部にクリーム状物を充填するとともに、袋口縁部12を上
記筒部の下部外面に貼着させた柔軟性ある袋11と、上記
第1外向きフランジ9上面にリング状頂板14を載置さ
せ、該リング状頂板の内周縁から内周壁15aを、かつ外
周縁から上記口頚部の上端部外面に嵌合する外周壁15b
をそれぞれ垂設した回り止め部材13と、該回り止め部材
及び袋取付筒内を嵌通させて袋11内へシリンダ19下半部
を挿入させるとともに、該シリンダ上部に付設した第2
外向きフランジ20を上記リング状頂板14上面に載置さ
せ、かつ該シリンダ内へ、上端にノズル付き押下げヘッ
ド21を嵌着する作動部材22のステム23を付勢に抗し押下
げして、該押下げ状態で作動部材上部とシリンダ上端に
固設した保持筒24とを螺合させたポンプ式のクリーム状
物吐出器18と、上記口頚部4の下部及び外周壁15b外面
に周壁28を嵌合させるとともに、該周壁上端に付設した
内向きフランジ29と上記口頚部頂面とで上記第1外向き
フランジ9、リング状頂板14及び第2外向きフランジ20
を挟持した装着部材27とからなり、上記口頚部4と回り
止め部材の外周壁15bとの対向面相互に回り止め用の第
1係合部6及び第2係合部16を付設するとともに、回り
止め部材の内周壁15aとシリンダ19との対向面相互に回
り止め用の第3係合部17及び第4係合部25を付設したこ
