(57)【要約】 【目的】 紫外線照射に対して皮膚および／または髪に
光保護を与える化粧用または薬用の組成物を提供する。 【構成】 化粧品として許容される担体中に、少なくと
も一の酸化防止剤と、少なくとも一の非光合成性で非子
実糸状のバクテリアとを組合せてなる活性物質を混合す
る。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、紫外線照射にさらされ
る前後および／または最中に皮膚および／または髪に用
いる化粧用もしくは薬用の組成物であって、上記の光照
射によるダメージを防止および／または軽減することが
可能な組成物に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】波長３２０〜４００nm（ＵＶ-Ａ）の光
線により、ヒトの表皮が日焼けをすることは知られてい
る。しかしながら、このような光線は、特に敏感肌もし
くは絶え間なく光線にさらされる皮膚の場合には、皮膚
にダメージを起こしやすい。ＵＶ-Ａ光線は、特に皮膚
の弾性の喪失および皺の出現を引起こし、年齢よりも早
い老化をもたらす。波長２８０〜３２０nmの光線は、紅
斑および／または自然な日焼けの進展の害になる皮膚火
傷を引起こすこともまた知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】したがって、ＵＶ照射
にさらされた後にも皮膚の状態を適正に維持するために
は、光照射にさらされる前に皮膚に準備をし、光照射に
さらされる間は皮膚を保護し、光照射にさらされること
によるダメージを軽減し得ることが必要である。
【０００４】本発明の目的は、紫外線照射にさらされる
前後および／または最中に皮膚および／または髪に用い
る組成物であって、上記光照射によるダメージを防ぐお
よび／または軽減することのできる組成物を提案するこ
とである。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】したがって、本発明の主
題の一つは、局部の用途のための組成物であって、少な
くとも一の酸化防止剤と、少なくとも一の非光合成性で
非子実糸状のバクテリアの抽出液との組合せからなる活
性物質を化粧品として許容される担体中に含む、特に皮
膚および／または髪の光保護のための組成物である。
【０００６】これ以降、本発明の詳細な説明において
は、別記しない限りは百分率は重量で与える。
【０００７】本発明による組成物特有の特徴は、これら
組成物が、少なくとも一の酸化防止剤と、少なくとも一
の非光合成性で非子実糸状のバクテリアの抽出液とから
なる混合物を活性物質として含むことである。
【０００８】実際、これら二つの非常に特殊な構成成分
により、皮膚および／または髪の光保護に関して、より
優れた効果が得られることが観察されている。
【０００９】非光合成性で非子実糸状のバクテリアの抽
出液、という用語は、実際の抽出液と、これらバクテリ
アを培養して得られるバイオマスとの双方を表し、この
バイオマスは部分的に脱水および／または粉砕したもの
であってもよい。
【００１０】本発明によるバクテリアの抽出液は、Berg
ey's Manual of SystematicBacteriology(vol. 3, sect
ion 23, 9th edition,1989)の分類にしたがって定義さ
れるような非光合成性と非子実糸状のバクテリアから調
製されるものであり、なかでも、Beggiatoales類に属す
るバクテリア、より特定的には Beggiatoa科、Vitreosc
illa科、Flexithrix科もしくはLeucothrix科に属するバ
クテリアを挙げることができる。Beggiatoa科に属する
バクテリアの中では、Beggiatoa alba種のバクテリア
（“ＡＴＣＣ ３３５５５”）を用いることが好まし
い。
【００１１】本発明の抽出液を調製するためには、当業
者に知られた方法で上記バクテリアを培養した後、得ら
れるバイオマスから、例えば濾過、遠心分離および／ま
たは冷凍乾燥によって分離する。
【００１２】上記抽出液は、例えば少なくとも部分的に
アシル化した誘導体の形態のような誘導体の形態で用い
られる。その後、無水酢酸のような有機カルボン酸無水
物を用いて、もしくは塩化アセチルのような対応する酸
塩化物を用いてアシル化を行なう。このアシル化は、バ
クテリアのバイオマス中に存在する第一および第二アミ
ノ基が、少なくとも数種類はアシル化した形態であるよ
うに行なう。
【００１３】本発明の組成物中、この組成物全重量に対
して固体含有量０．０１〜２％のバクテリアの抽出液を
用いる。
【００１４】水、有機溶媒およびオイルを含む脂肪物質
などのような適切な媒体を、単独でもしくは混合物とし
て用い、ここにバクテリアの抽出液を混合して分散液の
形態とするとよい。
【００１５】本発明による化粧用組成物は、酸化防止剤
も含む。酸化防止剤という用語は、酸素化したフリーラ
ジカルに対抗する作用および／または過酸化物-非活性
化作用をもつような、あらゆる化合物を表す。
【００１６】上記酸化防止剤は、０．００１〜３０重量
％の量でこの組成物中に存在するが、この量は上記酸化
防止剤の性質によって異なる。
【００１７】したがって、例えば以下の群より選択され
る抗酸化物を用いることができる。
【００１８】＊ トコフェロールとその誘導体、アセタ
ート、リノレアートもしくは、ニコチナートの、とりわ
け好ましくは０．１〜５％のオーダーの濃度にて用い
る、 ＊ γ-オリザノール（0.1〜5%）、 ＊ リジン=ピドラートもしくはアルギニン=ピドラート
（0.5〜10%）、 ＊ バルサム(balm)の抽出液のような植物抽出液（0.01
〜2%）、シリマリン(silimarin)の抽出液（0.01〜2
%）、イチョウの抽出液（0.05〜2%）、セージの抽出液
（0.05〜2%）、コーラ=ナッツの抽出液（0.05〜2%）、
ルチンの抽出液（0.1〜2%）、もしくはタイムの抽出液
（0.1〜2%）、ここで、％の記号は、固体含有量を表す
ものとする。 ＊ 松、サンザシ、もしくはブドウのプロアントシアノ
リデンオリゴマー（0.1〜2%） ＊ ジ-tert-ブチルヒドロキシベンジリデンショウノウ
（0.1〜2%） ＊ 緑茶（0.1〜2%） ＊ カフェイン（0.1〜5%） ＊ グリセリン（2〜30%） ＊ マンニトール（2〜30%） ＊ カルノシン（0.1〜2%） ＊ スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ（100〜10,000 IU/1
00 g） ＊ グアノシン（0.01〜1%） ＊ Hematococcusのようなエトキシキンを含有する微細
藻類(microalgae)（0.005〜1%） ＊アミノトリメチレンホスホン酸五ナトリウム（0.001
〜0.5%） ＊ ラクトペルオキシダーゼ（0.01〜0.1%） ＊ ラクトフェリン（lactoferrin）（0.01〜0.1%）
【００１９】上記酸化防止剤を、数種類混合して用いる
こともまた可能である。
【００２０】本発明による組成物は、化粧用もしくは薬
用の分野で考えられるどのような形態としてもよいが、
特に、手入れ用製品、抗日光製品、日焼け後用製品、髪
用製品もしくはメイクアップ用製品の形態であるとよ
い。
【００２１】したがって、本発明による組成物は、少な
くとも一の、ＵＶ（ＵＶ-Ａおよび／またはＵＶ-Ｂ）光
線を遮蔽することができる従来の光保護システムをさら
に含み、一以上の有機サンスクリーン（ＵＶ吸収剤）お
よび／または、金属酸化物、特に酸化チタンをベースと
し、物理的に照射を遮断する（ＵＶ散乱剤および／また
は反射剤）ことによって作用する一以上の無機（微細）
顔料からなるものであるとよい。
【００２２】従来の有機サンスクリーンは、下記の群よ
り選択され、単独でもしくは混合物として用いられる：
２-フェニルベンズイミダゾール-５-スルホン酸および
その塩、例えば２-エチルヘキシル=ｐ-メトキシシンナ
マートのようなケイ皮酸誘導体、例えば２-エチルヘキ
シル-サリチラートおよびホモメンチルサリチラートの
ようなサリチル酸誘導体、例えば３-（４-メチルベンジ
リデン）ショウノウもしくは（１，４-ジビニルベンゼ
ン）ショウノウスルホン酸およびその誘導体（ＦＲ２，
５２８，４２０）のようなショウノウ誘導体、２，４，
６-トリス［ｐ-（２'-エチルヘキシル-１'-オキシカル
ボニル）アニリノ］-１，３，５-トリアジンのようなト
リアジン誘導体、２-ヒドロキシ-４-メトキシベンゾフ
ェノンのようなベンゾフェノン誘導体、４-tert-ブチル
-４'-メトキシジベンゾイルメタンのようなジベンゾイ
ルメタン誘導体、２-エチルヘキシル=α-シアノ-β,β-
ジフェニルアクリラートのようなβ,β-ジフェニルアク
リラート誘導体、例えばパラ-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸
オクチルのようなｐ-アミノ安息香酸誘導体、メンチル=
アントラニラート、および国際特許出願ＷＯ−９３−０
４６６５に記載のスクリーンポリマーおよびスクリーン
シリコーン。有機スクリーン剤の他の例は、欧州特許出
願ＥＰ−Ａ−０，４８７，４０４に挙がっている。
【００２３】一般的に、本発明の組成物中には、この組
成物全重量に対して、有機スクリーン剤を単独で、もし
くは混合した合計で０．１〜３０重量％、好ましくは
０．５〜２５重量％の濃度にて存在している。
【００２４】本発明による組成物に関して用いられる顔
料もしくは微細顔料（ナノピグメント）を構成する金属
酸化物としては、その光保護活性によってそれ自体既知
のものを全て用いることができる。したがって、このよ
うな金属酸化物としては、特に、酸化チタン、酸化亜
鉛、酸化鉄、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化セリウムもしくは
これらの混合物から選択される金属酸化物を、単独でも
しくは混合物として用いるとよい。
【００２５】金属酸化物微細顔料を用いることが好まし
い。
【００２６】被覆の有無に関わらず、このような金属酸
化物微細顔料は、当業者には既知の製品であり、特に欧
州特許公開ＥＰ-Ａ-０，５１８，７７３に記載されてい
るが、参照として、その教示を本説明中に取込む。上述
の特許公開に記載がないが、本発明に関してはさらにこ
れも用いることができる市販の微細顔料としては、Kemi
ra社から、商標名“ＵＶＴ Ｍ １６０”、“ＵＶＴ
Ｍ ２１２”、“ＵＶＴ Ｍ ２６２”で市販の製品お
よび、Tayca社の“ＭＴ １００ ＳＡ”、“ＭＴ １
００ ＳＡＳ”を挙げることができる。
【００２７】本発明による組成物中に存在すると考えら
れる微細顔料の主要な粒子の平均粒径は、通常５〜１０
０nm、好ましくは１０〜５０nmである。
【００２８】上記の微細顔料は、通常、本発明の組成物
中にこの組成物全重量に対して０．１〜３０重量％、好
ましくは１〜２０重量％の濃度にて存在する。
【００２９】（有機スクリーン剤＋（微細）顔料）スク
リーンシステムの総含有量は、最終抗日光組成物の全重
量に対して４０％を越えないことが望ましい。
【００３０】より特定的には、本発明による組成物は、
例えば仏国特許ＦＲ２，５２８，４２０に記載のものお
よび、好ましくはテレフタルイリデン=ジショウノウス
ルホン酸のトリエタノールアミン塩もしくは“ＭＥＸＯ
ＲＹＬ ＳＸ（登録商標）”のようなサンスクリーンを
さらに含んでもよい。
【００３１】本発明による組成物は、クリーム、乳液、
ゲル、軟膏もしくはクリームゲルのように、単純もしく
は複合した（Ｏ／Ｗ、Ｗ／Ｏ、Ｏ／Ｗ／Ｏ、Ｗ／Ｏ／
Ｗ）なエマルションの形態、粉末の形態もしくは固形ス
ティック、あるいはまた液体の形態であるとよく、任意
にエアロゾルとして包装し、フォームもしくはスプレー
の形態であってもよい。これらはまた、溶媒もしくは脂
肪物質中の懸濁液もしくは分散液の形態、非イオン性ベ
シクル分散液の形態、シャンプーの形態、ローションも
しくは髪型維持用スプレー、あるいはまた無水もしくは
水性の、固形もしくはペースト形態であってもよい。
【００３２】本発明の組成物は、当業者にはよく知られ
た技法によって調製することができる。
【００３３】本発明を以下の実施例によって詳細に例示
する。

（実施例１）以下の組成を有する抗日光組成物を調製し
た。 ＊ ステアリン酸 3.0% ＊ セチルアルコール 2.0% ＊ 自己乳化グリセリル=モノステアラート 2.5% ＊ ワセリン 2.0% ＊ サンフラワーオイル 6.0% ＊ ペルヒドロスクアレン 3.0% ＊ オクチル=メトキシシンナマート 4.0% ＊ テレフタルイリデン=ジショウノウスルホン酸の トリエタノールアミン塩（“ＭＥＸＯＲＹＬ ＳＸ”） 2.6% ＊ グリセリン 3.0% ＊ 防腐剤 0.3% ＊ スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ 1200 IU/100 g ＊ アミノトリメチレンホスホン酸五ナトリウム 0.1% ＊ トコフェロール 2.0% ＊ Beggiatoa alba バクテリアの抽出液 0.05% ＊ 水 全体を100%とする量
【００３５】このようにして、紫外線照射に対する優れ
た皮膚保護効果を供する組成物を得た。
【００３６】（実施例２）以下の組成を有する日焼け後
用組成物を調製した。 ＊ セトステアリルアルコール 1.0% ＊ セチルアルコール 2.0% ＊ 自己乳化グリセリル=モノステアラート 3.0% ＊ カリテバター （karite butter） 3.0% ＊ 米糠油 1.0% ＊ アボカドオイル 2.0% ＊ ジオクチル=パーミタート 5.0% ＊ 防腐剤 0.3% ＊ シクロメチコーン（cycloemethicone） 1.0% ＊ “Carbomer 940” 0.3% ＊ トリエタノールアミン 0.3% ＊ 酢酸トコフェロール 3.0% ＊ Beggiatoa alba バクテリアの抽出液 0.1% ＊ 水 全体を100%とする量
【００３７】このようにして、紫外線照射によるダメー
ジを軽減することができる日焼け後用の組成物を得た。
【００３８】（実施例３）以下の組成を有する手入れ用
クリームを調製した。 ＊ ステアリン酸 3.0% ＊ セチルアルコール 2.0% ＊ 自己乳化グリセリル=モノステアラート 3.0% ＊ オクチル=メトキシシンナマート 2.0% ＊ グリセリン 5.0% ＊ 防腐剤 0.3% ＊ スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ 1000 IU/100 g ＊ トコフェロール 2.0% ＊ Beggiatoa alba バクテリアの抽出液 0.05% ＊ “Carbomer 934” 0.2% ＊ トリエタノールアミン 0.2% ＊ 水 全体を100%とする量

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 化粧品として許容される担体中に、少な
    くとも一の酸化防止剤と、少なくとも一の非光合成性で
    非子実糸状のバクテリアとの組合せからなる活性物質を
    含むことを特徴とする皮膚および／または髪の光保護等
    のための局所使用用組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 上記バクテリアが、Beggiatoales類に属
    することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 バクテリアが、Beggiatoa科、Vitreosci
    lla科、Flexithrix科もしくはLeucothrix科に属するバ
    クテリアから選択されることを特徴とする請求項２に記
    載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】 バクテリアが、Beggiatoa alba種から選
    択されることを特徴とする請求項３に記載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】 酸化防止剤が、トコフェロールおよびそ
    の誘導体；γ-オリザノール；リジン=ピドラーテもしく
    はアルギニン=ピドラーテ；バルサム、シリマリン、イ
    チョウ、セージ、コーラ=ナッツ、ルチンもしくはタイ

    成物。
  6. 【請求項６】 酸化防止剤が、組成物の重量に対して
    ０．００１〜３０重量％の量で存在することを特徴とす
    る請求項１から５のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】 バクテリア抽出液が、組成物の重量に対
    して０．０１〜２重量％の量で存在することを特徴とす
    る請求項１から６のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  8. 【請求項８】 太陽の紫外線照射等の紫外線照射にさら
    される前後および／または最中に皮膚および／または髪
    に用いられることを特徴とする請求項１から７のいずれ
    か１項に記載の組成物。
  9. 【請求項９】 ＵＶ（ＵＶ-Ａおよび／またはＵＶ-Ｂ）
    光線を遮蔽することのできる、少なくとも一の従来の光
    保護システムを含有することを特徴とする請求項１から
    ８のいずれか１項に記載の組成物。
  10. 【請求項１０】 テレフタルイリデンジショウノウスル
    ホン酸のトリエタノールアミン塩を含有することを特徴
    とする請求項９に記載の組成物。
  11. 【請求項１１】 皮膚および／または髪の光保護のため
    の化粧用もしくは薬用の組成物において、活性物質とし
    て用いることを特徴とする、酸化防止剤と少なくとも一
    の非光合成性で非子実糸状のバクテリアとの組合せの使
    用方法。
