材間およびパネルフレーム間にわたって形成される横目
地に、上部水切りおよび下部水切りを設け、前記下部水
切りを、下側外壁パネルの上面に被さる底板部の上面
に、目地の奥行き方向に互いに離れた複数の立ち片を有
するものとし、前記上部水切りを、上側外壁パネルの下
面から裏面下縁にわたって被さるL字形断面に形成され
て、下部水切りの外側の前記立ち片に圧接する弾性シー
ル材を有するものとしたため、現場作業および特殊技能
を要することなく、天候にも左右されず容易に、かつ安
定した品質となるように行うことができる。請求項4の
発明の場合は、前記縦目地の両側に延びて、左右の外壁
パネルの下部水切りにわたって載せられる水切りジョイ
ントピースを設け、この水切りジョイントピースを、下
部水切りに前記立ち片よりも外側で載る底板部と、この
底板部の両側縁および奥側縁から立ち上がるコ字状の囲
い片を有するものとしたため、横目地が縦目地で分断さ
れる部分を、現場での簡単な作業により容易に防水処理

れる縦目地に、二次ガスケットと一次ガスケットとを奥
側からこの順に圧入し、前記二次ガスケットは、硬質樹
脂からなる心材の両面に、軟質樹脂からなる弾性ひれを
目地深さ方向に複数枚並べて突出させたものとし、かつ
前記各弾性ひれは先端が目地の開口側に傾斜したものと
し、上下のユニットボックスに取付けられる外壁パネル
の外壁面材間およびパネルフレーム間にわたって形成さ
れる横目地に、上部水切りおよび下部水切りを設け、前
記下部水切りは、下側外壁パネルの上面に被さる底板部
の上面に、目地の奥行き方向に互いに離れた複数の立ち
片を有するものとし、上部水切りは、上側外壁パネルの
下面から裏面下縁にわたって被さるL字形断面に形成さ
れて、下部水切りの外側の前記立ち片に圧接する弾性シ
ール材を有するものとしたユニット工法建物の乾式目地
構造。1.
