(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] When the mobile communication terminal is in an area where the services of the mobile communication networks of multiple operators can be received, the service desired by the user can be more reliably received. So that information can be automatically selected. [Structure] A mobile communication terminal 101 is capable of recognizing control information of mobile communication networks of a plurality of operators, stores user priority conditions in its own storage device, and controls a plurality of operators. When the information is recognized, the control information selected according to the condition stored in the own storage device is used to receive the service.

Description of the Related Art In a mobile radio communication system in which a mobile communication terminal operates, a service area may be divided into a number of small zones to provide services. When providing services in this small zone system, there are many advantages such as effective use of frequencies, but some zones overlap.
That is, there may be an area where a plurality of pieces of control information including area information exist. The plurality of pieces of control information are not limited to a single company, and information of a plurality of companies may be mixed. However, a user who is in the situation of receiving services from a plurality of businesses cannot arbitrarily select a service (business) to be used conventionally.

There is a standard cellular telephone system. In Japan, the TACS standard cellular radiotelephone system is operated, but the service provider differs depending on the region. In addition, service areas of different businesses are close to each other, and in fact, there are areas where services of a plurality of businesses can be received. In the cellular radiotelephone service, when a line contract is established with a certain operator and the station is opened, basically, it can be used only in the service area of the operator who has made the contract, and cannot be used in the service areas of other operators. However, with an optional contract, it can be used in the service areas of other companies with which it is affiliated (roaming contract). In this case, it is possible to receive services from a plurality of different businesses.

In addition, problems such as roaming charges and call charges will occur. When using the service area of another business operator that has a roaming contract, a "roaming charge" is added when calling in the service area of a business operator that has a basic contract.
Also, the call charge changes. Therefore, at points where service areas of different businesses coexist (points at which businesses other than the basic contract can be received), unnecessary costs may occur.

3)。The information that the basic contract is established with the business operator A, and the roaming contract is established with the business operator B and the information that the user is set to use the cheapest line are stored in their own storage device. The mobile communication terminal that has stored (502) scans the control information received from the radio base station of the mobile communication system, and controls the control information sent from the base station of the business operator A and the base of the business operator B. When two of the control information sent from the station can be captured (501), the service area of the business operator A and the service area of the business operator B overlap,
It is determined that the mobile communication terminal is in a service area where both services can be received, and the mobile communication terminal calculates by taking into account the roaming daily contract fee and call charge when the service is received by the carrier B line, A comparison is made with the charge when the line of the carrier A is used, and the line to be used is automatically selected from the control information that captures the line to be used so that the service can be received by using the cheaper control information (503, 504)

The mobile communication terminal performing (602) scans the control information received from the wireless base station of the mobile communication system, and the control information sent from the base station of the business operator A and the base station of the business operator B are scanned. When two of the control information that are more passed can be captured (601), the service area of the business operator A and the service area of the business operator B overlap, and a service area that can receive both services is obtained. Determine that In mobile communication networks, the strength of radio waves and the call quality are often linked. Therefore,
The mobile communication terminal compares the signal strength of the carrier A and the signal strength of the carrier B and uses the stronger signal (line) to utilize the control information with better call quality. It automatically selects (603, 604) from the control information that captures the line used to receive the service.

It is possible to capture three types of control information transmitted from the base station of the business operator A, control information transmitted from the base station of the business operator B, and control information transmitted from the base station of the business operator C. In the case of (701), the service area of the business operator A and the business operator B
And the service area of the business operator C overlap, and it is determined that the service area is capable of receiving the services of the three business operators. The mobile communication terminal in which the user stores the setting condition that the line of the business operator C has the highest priority recognizes that the line of the business operator C is available,
The control information of the carrier C is used to automatically select (703, 704) from the control information that captures the line to be used so as to receive the service.
