Description of the Related Art Many devices for dispensing liquid or granular materials have been proposed and implemented, and various proposals have been made for liquid or granular dispensing devices for beauty and health products. For example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 63-40093 and U.S. Pat. No. 4,130,224, an opening is provided in the lower part of a package containing a liquid or granular material, and a tube made of an elastic body connected to the opening is attached to the opening, and a spring is attached to the lower end of the tube. And the one to which a valve mechanism composed of a ball or the like is attached is housed and supported in a housing, and the elastic tube is pressed by the action of a distribution arm and a backup block of a specific shape mounted in the housing, An invention of a distribution device that adjusts and distributes the discharge amount of liquid or particulate matter in the tube discharged by this pressing is disclosed.

In particular, when used at intervals in time, it often causes inconveniences such as impeding the passage of the following liquid and hindering the normal operation of the valve.

In the case of such a soap liquid, In many cases, the metal portion of the dispenser during use is rusted or corroded at a portion in contact with the soap solution, thereby impairing the normal function of the dispenser.
In particular, when a metal is used for the above-mentioned valve constituent member, both phenomena of solidification and corrosion overlap in the valve portion, hinder the normal operation of the valve, and in extreme cases, blockage of liquid flow occurs.

This type of liquid soap has a slight viscosity and is inferior in fluidity of the liquid, so that the valve portion and the like are apt to be clogged. Furthermore,
Due to the abrasion effect of the abrasive powder dispersed in the liquid, when the valve portion member, particularly when it is made of metal or the like, the metal portion, for example, a metal liquid discharge adjusting ball is worn, Blockages and hinders the proper function of adjusting the liquid volume.

A liquid soap package consisting of and a containing part for containing the pouch, a holding part for holding the valve mechanism downward, and a pressing member for pressing the elastic body pipe between the containing part and the holding part in a squeezing manner. In the liquid soap dispenser having a housing made of, the valve mechanism is formed of an elastic body, has a flange at one end, has a passage in the axial direction, and the passage at the other end is normally closed. A check valve that opens when pressure is applied to the passage, a liquid soap outlet in the lower part, a lower part having an inner cylinder part in the upper part, a flange in the middle and a check valve accommodating part inside, and an upper part Shoulder,
It is composed of an upper part having a flange in the lower part of the outer cylinder and an inner cylinder housing part inside, and when the upper part and the lower part are engaged with these flanges, the upper edge of the inner cylinder part of the lower part and the upper part The liquid soap dispenser is characterized in that the gap between the shoulder and the shoulder is formed smaller than the flange thickness of the check valve.

(Ii) A liquid soap outlet is provided at the bottom, an inner cylinder is provided at the top, and an accommodation portion for accommodating the above-mentioned check valve is provided inside the inside thereof, and a flange is provided at the middle of the outside. A lower part formed, and (iii) an upper part in which a shoulder part is formed in the upper part, a flange is formed in the lower part of the outer cylinder, and an inner cylinder housing part for housing the inner cylinder part of the lower part in (ii) is formed. And engaging the upper part (iii) and the lower part (ii) with their flanges. , The gap between the upper edge of the inner cylinder of the lower part and the shoulder of the upper part is made slightly smaller than the flange thickness of the check valve, and the check of the upper inner cylinder of the lower part (ii) is performed. A check valve is inserted into the valve accommodating portion so that the lower surface side of the flange is in contact with the upper edge of the inner cylindrical portion, and the lower part (ii) and the upper part (iii) in which the check valve is inserted are inserted into those flanges. It is a remarkable feature that the check valve flange is configured to be pressed and sandwiched between the shoulder portion of the upper part and the upper edge of the lower part when engaged with each other.

Is made of an elastic material such as natural rubber, nitrile rubber, or other synthetic rubber, and is specifically formed into a shape as shown in FIG. As is clear from FIG. 3 (a), at the lower end of the check valve, the passage through which the liquid passes is closed, and in a normal state, the soap liquid remains in the internal passage. Exists. In the distributor of the present invention, when the elastic pipe provided in the upstream portion of the valve mechanism is pressed in an ironing shape by, for example, a roller mechanism, a distribution arm mechanism or the like and a pressing force is applied, the pressure causes the valve to move. The normally closed passage at the lower end is opened,
The liquid flows out from here, and the amount of soap liquid corresponding to the pressing operation of the elastic pipe is discharged from the discharge port of the lower part (ii). When the pressing of the elastic pipe in the upstream portion is released, the tip portion of the valve is closed again. As is apparent from the structure of the valve shown in FIG. 3, the tip of the valve which is once closed does not open due to the reverse pressure of the liquid from the discharge side, and the reverse flow of the discharged liquid is blocked, and the valve functions as a check valve.

Although a valve mechanism is generally used, in a check valve having such a structure, in order to achieve proper flow rate adjustment and complete prevention of fluid backflow,
It is required that the surface shape of the ball is smooth and that the elastic stress of the spring has an appropriate value.

An opening for liquid passage is provided at a place, and an elastic pipe for metering out the filled liquid soap is connected to at least one of the openings. The opening to which this pipe is connected is operated so as to secure the joint with the elastic pipe with sufficient strength, and when the pouch filled with the liquid is housed in the housing part, the pipe is squeezed and pressed. In order to ensure the elastic recovery of a sufficient shape at the time of release, it is preferable to mount a liquid guide member, for example, as shown at 4 in FIG. 3 by means such as adhesion.

In the present invention, the valve is formed of an elastic body, has a flange at one end, has a passage in the axial direction, and has the other end closed in a normal state (a state where no pressure is applied in the passage). When a pressing force is applied to the inside of the passage from above, the other end of the closing is opened,
The liquid is discharged from there. More specifically, for example,
It is formed in a shape as shown in FIG. 3, and the other end portion of the valve does not open even when pressure is applied from the liquid discharge side, and therefore acts as a check valve.

る。The liquid soap dispenser of the present invention has the above-mentioned constitution, and in particular, the mechanism is constituted by a valve having a specific shape made of an elastomer, and an upper part and a lower part made of plastic, and the valve part When the structure of the liquid flow path is simple and all the constituent members are made of non-metallic materials, even if liquid soap contains a component that corrodes metals, etc., or if abrasive particles are dispersed. However, there is no corrosion or wear due to these components, and therefore, liquid clogging in the valve mechanism part, variation in the amount of liquid dispensed due to malfunction of the valve, etc. are avoided, and liquid soap is reliably dispensed in the required amount. Has the advantage. Furthermore, since the structure of the valve mechanism is simple and is made of an inexpensive non-metallic member such as plastic or rubber, the liquid soap package can be manufactured at a lower cost than the conventional one. Further, when the package is discarded and formed so that it can be exchanged in each lot, it is possible to avoid contamination and deterioration caused by mixing different kinds of soap liquids.
