent single-piece sheets 5b, 5 is blocked for a predetermined time, while the N-th single-piece sheets 5a, 5 are transferred as they are. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, there is a gap between the N-th single piece sheet 5 and the (N + 1) th single piece sheet 5b to set the division boundary.

Are sequentially dropped from the first transport delivery 2 to the second transport delivery 3, and their tips are stacked by being guided by the abutting guide 11. Then, when it is detected that the N-th single piece sheets 5 are stacked, the second transport delivery 3 is driven for a predetermined time, and the abutting guide 11 is withdrawn from the transport path for a predetermined time and sorted. The stacked N single-piece sheets 5 are transferred, and after a predetermined time, the third sheet 5 is transferred to the third sheet.
The transport delivery 4 is driven for a predetermined time, and the N single-piece sheets 5 move from the second transport delivery 3 onto the third transport delivery 4 and are stocked.

From the above, T = A + D-3 / 48 × D
When the transfer distance becomes, the stopper 7b is driven again for a predetermined time to set the dividing boundary, and 2N is set in the same manner as described above.
The +1 to 3Nth N pieces of the separated and stacked single-sided sheets 5 are the second conveyance delivery 3 to the third conveyance delivery 4
It is moved up and stocked. In this way, the single-piece sheets 5 conveyed at a predetermined overlapping pitch can be divided into N sheets, stacked, and sequentially stocked. The sorted single-piece sheets 5 stocked on the third transport delivery 4 are sequentially moved to different locations.

Further, the timing of driving the stoppers 7a and 7b is set according to the overlapping pitch of the single piece sheets 5 and the conveyance speed of the first conveyance delivery 2 (the transfer distance of the single piece sheets 5).
